Guest Reviews
- Jenny (8/5): - I loved the welcome we got and the retro look of the place. The place is large and warm and so a nice place to come home to. It is fully stocked. It's older then it looks in photos and the pillows are not comfortable so I used a couch pillow. Bed was big and comfortable tho.
- Bridget (10/5): Lovely apartment in a beautiful setting - A beautiful clean and bright apartment at the foot of the mountain, but still only a short walk into town. The staff were very kind and helpful in sorting out an issue I had. Everything was great.
- Alexandra Diehl (9/5): - The staff, the location and how charming the whole place and house is.

- Massimiliano (9/5): -
- Megan (10/5): - Lars and everyone else were extremely helpful and kind! The apartment had everything I needed for myself and my children. Perfect walk into town but also bakery, grocery store, and playground very near. We will be back for sure Everything was great!
- Marcha (9/5): - De bushalte was echt perfect.
- Joris (7/5): Nice place but did not fulfill the expectations - Appartement is very spacious with large rooms The pictures are not recently made and the apartment looked different and fell a lot 'older' than expected. Needs a new paint job. In addition, the matrass was sagging and needs to be replaced.

- Petra (10/5): -
- Edwin (10/5): - Sehe gute, prompte und klare Kommunikation.
Alles hat super geklappt.
Ruhiges Zimmer und bequemes Bett.
- Maria Teresa (10/5): It was amazing! The apartment was sooo beautiful, relaxiing, deisgned cozily and with great facilities. I can't wait - Everything!:-) The washing machine and dryer was located across the street, about 3-4 houses away. It would have been perfect if there was a washing machine inside the apartment.

- Lauren (10/5): Wonderful stay! - We had a lovely stay - the apartment is very thoughtfully put together with lovely touches and lots of character! We really loved the location as well - it was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed.
- YOUNGHEE CHAE (5/5): -
Check-in problemlos.

- James (10/5): Lovely stay in a lovely city. - Lovely location in a quiet neighbourhood with a ship and bus stop within a 30 second walk. Bus to the centre is less than 5 mins duration. Really nice property with traditional features but with every comfort you might need. Effortless check in and out. A spacious apartment that is a perfect alternative to the regular claustrophobic hotel and at a similar price No air con is something we had to get used to but we didn't expect it so we made do with wind and windows....no fault on the property though, just our first world problems !

- Emil (10/5): Great stay - Big spacious Apartment with everything you need. We loves it there.
God location. Short walking distance to the center, Even with kids. Nothing
- Sara (8/5): Very good - Close to the old town and private parking. The sofa bed was not that good even though it was a child that slept in it.
- Edward (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laurent (9/5): Clean and peaceful - Spacious and Austrian style
The location was good and it was easy to walk to the old town.
The complimentary small bottle of sparkling wine was a nice touch. nothing to complain about
- Wijnand (9/5): Fantastisch place at perfect location - Nice modern and big apartment
Fulltime equiped kitchen
Good location, 10 minutes walk to downtown
Own parking space and charging possibility
2 balconies with nice view
Helpfull owner
Public transport to ski slopes across the road Church bells starling at 06:00 might wake you early if you are a light sleeper
Living room couch is only meent for sitting straight up, half laying in a more relaxed pose after a long day of skiing is not comfortable
- Howard (7/5): Good - It was very clean and warm. The toilet was outside the room.
- Ak (1/5): Horrible! - Nothing! Everything! It was bad enough that I had to check out 3 days early. Though I paid for 9 nights of stay.
First of all, I had to walk to different buildings to get the keycard. The communication with the owner was unnecessarily confusing, and I felt very unwelcoming.
Though I'm aware that the apartment is in the old building, very small with a toilet that is located outside of the room. But that's not the worst part.
The toilet was clogged the whole period of my stay. I had to end up walking across the street at night when it was -5 in Innsbruck to another building just to use the toilet, which is located in the basement. The light wasn't working. A perfect haunted house story!
I booked this place last minute solely because I didn't have many options and it's near to my friends apartment, that was it. A HUGE MISTAKE! The same amount of money you could find other place that is bigger and better. And probably a better host. Spare yourself the trouble!
