• Géraldine (6/5): Reserve aux bons marcheurs - La vue essentiellement. Appartement tres éloigné du centre ville 20 min de marche en montée. Manque de décoration tres basique le minimum. Un seul tabouret de bar sur la terrasse. Impossible de faire une machine a laver, porte condamnée. 2 couettes individuelles pour un lit 2 places...c est inconfortable.

• Tracy (10/5): - Balcony overlooking the water, close to Old Town, and comfortable bed make this apartment perfect! Neven is an amazing host and I would definitely recommend staying here. The walk down the hill to Old Town is great...the walk back up can be challenging after a long day. Definitely got my steps in!

• GORAN (10/5): - Host Neven was very helpfull, easy check inn and out. Place is quiet and so cute with extrodionary view of island Lokrum and Old town, easy access to the nearby bus station. Walking to the Old town is safe and short, full of wonderful sightseeings. Nothing so far.

• Juliette (7/5): Fijn appartement op een mooie locatie - Mooi uitzicht, lekker dat je een balkon hebt om te zitten. Keuken en wasmachine ook een pluspunt. Buiten de drukte maar toch dicht bij het centrum.Vriendelijke host die snel reageert op berichten en verzoeken. Qua hygiëne kon het beter, veel dingen in de keuken waren een beetje smoezelig. De lucht afvoer in de badkamer was extreem stoffig, dit heb ik aangegeven en het is toen wel meteen schoongemaakt.
• Bella (7/5): - Location was excellent, 15mins walk to closest shop and a bit more to the old town. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view from the balcony. Very friendly host. He was helpful and polite. It was good to have a washing machine to wash laundry. There were few things needing fixing at the apartment, e.g. Freezer box door inside the fridge was broken, and few other minor things. Also the wooden wall pilars separating the sleeping area from the living room space were really dusty! It would have been handy to gave a Hoover there to maintain the door clean.

• Olha (9/5): Загалом все сподобалось. - Господар дуже хороший. Зустрів нас в аеропорту. Відстань до старого міста 10хв. Поряд з апартаментами найкращий пляж . Але будьте готові до спусків та підйомів. У квартирі є все для приготування страв. Ціни в ресторанах трохи завищені. Господар дозволив пізніше виселитися. Дуже йому вдячні. Не вистачає пилососа або швабри для миття підлоги.

Wskazał parking gdzie możemy zostawić autovna czas pobytu, przyjechał po nas i zawiózł z naszymi rzeczami do apartamentu, mimo ze nie był jeszcze gotowy wniósł sam wszystko i napisał jak mogliśmy przyjść i sie zakwaterować. Polecam bo widok zapiera dech w piersiach :)

He made contact with us before we arrived. The sat nav took us to the wrong road, and Neven came out to find us at 9.30 pm on a Saturday night. He really is a fantastic host! Thank you! Was all perfect.
• Angelica (8/5): Very good - The location and view were the best parts. TV, fridge, cooking pots, plates, washer machine, kettle, microwave in the unit. There's wifi. There's no drier, but there's an air drying rack and clips to hold your clothes. I usually washed everything either in the morning or late at night, clothes would be dry within 10 hrs. I do not recommend you leave the rack in the balcony, the wind will push your clothes to the ground. The owner was quite nice, he asked mid stay if we needed anything. He's easily reachable by whatsapp. Finding the place and keys was easy, he sents you pictures and instructions to get yourself into the apartment. He may also be able to pick you up and drop off at the airport. I should've gone with him the first time, it was more affordable than the taxi. Taxis in dubrovnik are expensive because they go by taximeter and there's usually traffic. His car is small though, so I think it can take 2 big suitcases max and 2 passengers. Location is safe, but to be fair, the whole city is safe. There's a few markets just a couple of minutes from the accommodation. There's a beach to the left! We didn't know till our last day haha. We walked from and to old Town and to other places. It's about 15min to old Town, it's a bit uphill so it may take a little more effort than usual. Still overall pretty nice. It could use a bit of a deep clean. I carry lysol wipes, and cleaned around the bed and lamps and it was quite dusty. Same thing for around the TV. The floor I don't think it was mopped properly (you could see shoe marks). The balcony was not that clean either but that one is more understandable, if you clean it I'm sure it's dirty within a few hours because of the wind. The sofa has a few stains, it could use some deep clean as well. I think the toilet lid is a bit loose, it could use a tiny adjustment to prevent it from breaking.

• Iveta (10/5): Thanks to the apartment we were able to enjoy the perfect vacation, both rich with alone time and having everything at t - The apartment is placed perfectly, it allows privacy and avoiding the worst of tourism if needed but it is also close enough to everything so one walks to the old town in 10-15 minutes, to the beaches in 6-15 minutes, etc. The view from the balcony is breathtaking at any moment of a day, perfect for calm breakfast and dinner. I liked everything, I would suggest renewing some equipment (e.g. on the balcony, blinds or the couch cover) to make the experience even more pleasant. These are just details, though that definitely did not take away from the experience.

The apartment is close enough to walk but on superbly hot days the uphill walk back is a bit rough. The pull-out couch isn't comfortable to sleep on (they never are).

• Prakhardeep (9/5): Amazing Views - Good Service - The apartment has a good location quite close to the Old Town with bus stop nearby. It was clean and had every amenity required. The view from the apartment is amazing and finally the host Neven was very helpful. Nothing as such to dislike.

View is lovely from the balcony of the island of Lokrum. Parking on the road was easy to find space. The apartment is in a run down, smokey smelling building which was a little unpleasant. It was quite dirty and dusty in the apartment itself - could do with a thorough clean throughout and a fresh coat of paint. There are stains and hairs on furniture and lots of mould in the shower. The pictures generally oversell it. Would have been nice to have some info left for us about the city etc.

• Zuzana (10/5): Pleasant vacation near the center of Dubrovnik - We felt very comfortable in this apartment. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Lokrum. Banje beach is about 20 minutes away. on foot, as well as beach St. Jakov and the city center. The owner of the apartment communicated with us in writing all the time in a very willing and friendly manner (e.g. we received exact instructions on how to get to the apartment. He was interested in whether we needed anything, whether everything was OK). After arriving at the apartment, chilled mineral water and fruit were waiting for us 🍉 Neven was a really excellent host, he always responded promptly to our questions. Upon request, he personally provided us with a transfer to the airport. We had a pleasant vacation 😊

• Dóra (10/5): it was a 4 night stay here, we loved it, the mornings and evenings on the balcony, the proximity to the old town and res - First of all, the host, Neven is a great guy, very helpful. everything was prepared, so we didn’t have to meet him for the keys, and it was very comfortable for us, arriving by car. The apartment is also very nice, and has an amazing view to Lokrum island. so you can drink your morning coffee on the balcony, staring at the sea and the island. the location is perfect, it was only a pleasant 15 min walk near the seaside to the old town. Parking on the street at the property is free of charge, so that is also great. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything, what we needed. I highly recommend this apartment, we are already planning a trip back😊 nothing

• Mihaela (10/5): Very nice stay in Dubrovnik - Nice located studio, one can walk to the old city center. Very nice view from the balcony to the Lokrum island. We arrived late in the evening; Neven sent us several messages to see if we had any problems on the road and he came to the studio in the evening to make sure that everything was all right. The studio is big enough for three people, the beds are comfortable, free parking in the street. Very nice experience overall.
