- Simone (10/5): - Die Fewo war perfekt ausgestattet. Nur ein Katzensprung in die Innenstadt und zum Parkhaus. Die Fewo hatte alles was man braucht. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem, sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war modern ausgestattet. Die Fewo können wir weiterempfehlen. Wir werden auf jedem Fall wiederkommen.Einfach Spitze!! Nur eine Minute entfernt war eine Apotheke und eine Bäckerei sowie ein Einkaufsmarkt. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurant und wir haben feinen frischen Fisch gegessen . Danke für Alles!!! Der TV war ein bisschen klein für das grosse Wohnzimmer, aber das ist jammern auf höchsten Niveau.

- Jan-theo (7/5): Great location but…. - Location Styled Late check in ((16:00) Early check out (10:00) with many “demands”, fx. Dishwasher had to be emptied, glass placed in container in town. Only half a toilet roll downstairs, no toiletries (like shampoo)

- Andreas (3/5): No TV, no WiFi, no hot water, no heating; and zero support from the host - 1. Location: is really good right in the centre of town with everything within easy walking distance including the beautiful harbour. 2. Space and Light: the flat is large and you have a feeling of space and light; every room has one or more opening windows including the bathroom and cloakroom 3. Cleanliness: everything was clean on arrival – we could not fault it. This is a really nice apartment and it was our second visit, having previously stayed for one week in November 2021. The flat was very clean when we arrived, but we were disappointed that the TV was not working, just like our previous visit; I contacted the host Port54 on their customer portal, but they never fixed the problem. We were even more disappointed when for the last 2 days we were left without hot water, Wi-Fi or heating. We were unable to take a hot shower. But the worst thing was to feel completely abandoned by Port54, with no response to these important problems that affected our holiday, and no communication from them. Maintenance is very poor; on our previous visit in November 2021 one of the bathroom basins was leaking and was unusable; it took several days and 2 visits from a handyman to fix this. The TV was also not working and the remote control was missing. These are all problems that can be easily spotted and fixed before arrival of the customer. I was left feeling that Port54 has no capability to fix urgent problems quickly and they do not seem to care about their customers. After multiple messages from me, Port54 finally replied several days after my departure, offering me one free night if I booked again.
