- Albertina (1/5): The hotel was spacious with friendly staff, but overall my stay was disappointing due to poor maintenance, lack of clean - My experience at this hotel, unfortunately, was quite disappointing. While I appreciated the friendliness of the staff — who were courteous and always willing to assist — the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. There were significant delays with the elevators, some of which were either out of service or extremely congested, often requiring a wait of 10 minutes or more. Upon entering the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor, and the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. I also encountered cockroaches during my stay, which was concerning. Although the space itself is quite generous and the room was equipped with basic amenities, including a washing machine, the machine was very old and noisy. The general upkeep and cleanliness of the property simply did not reflect a standard of comfort I value, particularly as someone who appreciates luxury when traveling. For these reasons, I made the decision to move to another hotel. This was, unfortunately, the least satisfactory accommodation I’ve experienced during my time in Guangzhou.

- Daniel (3/5): Will never stay here ever again even if for free, - nothing good about it There is not enough hot water for a family of 4 for a single bath. They expect you to bath in cold water during winter weather. The lift are useless, out of service or too many people waiting for one single lift. Better not to stay here if you have other choices. The room is not even cheap for the kind of standards they are providing.
