• Wendy (8/5): It was completely fine. - The location was the best part, super convenient to everything. The apt. was very clean but small. We were not in the apt that much, so it was ok. The staff helped set us up with a good tour leader and answered our questions, like where to do our laundry. Bed was too soft and hot water would run out after one shower. Had to wait for awhile before the second person could shower and, this was with the first person taking a quick shower. I know it is an apt. not a hotel, but it could have been stocked with a little more coffee and toilet paper. We could not find anyplace to buy more Nespresso pods and had to replenish the toilet paper. Could only. get two channels on the t.v. Maybe we were doing something wrong.

The company are great at being in touch and are really helpful with anything needed. The apartment was really clean, well kitted out and it was really well decorated. Fab spot to stay - would definitely come again!
• Maria (8/5): Lovely apartment in the Old Town - I enjoyed my stay at Art Deco apartments. Apartment was spacious and well appointed and generally quite cool in the summer warmth - even when the air conditioning wasn’t on. Bed very comfortable and water pressure was fantastic. WIFI connection was really good and the staff who I met on arrival very friendly and helpful. The only slight downside was the noise as the apartment I was in was right by the front door so I was woken up a lot with people coming and going, and outside the apartment. However, all to be expected given the centrality of the location - I just wish I’d remember earplugs.

Walking distance from all the key sights and in a quiet street, it was spotlessly clean with washing machine, coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, heating/air conditioning and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It was like sleeping on a cloud! Each room of the apartment had a door so if you were watching TV you weren’t disturbing your partner who wanted to rest. The apartment is decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style and is even better than the photos. The staff were outstanding, recommending sights and restaurants and storing our bags on the last day ( for a small cost of 7euros). Art Deco appartments made our stay in Dubrovnik very special. Nothing

• Katarina (8/5): Cozy gem in the heart of Old Town - Cute, comfy little spot, perfect for wandering the Old Town, everything was so close and handy, it was great. Modern flat, with all the basic facilities you may need, bed is extremely comfortable and I loved that the team left coffees and few extra amenities, it really helps you until you find your way around to the shops. Great AC to cool down from all the heat outside and really good shower pressure. We had a self check-in and the team is super approachable and easy to communicate with, they made sure we got there safely. Would come back again😊😊

Check in was 3pm, arrived to drop bags off, had to phone the property, waiting 20-30minutes outside the property to then have to walk to another reception. Arrived at the reception with a ‘new starter’ working there no clue what was going on or how to check anyone in, 3 other people trying to check in at the same time. no organisation, rude staff. Was told to come back at 3pm to check in, arrived at the reception and was told the room wasn’t still ready, and should wait for a ‘text’ having NO signal or NO internet due to being in another country, still no text at 16:30pm. Had a dinner reservation at 7pm, unaware that check in was still an issue. Arrived at 16:30pm to then be greeted by another member of staff dealing with a complaint on the phone regarding another booking of someone also waiting 1-2hrs to check in. She then left and we had to step outside to wait for another member of staff to arrive. We got taken to the apartment to then be told ‘sorry about your wait, it was because the last people that stayed they made a big mess!’…. No communication between staff, unorganised. Check in wasn’t until 16:30pm… not acceptable!

• Alice (6/5): Overall good room, few frustrations considering the cost - Great location, good amount of space and comfy beds Texted me to confirm details I had already confirmed, then ignored me when I asked for self check in (which they had offered) which was weird. Corner of the room smelt very damp and charged us to store a bag for a couple of hours after checking out which feels cheap when the fees aren't small for the room and they initially advertise it as a service they offer (not mentioning the price).

Pick up was quick and the gentleman was super kind and friendly. Amazing trip! Will come back and stay here again. Tad noisy at night but just close the windows.
