• Christelle (9/5): - La vue sur les montagnes. L'appartement est grand et plutôt bien équipé. L'accès au centre-ville est pratique même en voiture. Le lit d'appoint pour la 5ème personne était très inconfortable. Le ménage n'était pas impeccable dans la cuisine/salon.
• Jengic (10/5): - Jako lijepo uređen apartman, sve je bilo izuzetno čisto. Apartman ima sve potrebno, posebno je kuhinja dobro opremljena. Sve je jako pregledno i dobro raspoređeno. Ležajevi su udobni, sobe su prozračne. Posebno nas je oduševila terasa sa prekrasnim pogledom na planinske vrhunce.

Well connected and groceries and restaurants all around nearby. Overall great. Just the stairs were a bit steep and no elevator made it difficult for my old parents to climb up.

Brak wieszaka na kurtki przy wejściu do mieszkania. Poduszki z wypełnieniem z pierza, co może być niefajne dla alergików. Ogólnie - mieszkanie wymaga porządnego posprzątania i będzie super.

• Tigist (9/5): Un piacevole soggiorno da ricordare! - L’ampio spazio, la vista sulle montagne. Erano presenti differenti utensili e strumenti casalinghi (lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, phone, lavatrice, bollitore, tostapane). Qualche asciugamano in più può essere utile. I cuscini per dormire non sono molto comodi per chiunque.

• Helmut (7/5): Familienausflug - Große komfortable Wohnung, mit ausreichend Platz. Die Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehrsverbund ist super und der Blick auf die Nordkette genial. Das Zustellbett war sehr unbequem und hart. Es gab einen üblen Geruch aus dem Bad, die Lüftung hat auch nicht funktioniert. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, dicker Staub auch auf den Bilderrahmen und die Küchenausstattung bräuchte eine Grundreinigung.
• Belle (9/5): warm, amazing views, top floor apartment - The location was perfect, it was right outside the tram line. The instructions were very clear and the apartment was clean and cozy. The stairs to go up was harder and steeper than expected but it was a minor issue. There is moss on the balcony that may be slippery and a loose connection on the electrical circuit in the bathroom. But overall, it wasn't anything we didn't like because if you look outside the balcony Innbruck is amazing and the apartment is well equipped. We enjoyed staying here.

• Kateryna (9/5): - Eine ausgezeichnete Wohnung mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, mit der man in 20 Minuten den Bahnhof erreichen kann. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Anfrage nach einem Kinderbett wurde bestätigt, aber tatsächlich war keines vorhanden.

Garderobehacken wäre fein, steiler Stiegenaufgang zur Wohnung

• Milena (8/5): Beautiful Mountain View, Big Apartment, Host could've been more responsive - - location with Mountain view - big rooms with comfy beds - good location (well connected) - host was willing to prepare sth for our anniversary - no lift (2n floor, tiny staircase) - still 25min to Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof - the host didn't read our messages properly and prepared wine and flowers which we didn't ask for (we also don't drink and he thought he should buy it for us and we would pay him when we just asked for sth free of cost to suprise the other person) - the host barely answered our messages (we asked 3 times on the same day if they can suggest us a mini-hike and to this day we didn't get a response, calls were declined) - Kurtaxe was another 3€ per person per night and only after we asked we were given the option of paypal instead of leaving the exact amount in cash

• Jan (8/5): - Gut geschnittene und ausgestattete Wohnung. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV und nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation der Vermieter. Teilweise zieht der Geruch des Imbiss in ein Schlafzimmer.
• Jolanda (8/5): Innsbruck ist eine tolle Stadt zum enddecken. Hafelecar und Bergisel ein muss. - Die Lage und die Aussicht waren super. Die Terasse war auch schön. Mann kommt mit dem Tram überall hin. Wir hatten Mühe die Türe zu öffenen. Man sollte erwähnen, dass man die Türe wieder etwas zuziehen muss nach der Schlüsselumdrehung. Mussten sehr lange probieren, da wir dieses Schloss so nicht kannten. Das dritte Bett in einem Zimmer war nur ein Notbett und das Zimmer zu klein für drei Personen. So haben wir das Sofa in der Wohnküche umgebetet. Da war leider die Madratze und Ueberzug nass uns schmutzig.

A fabulous little kitchen come dining room that had everything you needed in it. Right opposite the tram stop so easy 15 minutes into the centre . no air conditioning

• Nur (10/5): Good stay - I really loved this apartment! The location is perfect very close to the city center and public transport. The place has such a great vibe, and the view of the mountains is beautiful. We especially enjoyed having breakfast outside on the patio/balcony. Also, the bed was incredibly comfortable probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! the staircase is quite narrow and there’s no lift, so it can be a bit challenging if you’re bringing large or heavy luggage. But overall, it was a wonderful stay!

