• David (7/5): - Location above the beach and the walled city. Check in was difficult. The property manager needs to meet you at the property. Despite communicating exactly when we would be there we still had to wait 40 minutes for thr property manager to arrive.

• Aleksi (10/5): Perfect apartment for visiting the Old Town - Perfect location right in front of the beach and a 10 minute seaside stroll to the Old Town. Beautiful views to the sea from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom. The apartment is very spacious even for 5-6 people. Our driver and host, Goran, was super nice and extremely helpful, arranging all of our transport needs during our stay. Half of our plans in Dubrovnik wouldn't have been possible without his help.
• Gts999 (8/5): Nice large comfortable apartment situated in a top location with a very friendly and helpful host. - The host was very friendly, helpful and respectful, and responded to questions and requests always promptly. On the 2nd day, when there was something to be fixed in the apartment, the host came, after knowing her colleague was busy and didn't come in time, did the fix herself. The apartment is located directly in front of the Banje beach, and 3 min walk to the old town. Sitting or standing on the balcony of the apartment gives the best view of the beach and old town, especially during sun rise or sun set. Everything worked well during our 4-day stay. noch much, if at all, you'll find, the road in front of the apartment building is a curve, and the pedestrian lane at the building entrance is about 20cm wide only, and next to it is the driving lane. One needs to be very careful, when getting out of the apartment building, especially with kids. Again, you'll see such case everywhere in Dubrovnik. It is something to be accepted for staying in a good location.
• Julie (10/5): We loved it and couldn’t fault it. - I could not rate this highly enough - beautiful apartment and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was just perfect too. Lots of extra touches like beach equipment and plenty of towels were very convenient as well. The balcony was slightly small but this was clear from the photos when booking and it was still a good size for two people to sit out with a table and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. It also got the sunlight all day.

• James (10/5): Close in, spacious, clean & nice. - If you are reading this review, you are probably looking for the some of the few dates it is still available for this year; that should be a good indication it is a nice apartment. Before I go into the apartment itself, if you do not find your dates, take note of the host’s company, Dubrovnik Tours - Horizon. Goga is an excellent host for the apartment, but she can make many arrangements for you for your vacation in Dubrovnik, even if you do not stay in this apartment. Goga’s friendliness and helpfulness goes well beyond just the business part of taking care of clients. The apartment itself is very large and has been remolded well. You will be met by a real human, likely Goga, at the apartment and not left to a remote or digital check-in. The 2 bathrooms are full bathrooms. It is a short walk to the Ploce Gate, the southern entrance into old town Dubrovnik(you will also find taxi and bus connections there). If you like beaches and sunbathing, it is just steps from the stairs to Banje beach which also has a beach club. There is a small balcony with an excellent view of Dubrovnik and sunsets. Kitchen, family room and master have the same views. Even though it sits above a busy street, the windows are very good at blocking noise. It is close to many restaurants. We mostly cooked in and were able to find anything we needed at the Studenac market just a short walk towards Dubrovnik. We spent 2 weeks touring from Dubrovnik to Budapest and this was our favorite accommodation. One good news-bad new point: good news is, it is located directly on a FLAT street - bad news is, it is located DIRECTLY on the street. Goga will issue numerous cautions to anyone staying there about this. It has lack of parking, which true of almost all apartments and many hotels in Dubrovnik. Even if parking is listed for a property, it is usually a tongue in cheek reference to impossible to find street parking. Any paid parking in Dubrovnik is very expensive. The apartment is located in an older building so no elevator. There is stair climbing, but an acceptable number for most people and better than most other apartments in Dubrovnik. The water heaters are fairly new, but will not handle multiple long hot showers.

Loved the place and would love to stop here again in the near future! Goga was excellent and responded to any message. Facilities were everything we could have needed. Thank you 😊

It is only 8ish minutes walk from the old town and the beach is just across the road. The location was perfect. Goga the host was in contact with us as soon as we booked the accommodation and answered our questions very quickly. She was an amazing host.

• Gill (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is absolutely amazing, so spacious and comfortable for our family of six. The views of the city and the water from the balcony are incredible. Its a step to the beautiful Banje Beach and a short stroll to the gates of the Old Town. Our hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond for us during our stay. I highly recommend this apartment and we will certainly be back. I believe it one of the best places to stay in Dubrovnik without a doubt! Nothing, just an amazing stay!

• Lenka (8/5): Excellent spacious apartment with good facilities and a super location. - The apartment has a an excellent location, very close to the old town (a few minutes walking distance). The street is quite busy during the day, but the windows are very well sound isolating. There is a beautiful sea view from the apartment and the beach is just across the street. The location could not be better. The sun blinds in one of the bedrooms were broken and were permanently down so the room was without a day light for the whole duration of our stay.

There is a good option up the street before you reach the place Hotel Excelsior I think - the parking is quite big and 1/2 price of the other parkings in the area.
