• Nicolette (1/5): ITS NOT WORTH IT, DONT STAY!! - The property was indeed a house with beds. But don’t be fooled, don’t stay here. It took us FIVE HOURS TO CHECK IN, we had to used another hotels phone to ring the number and MOST OF THE TIME THEY DID NOT ANSWER! We didn’t receive check in instructions as they didn’t send it via booking.com and the address on the website is wrong. We had to uber and walk between Soldeu and El Tartare multiple times, we went to 4 or 5 different locations. When we finally found someone to give us the keys they demanded my passport as guarantee, which I flat refused. They were rude, condescending and abrasive. There was no soap at all in the rooms and they wanted us to meet them in person for check out. ITS NOT WORTH IT, DONT STAY!!

• Nicky kroeck (3/5): Mala organización: Hay mejores opciones en Andorra - En cuanto al alojamiento en sí, la habitación estaba bien, pero definitivamente era más pequeña de lo que se mostraba en las fotos. Tampoco se sabe exactamente qué apartamento te toca, lo que puede generar diferencias significativas entre unidades, incluso si cuestan lo mismo. Por el lado positivo, la cocina estaba bastante equipada con aceite, sal y productos de limpieza, lo que se agradece. Quizá podrían añadir un gel de ducha pequeño para la primera llegada, pero eso ya es un detalle menor. En resumen, el alojamiento es aceptable y tiene cosas buenas, pero la logística, la ubicación y la comunicación pueden mejorarse para que la experiencia sea más cómoda y transparente. Mi estadía en Andorra fue aceptable, aunque hubo varios aspectos que podrían mejorar. Primero, el check-in fue complicado. Llegábamos en bus y, aunque se sabía con antelación, tuvimos que ir de un pueblo a otro para recoger las llaves, lo que nos costó dos Ubers (15 € cada uno). Finalmente, no fue con una persona real sino con una caja; hubiera sido mucho más cómodo si la caja estuviera cerca del alojamiento. Considerando el precio que se paga, se podrían ofrecer soluciones más prácticas, especialmente en un lugar como Andorra, donde moverse entre pueblos no es sencillo. Otro punto fue la ubicación. En Booking aparecía de una manera, pero al llegar nos dimos cuenta de que era diferente. Hice una reserva para dos apartamentos y resultó que no estaban en el mismo edificio, sino a unas calles de distancia. Esto complicó la planificación de actividades en grupo, como compartir comidas juntos. El check-out también fue confuso. Las instrucciones eran muy extensas y recibí el mensaje el mismo día. Por suerte, la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos permitió media hora extra, lo que nos ayudó mucho con todos los pedidos de limpieza El wifi también fue difícil de encontrar: no estaba en el router ni en el libro de instrucciones, sino en el sobre donde estaban las llaves, lo que no es muy intuitivo. La comunicación a través de Booking fue lenta y generalmente respondían por correo, lo cual no es muy eficiente.

• Jekaterina (6/5): Super Economy for Big Money - Location Very small apartment, everything is worn out. Feels extremely budget despite the high price. The kettle didn’t work, and we had to clean the place and remove all bed linens ourselves — doing this at 5 a.m. before an early flight was very inconvenient. Poor value for money.
• Anastasiia (9/5): The location of the apartment is very good👍 , super convenient, very warm inside. - We liked the small kitchen and even washing machine in this apartment. Very convenient and useful. The thing we didn’t like was the key collection in another town. Also there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom so you definitely need to bring your own🙂 I had a feeling that agents of this renting service reply to the messages only on the day of arrival and day before you leave to confirm what they need, I was messaging them through booking in the middle of our stay and didn’t get any answer.

• Albert (9/5): - Nosotros fuimos a hacer senderismo y la ubicación es genial, el parking en el mismo edificio también es un extra mas, apartamento bien equipado en zona tranquila. Simplemente a tener en cuenta para los que vayan en verano, este apartamento le da el sol toda la tarde y hacia mucha calor y al estar en frente de la carretera se escuchan mucho los coches al tener las ventanas abiertas, en época de frio tiene que ser genial.

• Dimonolog (7/5): Good - The location in booking.com is incorrect. It's located farther from the lift than it appears on the map. Not critical, but I would reconsider my choice if knew it. You have to check out at the specified time and cannot change your plan and do it earlier, you have to wait for a person to hand over the keys. The response from staff is slow and not consistent - you need to remind them your questions and wait for the answers for several hours.

• Eef (8/5): Excellent location for a reasonable price - The location is excellent, not far from the ski lifts. It has a small kitchen to prepare food. There is an underground garage for your car. The sofa and lounge chair were worn out, not comfortable to sit in