- Leeanne (10/5): Beautiful and spacious apartment. - Beautiful spacious apartment. Close to the town centre. We (2 adults and 2 teens) loved Innsbruck and wished we had a few more nights there.
- Gaik (5/5): Passable - Near to a supermarket and bus stop. The location is too far from the main street.
About 15 mins walk.
There is no toilet inside the room, need to go out from the room.
- Tina (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - All the instructions to get to the apartment were clear, even though the location is not really as easy to access if you want to walk with your suitcases they provide you with a card (if you stay 2 nights or more) which is very useful for the usage of public transport, it was super comfortable, and the hosts receive you with a little gift to enjoy your stay. I really just used it to sleep, but had a cozy time there.
- Karlheinz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eddie (8/5): Very good -
- Taam (8/5): Very good -
- Beilinsohn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margherita (7/5): Great views, very cosy appartment but some improvement needed - The apartment is very nice and cosy, with a typical wooden floor and a general welcoming ambience. The bedroom is Big enough for a family of 4 people (1 kid and 1 baby), the balcony very Big as well, with a beautiful view on Alps. In general, the kitchen quite well equipped and interesting info about the city and surroundings is available inside the appartment. First of all, the owner informed some days before departure about some rennovation works in the building, affecting only the stairs, not the appartment itself. They offered us a free parking nearby, which has Been very appreciated (not easy to park in that área). The reality was that the whole ground floor of the building was completely destroyed, with an excavator working inside and men at work. Nobody from the staff was onsite at the check-in to explain at least the situation... Just to say, don't worry the appartment is safe... (Not from dust coming from the works....).
The appartment itself would need some rennovation as well, we found a broken shelf in the fridge, for example, one of the cooking zone did not work, and some more small defects...In general It was a nice stay, but, some details could be improved, in our opinion.
- Thiel (8/5): Very good -
- Joe (9/5): Superb -
- Melinda (8/5): Still, loved to stay there!!! - Very sweet and cozy, very comfortable bed! External toilet makes it very uncomfortable to go during the night or early mornings as everyone could see you in that way and everyone can use your toilet as well. It’s weird
- Laura (9/5): Great apartment, plenty of space and perfect for a nice holiday. - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The main bedroom is large and has plenty of sunlight. The smaller room has a bunk bed and two windows, which also makes it very light. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking, and there is plenty of space for sitting down, having a quiet night in and enjoy the nice weather. The smaller bedroom faces the street and can be a bit loud in the morning. We could hear the cars and the bells of the church nearby in the morning.
- Silvano (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zoe (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was gorgeous and loved the view of the Alps. It's spacious and located near the city center so it was easy to walk everywhere. My parents and I loved staying there! There isn't a lift to the apartment, so it was a little tough getting our luggage up the stairs. But it is a historic building in the older part of the town, so it's completely understandable. Just a note to travelers with big luggage.
- Kimberly (9/5): Cozy, cute… good apt - So cute and cozy, great neighborhood Building was kinda run down, extra facilities were confusing
- Wendy (10/5): Best place in innsbruck! - It was a fantastic apartment with lots of room! Great bathroom, view, and balcony! Loved everything about it, including the complementary prosecco! Such a cool place with lots of great amenities! Our host was extremely responsive when we couldn't figure out how to get in (our fault!) I would definitely stay here again only longer! 10 stars all around! I loved everything, but my daughter didn't love the 6 am. church bells (I did!)
- Marie (8/5): Very good -
- Harold (10/5): The mountains were calling and I listened to them - No breakfast.....but I enjoyed finding my own Nothing! It was truly a 10/10
- Warot (9/5): Awesome - Host is very helpful
Room is clean
Easy to find
Close to bus and supermarket
Also close to kid park which my son love it
Checkin checkout is easy Nothing
- Cathy (10/5): Exceptional - Host was very responsive. Directions for entering were very simple. Location was great with an easy walk to the old town.
