Would definitely recommend it. - The property was in a great location in Old town It not on the property at all, but it’s a tad bit noisy at night. Didn’t bother my son and I, but if you’re a light sleeper it may be difficult for you.

• Jane (9/5): - The apartment building is in a brilliant location right off the main street and can be accessed from Pile Gate without steps, which was really helpful with a toddler (there are stairs up to the apartment but that was fine). Gasper was so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for things to see and do and allowed us to check out late as there was no one arriving the day we departed. Everything was clean and the apartment had most of what we needed. It would have been great to have a toaster but maybe that's just a UK person preference!

The apartment was beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional was the owner. He personally came to meet us to hand over the keys, which was such a warm and thoughtful touch. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home from the very first moment. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. We will definitely be coming back!

• Roger (9/5): Excellent. - Well-furnished, very comfortable, superb location. The host was extremely helpful. He brought a tea towel and new coffee maker within minutes of us asking. The boiler and shower were awkwardly positioned, making having a shower a challenge if you didn't want to soak the rest of the bathroom. There was a lack of cleaning items in kitchen and bathroom.

You are in the centre of the old town so everything is within 5-10 mins walking distance. It could be a bit noisy in the evenings but that’s what you get from being in the centre

Perfect place for a convenient stay in old town. Lots of stairs but that is to be expected. Street noice but that also is to be expected.
• Charmaine (10/5): - This is a large apartment right in the center of ols town. The hosts are fantastic! Gasper met us at the property upon arrival and departure. He carried both our large suitcases up three flights of stairs and down upon departure. He gave us an orientation of the apartment and how to work everything. He also oriented us on the local map and suggested fun things to do.

• Karli (10/5): Very much appreciated our host managers, and getting us settled and it’s a comfortable little suite! - Our host managers were excellent! They’re great communicators and were very helpful. They helped us get settled and told us how to get around. The location is right in the middle of old town. The place was very clean and as expected. If you want to make your own meals and cook, they’re only two elements, little fridge and limited cooking space. I would highly recommend.

• Aleksandr (10/5): Fantastic modern apartment in a charming Old Town - We liked absolutely everything! You can't find a better location, the apartment is exactly as on the pictures, etc. Gašper met us in person, helped with the bags and gave an overview of the apartment and Dubrovnik itself. This intro was next to none, very comprehensive and helpful. Also, Gašper and Đino are very attentive hosts. Once we developed a difficulty connecting to WiFi and it was fixed very promptly. Highly recommend this place for both families and romantic couples. There are no actual problems. If it helps anyone, the Old Town is not quiet by night and the sounds of music and singing get into the apartment. All of us still had a good night's sleep, including our 3-year old kid. Also, you need to use stairs to reach the top floor. We enjoyed this, but it might be a problem for travellers with limited mobility. I guess this would be true for most places in Dubrovnik though, it's just the historic character of the place.

The property was perfectly located and had every facility that we needed. Dubrovnik itself is amazing (especially in low season when we went, as it was nice and quiet) and offers so much to see and do. No complaints at all. Lots of options for eating out, even in low season.

There was a grocery store a café, and saw a restaurants within a two minute walk. Our host Gasper was welcoming and provided us with very fun and helpful information about Dubrovnik and transportation to our next destination.

Location is excellent, in the heart of Dubrovnik's old town and a short walk from Pile Gate. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and Dino was a great help with our luggage. There are several flights of stairs within the building to get to the apartment. Fine for us, but just something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues.