• Sandra.ans (7/5): Apartment with the most amazing view from the balcony - Great apartment with the most amazing view from the balcony. You can find there all Kitchen staff that you can need. The apartment has 2 bedrooms + a sleeping couch, which also made our stay as a family very comfortable. Parking place just right next to the door. Great grocery store in 5-7 min walk. We didn't liked that the second Balcony, where you can have morning sun, was closed (no access). Sleeping couch in the living room, unfortunately, when opened, was not clean, so I needed extra take a new bed sheet. And I also think, that the tax for 3kg small dog is too high.
• Agarwal (8/5): Very good - Apartment is extremely beautiful. View from kitchen, room & balcony was stunning. It is well maintained. Hardly 2 minutes walk to get public transport. Only one thing that I didn’t like is it was without lift. Taking all the suitcases upstairs was a big task for us.
• Durand (9/5): Good base of operations for an Innsbruck visit - The property was in good shape and well-located next to the Innsbruck tram. Everything was as described in the listing. Parking was available for an extra fee. Convenient location if you drive a car to Innsbruck. Owner was responsive and provided photos that helped with getting to and entering the apartment. Owner helped with a maintenance item right away. Not very close to the old town area, and there were only a handful of restaurants nearby, so it wasn't the most walkable neighborhood. Water heater capacity was a bit low for the advertised number of people. There were 5 of us and we had to split up showers between morning and evening.

• Catherine (7/5): The apartment was ideal for our stay but could be better with a few improvements. - The mountain views from the apartment are beautiful. The main beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The apartment was always nice and warm. It was very easy to catch buses and trams to and from the apartment. The sheet on one of the small beds was covered in hairs and the oven was quite dirty. The wooden decking on the terrace didn’t feel very safe. It would be nice if there were a few pods provided for the tassimo coffee machine.
• Shahad (8/5): Specious, well equipped, terrace views, great host. - Location is brilliant only 150 meters away from the tram station which takes you directly to the center. Nearby shops in a walking distance like supermarkets, doner joints, restaurants. Walkable areas and parks. Science view from the terrace. Mike is a great host and very responsive throught whatsapp we reponded to our request quickly and solve the problem I had. There are no elevators and the stairs were narrow and steep which make it challenging to take your luggage as the apartment in floor 2. Sound of tram until midnight.

• Michael (10/5): Great apartment very comfortable and awesome area - We had a amazing stay here with our family of 5. The view from the balcony is amazing and the unit is super comfortable for us. There is a tram line out the front that takes you straight into the city centre. There are grocery shops in walking distance for all you need. If you are staying here with kids I highly recommend walking to motorikpark near the lake best park we have ever been too. Thanks Mike and Ronny for our amazing stay awesome host.

• Ashish (7/5): Good - Located at an easy short walk from tram station - well connected to Innsbruck city center. Host was very responsive. Comfortable and clean apartment. The dishes left in the dishwasher by cleaning staff or by previous occupant, still had traces of dried food on them. Conveyed this to host and he assured to take it up with his cleaning staff. The utensils were dated and should ideally be replaced. We found it difficult to haul luggage up narrow spiral flight of stairs (2nd floor apartment) Responding to your comments: I never complained about taking dishes out of dishwasher - however, I would not expect to have to wash them again rubbing off someone's dried food scraps off of it. It is not as if checked in early so your staff did not have time to properly clean up???? I have mentioned the apartment was comfortable and clean - only mentioned that the kitchen utensils were dated, so do not understand your caustic response. I have also mentioned that the host was responsive and promised to take it up with his cleaning staff - however your response to any feedback in reviews suggests you are in truth not receptive to any feedback or suggestions for improvement. Also, are you suggesting that in 36 euros per person (3 of the people being 11 year old kids), one should have no right to give any feedback and should accept anything that is thrown at them?????? Regarding stairs - no one is saying that they did not expect stairs, just giving a feedback for similar travellers who travel with luggage that this can be a consideration

• Sarah (10/5): Lovely little Gem with amazing views - It has everything in there that you need when travelling with your toddler. The views from the balcony were fantastic and the TV set up was particularly useful for when we needed to put Netflix on for Paw Patrol. Transport is very convenient and we found it very easy to get around. In comparison to inner city Innsbruck this place was a very short journey and was absolutely beautiful! It’s so close to the swimming pool and the river, and the Rum region had some lovely little cafes and restaurants too. Mike was very accommodating allowing us an early check in and parking for our last night. And everything in the apartment is in good working order. The steps to get up the apartment was a little steep, just be aware if travelling with young children, but it wasn’t world ending.

• Nina (9/5): Great stay Innsbruck - The apartment is on the 2nd floor it was clean with lovely views and in a good location. The tram stop was a few steps away and it only took 15 mins to get to Innsbruck center. The kitchen was small but had everything you would need but we didn’t use it on this occasion. There were 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean with hood shower. There was parking outside at extra cost.

Everything you need is available, its like walking into your own home...very welcoming, bright and cosy. Bedroom was lovely with mountain views to wake up to. Bed was comfortable, smart TV and work desk all worked a treat. Fans were provided, as it was very warm. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Living room very bright, clean and airy. Tea on the terrace with the spectacular views of the mountains....could sit there all day...really peaceful! A microwave would be worth investing in and an electric kettle. Also a scourer to wash dishes to avoid wasting water and electricity.

The terrace is big and it was pleasant to spend time with the view. Access to the city center was easy. There is a train station in the immediate vicinity of the house and you can reach the city center with a 15-minute journey.