- Ciara (9/5): A cozy, convenient and comfortable stay in Innsbruck! - The hosts were really helpful and prompt in their responses! Even though I encountered two problems during my time in Innsbruck, they hosts were always very patient and kind in helping me. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. There was plenty to see in the town and I appreciated the hosts preparing an Innsbruck card for me to use to explore.
- Kathy (9/5): Superb - Lovely views from balcony. Bus stop just across from accommodation. Walking distance to old town. Spacious ,bright and airy apartment with well equipped kitchen . Good communication from owners. Poor wifi connection and unsecured network difficult for overseas visitors with limited data to book and pay for tours etc.
- Dmitry124 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Antonia (10/5): Fantastic location, lovely apartment. Great for a family stay. - Spacious, clean, well appointed. Great location.
- Susan (9/5): Spacious house and well equipped with all that we need. - Clean and nice mountain view Wifi doesn’t seem consistent.
- Darren (10/5): Excellent -
- Nataliya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gim (10/5): I want to stay again - l like all of this accommodation
Although I stayed on the first floor, the view was pretty cool, and if I asked something through the app, the reply was so fast. Besides, I can do my laundry and dry with the machine only €2 !
So clean and very cosy ! Almost nothing but what the kitchen wasn't existed was a little bit shame
- Callum (10/5): Excellent I enjoyed my stay in a beautiful city - The property was in a great location easy access too public transport as well as walking distance into the city centre :) Nothing
- Hayley (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and kept at a comfortable temperature. The views out the many windows were amazing as well! Clear, easy to follow instructions for sorting waste and recycling, however we couldn't easily find replacement bin liners.
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruth (8/5): Very good - Amazing location for getting the J bus up to Nordkette and down to the city The toilet is by the front door so quite drafty and doesn’t have a sink (there is one in the room)
- Mitchell (10/5): It was wonderful - Beautiful view, lots of space, clean, very comfortable Nothing
- Janet (9/5): Superb -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Andreia (10/5): Proximity to the mountains and excellent transport access made it an ideal choice for an adventure. - The house is strategically located, providing breathtaking views of the nearby mountains and transport access right in front of the house. The reliable transport options made it hassle-free to explore the surrounding areas and access the trailheads for various trekking routes and also the airport. I only interacted with the hosts online, but they were very warm, helpful and welcoming. They also provided the Innsbruck Welcome Card which was a pleasant surprise. I was aware that the toilet was outside the bedroom, but it was also very close to the entrance door. During the night was bit uncomfortable to get out of the room and face the cold. But I felt very safe in the house.
- Caroline (8/5): Very good -
- Harris (8/5): Overall great stay - Very clean and good for a solo traveler. About a ten minute walk into town. I found it difficult to figure out what room was mine when I arrived. I called the help number which initially confused me more but the kind man came and showed me. Maybe having other languages outside of German on the signs would help travelers from other countries.
- Aurosish (9/5): Homely feeling and kids friendly - Location is perfect and accommodation is very good for families with kid
- Anonymous (10/5): Great stay for large family. Great hosts - Great location and very spacious well equipped accommodation. Hosts made us feel very comfortable with some extra treats and toiletries etc. Highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our family of 6.
- Elaine (9/5): Superb -
- Vishal (7/5): Good - Great spacious house, nice location. The instructions on which house the apartment belongs to were not clear
- Miriam (10/5): Perfect stay with great location. - Location
- Beata (10/5): excellent vintage style apartment - wonderful, like in the place of my grandmum. Very clean, very nice place, big apartment. all was there, vintage style. we really enjoyed it. Excellent place from short distance walt to center, super parking. nothing, all was great
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (9/5): Lovely apartment with great views in a nice area. - Great location - lovely large flat with plenty of relaxing space, nice views. Very easy to get to and from all attractions and fantastic mountain walking on foot or bus, close to the town centre. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. We were able to also get some laundry done which was a real bonus! We were a couple with 3 teenage children and the bed arrangement wasn’t perfect - it’s better for us to have kids separate from parents. We knew the layout before we came - and knew this would be the case. So it wasn’t a problem.
