• Donatella (8/5): Breve soggiorno a Dubrovnik - Buona la posizione. Un autobus sotto casa raggiunge direttamente il centro. Presenti ristoranti supermercato e panetteria nei dintorni. Appartamento molto bello con terrazza e vista mare. Pulito e accessoriato, Lavastoviglie compresa. Peccato che ci fosse un areazione o ventola in bagno accesa per lunghi periodi anche di notte molto rumorosa. Non siamo riusciti a far funzionare il fornello ad induzione( per fortuna avevamo due appartamenti vicini e abbiamo usato l’altro). Anche la macchina per il caffè non funzionava bene. Seconda stanza con due letti molto piccola con difficoltà a muoversi in due. Mi dispiace segnalare questi disservizi perché l’appartamento era veramente bello

Apartment well kept, very nice and modern with all amenities and in safe area location wise it's perfect! quick 15 minutes walk to old town or 5 minutes bus ride and bus stop is located right below the apartment. Also, it's walkable to quick bus ride to central bus station. very quiet We were given description of marina view but apartment had no marina view. Also, as listed in description there was one full bath and one half bath but apartment came with only one full bath. It would be great to have clarity on the room type and view ahead of time to avoid any confusion. It was bit challenging to get the keys as we were coming Split and i sent message. There was no clear instruction on where to meet to pick up keys. After going to hotel Porto and asking them to give access to their wifi made call twice to get keys and finding the location for the apartment. It would have been great to provide the clear direction on where to locate the apartment. Cleanliness could have been better - carpet was not clean. Difficulty in figuring out coffee machine - how it operates. with that, we were without tea / coffee entire time during our stay as some of our day trips started early morning at 4am. Same with shower dispenser - it appeared pretty complicated and we had to run to get our own stuff.

Incredible value compared to some we looked at near the old town and once there we felt the location was actually better. Apartment was very modern, washing machine was a bonus and the air conditioning was great - which mattered a lot due to the 35 degree temps while we were there. We loved Dubrovnik and the apartment added to a fab trip. Nothing

Host gave us lots of recommendations and helped us navigate the bus system. Property was super well kept and clean, very nice and cozy. Spacious, loved staying here. The pillows were very uncomfortable, as was the sofa. No other criticisms.

The building is quite clean and is very close to the bus station where you can get a bus to the airport and to the old town (5-10 mins). • Ben (4/5): This was not a 5 star apartment as advertised.and was asked to remove any rubbish/trash when leaving. - It was secure and had a washing machine. Balcony was very small and over looked from all angles with no harbour view, no real bedding, was not soundproof walls as neighbours were loud dragging chair across the floor all hours of the night. One toilet roll, two coffee pods for a four night stay for two people.

Close to the harbour and easy access for boat trips. Very clean and safe location. Great to have a washing machine and some detergent. Nothing - we loved it.

• Gary (9/5): Nice, well located, well equipped and clean apartment. - The host met us at the apartment having organised a transfer from the airport; he ran us through some basic information concerning the apartment and the area. Every part of the apartment was exceptionally clean. The location is good, being a couple of minutes walk to the harbour and there being several bakeries, general stores and restaurants also close by. There is a bus stop just a few metres from the apartment and there is also a bus ticket kiosk at the bus stop, which made travel either to the old town of Dubrovnik (c.10-mins) or to the Babin Kuk peninsula (also about 10-mins) both easy and cheap. Buses are pretty frequent too and run late into the night. The apartment is spacious for two and the balcony is a decent size for both guests to relax and watch the activity in the new harbour (albeit from a little bit of a distance). The beds are comfortable and the equipment all worked pretty reliably. The air conditioning units failed a couple of times; however, the host was responsive and engineers were deployed both times. The units don't seem to have failed as a result of neglect and appeared to be clean and well maintained, so I don't see this as a negative point, just an unfortunate technical 'glitch'. Communication with the host both in advance of and during our stay has been very good. The absence of little gestures such as a few tea bags, sugar, coffee or a bottle of water on our arrival was slightly disappointing; after a journey of over 1,000 miles, being able to have a drink before having to head out again to find a shop would have been appreciated and, to be honest, is the least that we have found in the dozens of apartments we've previously rented around Europe. Similarly, being provided with no bin bags for the pedal bins was a bit of an inconvenience.
• Kit (9/5): Superb - A wonderfully clean and comfortable apartment. The facilities were great and all worked well. Above all the air conditioning was an absolute blessing. Checking in was made in easy by Samed who sat down with us and gave us some nice ideas to explore the city.

