• Basil (10/5): I would rent this apartment again. - The location is excellent, at the harbour and central to amenities. The parking provided is a welcome addition to the apartment. Very quiet and comfortable.

• Helmar (10/5): Hervorragende Unterkunft - Neues, sehr großes, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes und hervorragend designtes Studio mit dem Blick für das Detail. Im Vorfeld wurden wir unkompliziert über Schlüsselübergabe und Anreise informiert. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und ein sehr herzliches Willkommen. Die Küche ist vollwertig eingerichtet. Wir haben aber die vielfältigen günstigen Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung für Frühstück und Dinner genutzt. Altstadt und Strand sind gut mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Studio ist sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über einen Balkon.

• ANDZELIKA (10/5): - Piękny, nowy apartament, dobrze wyposażony. Świetna lokalizacja. Tuż obok znajduje się przystanek. Spacerem 20 min do starego miasta. Plaża rownież w zasiegu 20 min spaceru. W pobliżu sklepy i restauracje. Gospodarz bardzo gościnny i pomocny. Dziękujemy i polecamy serdecznie

• Uros (10/5): Very good location for exploring Dubrovnik - Very good location, few steps from two big supermarkets, bus station in front of the house. With the bus, there is few minutes to the Pile gates, never wait more than 5 minutes for a bus. Close to the Gruz port... Appartment is very well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microvawe etc. Beside that, there is oil, sal, pepper, sugar, coffe etc in the kitchen... Very good experience... For the car, parking place in the basement...

• Concetta (8/5): Great facilities, spotless clean, strategic parking - We liked the decor of the studio, the facilities offered. The complimentary snacks provided were a nice touch from the host. The location was a 20 minute walk from the old town and only 15 from the beach. There was a bakery and a few convenience stores on the doorstep. We could park the car in the garage below, and that gave us peace of mind while staying in Dubrovnik. The view from the balcony wasn't great because the flat is located between two tall buildings and on the other side of the road there is the unsympathetic building of a polyclinic.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - We really enjoyed our stay at Golden Studio. We chose this property because we drove and this had free undercover parking. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the laundry machine and patio to hang clothes. The host also provided laundry soap, toiletries and basics for cooking. The accomodation is in a good location and I believe it took us about 40ish minutes to walk to the old town but there are also buses right outside that will take you there quickly. Overall, we would recommend!

• Wing (8/5): Very good - The building is modern. The studio is spacious. The big tv is a bonus. Love the snacks and juice the owner left for their guests. It’s a bit dusty in some corners and feels the bed cover was a but dusty too.

Neighbour were too noisy but I do not think so that host can do anything in it. A little bit weird smell in apartment sometimes but if you open balcony door then all good
• Anatolii (10/5): Excellent stay. Highly recommend - Everything was just great. Good instructions for self-checking. Support in whatsapp. Private parking in a garage. Good wifi. Netflix (didn't use). Property itself is very clean. Welcome compliment. Has in large supply all the possible furnitures, liquids, soaps, etc. 20 mins walking distance to the city center. Bedsheets weren't changed from previous guests. But you have a plenty of fresh ones in a commode. So, we just changed them by ourselves.

• Teodora (10/5): Perfect - The studio is very pretty and cosy. It is perfect for a couple with a child. A big plus is the availability of a parking lot. We used the bus for going to the Old town - there is a bus stop just in front of the building and bus No 6 takes you to the Old town in 3 bus stops. There is also a big supermarket and a great bakery near the studio. Last but not least, the hostess is very friendly and helpful 🙂 She recommended us some good restaurants.
• Heg-jobsen (9/5): Excellent - The bed, the bathroom, everything was luxurious and beautiful. Nice kitchen. Parking was easy, easy to get to old town. The noise, not just from the street, but from the neighbours, and sometimes the weird smell. But I doubt the host can do anything about that.

Great contact with the owner wich send us the information that we needed and the check-in check-out was easy. Amazing property with little surprise snacks. Very clean, modern apartment with underground private parking. They do care about every detail so you don’t have to buy things like extra soap, dishwasher tabs, spices, tea and so on. Also kitchen is very well equiped if you ocasionally want to eat something at home. Bus stop to city or beach is at front of building. Shopping center and supermarket just across the road. Even little bakery shop was just around corner. You can find lot of restaurants near.

• Ymedinag (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the apartment, all kinds of details: plenty of towels, washing machine and clothesline. salt sugar. and a wonderful terrace. The location is formidable, I include the buses that are taken to the old city, 2 minutes away. We recommend you take the Dubrovnik pass, for 1 or 3 days. It includes a wall and a fortress, and museums plus free transportation.
• Lazaros (10/5): Best stay in Dubrovnik - The room was clean ,comfortable in a very central place . If you have a car they offer you a parking spot indoors, if you don't the bus station is outside the hotel. The room has everything that you may need as long during your stay .The owner send us the information that we needed and the check-in check-out was easy .

In apartment was little surprise snacks ..so nice of them .. Also location is superb. Bus stop to city or beach is at front of building and cost only 2Euro . Shopping center is 30 meters away and supermarket just across the road. Even little bakery shop was just around corner.. You can find lot of restaurants near. To old town Dubrovnik is just 15 min by bus .. Antonia was super host.. All information about key and parking was clear and simple . And both she and her husband are so friendly and kind. When we finish our stay they surprise us with very nice chocolate present.. It was really 5 star service and hospitality.. All recommendations and we can’t thank them enough.. We will come and stay there every time we are in Dubrovnik.. Thank you sa much Antonia Everything was exceptional

They do care about every detail so you don’t have to buy things like extra soap, dishwasher tabs, spices, tea and so on. Also kitchen is very well equiped if you ocasionally want to eat something at home. Maybe if you are not used to city sounds it’s not perfect for you as apartment is located close to quite busy street.
• Graham (9/5): Superb modern apartment close to the old town with secured parking. - Great apartment, located in a quiet area but only 20mins walk to the old town. The host provided excellent instructions on how to get in etc. The underground parking was fantastic, no parking issues at all. Modern room with everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. The host even left a pile of snacks for us and offered to pop in and say hi. Nothing.
• Georgios (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was made really smart using each square meter in a good way. It was full of extra and it had space to move, that was a success of the architect and the owner. Next to the hotel it is a bus station and you can go everywhere.