- Dang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shobhit (8/5): Very good - Welcome gesture. Old construction and just one bathroom for 6 people.
- Victor (7/5): Quiet location, very spacious and well equipped - The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Remarkably cool even though we stayed during a heat wave. The location for us was ideal with the bus stop J more or less outside that takes you down to the city centre in a few minutes, it's so easy. If you stay more than 3 nights you get a Welcome card which enables you to use the buses or trams, just get on and off, no working out complicated ticket machines or validating necessary. They also run very frequently, waiting no more than 10 minutes. Other reviewers have mentioned the fact that the apartments are at the top of a hill, so the buses are brilliant, just find any bus J going towards Nordkette and get off at Hottinger platz. The church bells didn't bother us at all, they start at 6am and finish at 10pm and strike on quarter hours, we could even tell the exact time without looking at our watches. The apartment as well as the whole building needs refurbishment and redecoration. From the rusted gate and fence, dark entrance and faded old lino stairway. We didnt personally care for the shabby chic look, most of the furniture was fitted with flaking, chipped paint with faded cushions seating. The bed in the main bedroom needs attention, some of the wooden slats may need replacing.
- Aladin (9/5): Superb -
- Shivangi (9/5): Superb -
- Valentin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Phil (8/5): Very good - Great location, close enough to walk downtown yet fairly quiet overall. Good kitchen equipment, good parking. Really nice balcony with mountainside view. Nothing the hotel can affect, but there is a church nearby... Church bells a bit noisy, duh.
- João (9/5): Superb - The staff established excellent communication before and during my stay, and was flexible to accommodate a request - this was really useful. The room fits the description - a basic room, but quite suitable if you don't require sophistication and can do with a toilet outside the room. Very, very clean, with a comfortable mattress and a few nice gifts. It is reasonably close to the city center, but be aware of a steep road from the river to the property. I'd stay again on a solo trip (the bedroom has a single bed).
- Udit.kumar.sahoo (9/5): Superb - 15 minutes walk from Innsbruck Center. Beautiful location and house.
- Joann (8/5): gorgeous mountain views and quaint, rustic suite - Quaint accommodation on the periphery of Innsbruck. Suite was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful view of the mountains, and close to two bus lines, although it was close enough to walk to downtown. There is a church next to the property, and the bells would ring on the quarter hour and hour. I found this comforting, but some may not enjoy. Furnishing was rustic, but pleasant, and building was older. it appears that the hallway is under a bit of construction, but did not affect entry or exit from suite.
- Ann (7/5): Satisfied. - The room itself is neat, except that the toilet was outside. Not a big issue for me. Bed was comfy. Rebecca was nice. It is actually quite far from the train station and uphill, fortunate that my luggage was not that large. The occupants in the room above mine were noisy, footsteps and voices could be heard.
- Dilip (7/5): Good -
- Susan (7/5): The stunning views and great location outweigh other niggles. - Excellent location, with stunning mountain views and Tyrolean architecture. A 15 minute walk into town, with regular buses (free with your Welcome Card, which even covers airport buses). The apartment is huge, and the photos pretty accurate.
The IKEA-furnished double-aspect bedroom is a nice contract to the darker rooms. with a very useful covered veranda. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped. Check-in very easy. Not great if you're a light sleeper. The church bells are seriously loud, especially the 6am Sunday call to Matins (or 5am if you're on UK time), which means you have to choose between trying to shut out the noise, or having the bedroom window open. The pillows - only 1 each - are pretty old and saggy.
- Lukasz (7/5): Good -
- Mikhail (8/5): Good apartments near the city center - Apartments are spacious, and the location is convenient with a good bus connection to the city center.
The kitchen is very well equipped. There is even a dishwasher, and basic stuff like salt and oil is also provided.
The wi-fi quality is mediocre: up to 35 MBit/s.
The apartment staff were friendly and were quickly responding to additional requests. The apartments are partially renovated. Some parts are really vintage: pictures may not reflect it fully.
There is a church across the street that starts ringing the bells at 6 am. Please consider that if you are sound sensitive.
Surprisingly, the building is outside of the food delivery area.
