Josie (5/5): - We liked that the flat had parking and a spectacular view and great porch. There were enough bathrooms and the kitchen was well-supplied. We especially liked the high-end coffee maker. The "Welcome Letter" was aggressive and unwelcoming (actually threatened renters with legal fees for leaving negative reviews if the owner felt they were unwarranted). The listing implies a ski in-ski out flat, but that is only true for a very limited period for one small ski area IF there is snow (which there wasn't). Otherwise, it is a 40-60 minute drive to other ski areas. Access into town is easy on the funicular, but it is also very expensive for each trip (14 euro per person). The listing does not lie, but it is also a bit misleading. Outdoor parking space is roomy but cluttered with empty pots, lawn equipment, etc. Be aware that check in is not until 7 pm, though the host was able to accommodate an earlier check in when I asked.

Добре обладнані апартаменти, наявність парковки біля будинку, окрім того господарі зареєстрували для нас картку на безкоштовний проїзд в громадському транспорті. Доводилось трохи часу чекати, щоб вода в душі нагрілась. Перші декілька днів не знали цього і мились холодною водою. Виявилось, що треба просто почекати довше.

Adrian (9/5): A family holiday week in the mountains - The rooms were really spacious. We had my 2 year old daughter and my sister in law with us and it was really comfortable. My daughter really liked going from room to room and saying she like the urlaub haus. The location comes with such scenic views it was really worth it. The climb up 3 flight of stairs daily with a kinderwagen is a bit much. Maybe a place to keep it in the shed would be nice. Also there's no washing machine to do any laundry which was a slight let down but it's manageable
Soma (10/5): Exceptional - - Incredibly well equipped apartment, felt like home - Kind hosts ready to help you with anything - you have a view to the city and the surroundings which alone worth the price.(Apartment Edward Hopper) - amazing a huge terrace to enjoy a cold Edelweiss or warm Glühwein depending on the season you have upon your visiting - city reachable within 15 minutes(by public transport/taxi or own car. -Nordkette to take you to the top of the mountain is literally 30 second from the door. Spares you a lot of time. 11/10, would recommend I cant think of any negatives, as I was(we were) just overwhelmed by the positives
Viktor (10/5): Exceptional - The great location, exceptional view from the terrace in any weather (sunny morning or rainy day). You actually can observe both Patscherkofel and Hafelekarspitze from the same terrace. Even without a car you can reach the location easily by bus J from Marktplaz or Hauptbahnhof. Apartments are clean and comfortable, a big living room with a lot of light. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for 6 people. The host is very responsive and answered all our questions online in a timely manner. It was a bit cold the first night, but then the thermostat turned on (I believe automatically) and it was comfortable the rest of the time. Thank you Valerie for the great time my family had in Innsbruck.
Jeffrey (10/5): This was one of the most pleasant experiences and stays we have ever had. We plan to be back. - The location is brilliant. The stay was outstanding. Easy access to a number of hiking trails and near the Innsbruck Nordkette that takes you up the mountain. The apartment and balcony was impeccable with a great view of Innsbruck. The host was outgoing and friendly, always willing to help. It was perfect.
