Karen (6/5): Someone's making money. - Good location, great view, but paid for it and weren't there most of the day to enjoy it. Good kitchen facilities. For over $580 a night, it was not vacuumed, check in was 4pm due to cleaning?? I vacuumed & filled a vacuum container on the 2nd day because it needed doing and was so dusty. For a family of four after skiing/ snowboarding each day and spending their money in the area, there was no free to air TV, no Netflix, and one small soap and three very small bath gels for 4 days. Could probably be a little more generous with accommodation basics for that price, given that a family will not be out at bars and/ or eating out in town every night with children after long days on the slopes, which is why they opted for an apartment. Having to deal with accommodation issues in person is not an option because you would miss the activities you have paid to do, and with no one answering to the questions/ requests we put in anyway, we could have wasted even more time achieving no fair results. Disappointing.
Brianna (5/5): Passable - Great location and the pool, gym and bistro facilities are handy. We have stayed at Horizon's before so we knew what we should expect from these apartments, but this particular apartment was subpar. Missing basic amenities like drinking glasses, the sofa bed kept collapsing and the main bed was an incredibly basic and uncomfortable mattress, which was disappointing. The pool temperature was also so cold we could only swim for a few minutes.