• Aishath (7/5): Good - The location is great. The apartment is new and beautiful, and we have everything needed. The host Samed is very friendly.. The air condition went off unknowingly for 4 long hours, and the host wasn't able to provide prompt assistance. When urgent assistance was needed, the main host was not reachable, and the second lady host was not very helpful. She first talked in English and then kept talking back in Croatian language when I repeatedly told I could not understand.

• Alex (10/5): Superb clean modern and comfortable apartment in a convenient location, with a fabulous host - The apartment was everything we had hoped for from a family of 4. There were comfortable beds, clean throughout, modern finish, exceptional bathroom, surprisingly quiet despite being in apartment block, relaxing balcony in the morning and evening when not too hot, convenient location within a few minutes of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, bus stop and harbour. The host Ivona was extremely responsive with any questions we had during our visit, and helpfully arranged out airport transfers too which made it stress free. Samed greeted us warmly upon arrival with the keys and provided some very helpful tips about Dubrovnik, bus schedules and places to visit. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend. Weather was too hot >30 degrees, so found we had to retreat to apartment between 11am-4pm most days. However, the apartment had good aircon to keep us cool.

The host was amazing, very friendly and eager to help and advise on local buses, restaurants and things to do. The balcony overlooked another block of apartments so there's not much of a view.

Bus stop right outside too if needed (frequent service, very reliable and easy to use - free with the Dubrovnik day pass too) Most places in easy walking distance. The apartment wasn’t easy to find (not on map and no signs), but it worked out well as the host met us on the street. FYI it’s in the same building as the Porto Hotel!

• Nadine (9/5): The accommodations at the Adriatic Apartments really added to our overall awesome stay in Dubrovnik. - We really enjoyed the cleanliness, modern decor and the location of the property as it was spotless and was within walking distance of the old town. The apartment was also close to some good restaurants that were reasonably priced. The building was not easy to find. We had to ask the front desk staff at the Porto Hotel who were not very familiar with the apartment. However, once that was settled, it was an easy process.

Everything you need is there and very friendly people. Great beds and because of the window screens and soundproofed apartment we had a completely uninterrupted sleep. The parking spot is very secure in the basement garage and the rain shower was phenomenal. Recommended!

Large apartment with plenty of space, everything you need for a city break. It’s part of the same building as the Porto Hotel so easy to find plus you have restaurants and bar in same building. We used Uber a lot, worked well and cheap, 5e to get to the old town. Would highly recommend apartment.

We travelled for Tomo Water Polo Tournament, which is held in the pool just across the apartment. There is bus stop just outside the building, from where you cand reach the Old Town in a couple of minutes, or, even better, you take 30 mins walk and enjoy beautiful views. the staff was very friendly and helpful! nothing, everything was fine!

• Mcmahon (9/5): We would definitely recommend and would book again if I were to revisit Dubrovnik. - The view from the terrace is just awesome. I can spend forever there! It is above Hotel Porto near the harbour. Very close to the supermarket and 1 min to 2 bakeries. About 20minutes walk to the old town but you can also take a bus or uber as an alternative. Overall it was just great. It is quite close to other blocks of flats nearby. We could see a local family in the opposite block going about their business during the day!
• Anonymous (10/5): Good Location for exploring the wider Dubrovnik area. - Conveniently located by the Port, midway between Dubrovnik old town and the seaside area of Lapad where there are many bars and restaurants. Both areas are within walking distance (15-20 minutes) although regular cheap buses are also available. Ivona, the owner was really helpful and gave us plenty of information about Dubrovnik with restaurant recommendations. Everything was great.

Although the host explained some local information with us, a folder would be good with information on places to see and things to do, aswell as recommendations for local restaurants and bars etc We also had to contact the host to find out how to work the induction hob as there were no operating instructions available