• Joshua (10/5): Must stay apartment in Old Town Dubrovnik - There was honestly nothing that we could fault about our stay. We organised a private transfer from the airport through Gasper our amazing host and we were picked up by the lovely Dino. Gasper gave us a tour of Old Town when we arrived which was so helpful as we knew where everything was on our first day. The apartment had everything we needed for cooking and he even left some beach towels for us to use as well. It was so clean and the bed was really comfortable! It was a spacious apartment and we enjoyed having a separate living room to relax in. We couldn't fault the location as we had a little shop right outside the apartment where we could stock up on essentials and immediate access to the main street. We really couldn't recommend a stay at Etal Luxury Apartment enough, you will not be disappointed! Leaving!! Wish we were still there!
• Kristine (10/5): Formidable cultural, gourmet and leisure centre with friendliest people - The host waited for our family at the entrance of Old Town Dubrovnik. Within few minutes of walk from Pile we reached a Historic House in the epicentre of Old Town. The entrance main door leads to a welcoming hall with stone floors, artwork, historic staircases with banisters and high ceilings. We reached the top floor and noticed a lot of historical details on the way to our apartment. When we opened the front doors we immediately noticed stylish kitchen with french wooden floors and elegant round dining table. The large windows in each room with cable TV, sofabed, artwork on the walls, air-conditioning and huge bathroom with modern features and large mirror. The shower 🚿 was designed to accommodate diverse options and choices, we spent hours showering and pampering ourselves. We were impressed with neighbouring historic buildings architecture and gastronomic options in the area. We could hear Church bells 🔔 nearby and the sound of distant sailing ⛵ ⛵ 🚢 🛥 boat's. The secret nearby Buza bar and beach ⛱ was only 7 minutes walking distance as it was the main port and most precious boutiques, art galleries and shops. The small grocery was located almost opposite the main entrance and we have managed to find everything that we needed from bread, milk, chocolates, wine, beer, ice cream, fruit and vegetables to orange juice to corn chicken and good choice of tunas, sardines and local parmham and cheese 🧀. We have spent only 7 days and the next time we will try to book a minimum of 1 month this gorgeous apartment.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Our apartment was beautiful, modern , spotless clean , the location was great and was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. In the middle of our stay, our toilet paper was restocked, towels were refreshed and our garbage was disposed of, service which we have never encountered before in renting apartments. So positively impressed. We also chose an airport pickup that was smooth, no waiting at the airport and so helpful with our luggage. The guys in charge with these apartments are great. So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend staying in ones of their flats. I haven't seen a long time such a good, personal service. Keep up the good work! Gašper was an excellent host, carried our bags up, organized transport, met us at the gate, gave us a history lesson and tips on what to see. He was a pleasure to deal with! Air con worked beautifully and was great to come home to a cool apartment. It was also excellent for my hand washing, as everything dried while we were out during the day. A supermarket was right next door and restaurants galore. Apartment was on top floor, but stairs were easy and stairs part of being in the old town. Will come back! Nothing! Loved it all. Only suggestion I would have is to include a clothes drying rack (you know a fold up one) for washing.

It was great, the only thing that might have improved the accommodation would have been having a few more household products like a broom to sweep up sand from the beach and some bin liners when the bin filled up! Other than that, it was great!

He then took our heavy luggage up two flights of stairs. He also gave us some history of the old town and recommendations to see and eat. Loved our stay!! We had construction noise early one morning that woke us but I'm sure this is a one off.

It is also very cozy and very clean. Because it's in the center of town and there are a lot of caffès nearby, it's loud outside pretty late into the night. This isn't really a negative, just an observation (as I'm a light sleeper). Other than that, it was great!

• Cristina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is just lovely, very spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is located in the very center of the Old Town, literally a few minutes' walk to all the attractions. A big plus especially in Dubrovnik is that it's located just before the city stairs start and it's therefore easy to reach compared to other apartments in the city. Gasper has been so helpful and gave really good tips about what to see around. We had a late flight back and as there were no other guests coming that day we were able to stay in the apartment longer than the check-out time, which we appreciated a lot :) This has nothing to do with the flat, we really enjoyed it as I mentioned above. There are many bars and dining spots around the flat and it is quite noisy until around 1am. Then early at about 5-6 am the city cleaning services start and you can hear heavy rolling of wheels on the pavement. There is air conditioning in the flat and if the windows are closed it's really ok and the sounds are much reduced.
• Gene01 (10/5): Exceptional - The location was awesome, right at the heart of the Old Town, Dubrovnik! It was upscale and truly a luxury villa, with lots of space and good, wide and comfortable bed. Cleanliness was at the highest level, and the host was friendly and very helpful in getting around such as accessing the public washing machines/laundry, the markets, cafés, eateries, restaurants and beaches nearby, thank you. Not Applicable!
