• Heidemarie (10/5): be- merkenswert schön - Hier hat mich sehr beeindruckt: Nähe zu den Öffis, freundlich, pünktlich Nähe für Einkäufe des tägl. Bedarfes Nähe Zentrum, Cafe', Museum tagsüber viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten absolute Umgebungsruhe v. abends bis morgens, überwiegend Fußgängerzone Sonnenaufgang spektakulär gegenüber Augenweide Spalierbirnbaum am Haus sowie das Haus selbst. Wohnung ebenerdig (1 Stufe) absolute Privatsphäre, eigener Eingang, komfortable Größe, sehr sauber modern eingerichtet, tolle Symbiose zum 300 Jahre alten Haus geschaffen blickdicht von außen d. helle Vorhänge Die tagsüber vorbei florierende Touristenkarawane habe ich als überschaubar empfunden (Vorsaison). Von der Vermieterin Sandra fühlte ich mich angenehm umsorgt. Schon vor der Anreise wurde netter Kontakt von dort aus hergestellt, um Check-in etc. abzuklären. Nachhaltig ein freundschaftliches Gefühl, obwohl wir uns persönlich gar nicht begegnet sind. Ich bleibe auf jeden Fall standorttreu, sobald ich wieder nach Hallstatt komme. -----

• Nicholas (10/5): Charming and very comfortable historic apartment - We loved the apartment. It’s in a beautifully maintained historic property with a gorgeous wooden ceiling. The bedroom particularly is cosseting and characterful. The bed is supremely comfortable. The location could not be better: central but out of the busiest part. There’s a good baker two minutes down the road and a well stocked shop five minutes in the other direction. Don’t worry about the road in front: it’s more or less pedestrianised with only about 10 vehicles passing every day. Beautiful views of the lake with all its changing moods. So glad we stayed here and would love to return. Sandra is a great host. Hallstatt is probably the most beautiful place we’ve been and we’re seasoned travellers. Nothing really; it’s pretty perfect. Maybe an expresso machine.

• György (10/5): Minden szuper volt. - Érkezéskor a P1 parkolóból egy kisbusz vitt volna a szállásig, de nem jött össze. Távozáskor integettem a buszvezetőnek aki visszaintegetett, hogy nem áll meg. Az ott tartózkodásom alatt a Shuttle Bus útvonalán többször láttam és mindig üresen közlekedett. Ezt a szolgáltatást újra kellene gondolni. Ja és amikor végre megállt, akkor Ő nekem mondja, hogy nem köszönök neki!!! Ez az ember fordítva ül a lovon!!!

• Ganesh (10/5): Great experience, would book again - The property was located right on the lakeside and easy to locate and the room was well cleaned before arrival. The commute to key attractions was at a walkable distance. The host was helpful and available for assistance throughout the stay.
• MIchael (9/5): Would absolutely, definitely, without question stay here again. - The location could not have been better. You wake up in the morning, open the door and there's the lake. Walk either direction out the front door and you have things to do and places to eat. The place is spotless. Sandra could not have been friendlier, more helpful or more responsive. Really excellent. You're staying in a house that most tourists stop to take photos of. This was actually kind of funny and I had some nice chats with people taking photos of "my" house. But you should expect that mornings you'll have people walking just outside your windows and you'll hear some people talking or dragging suitcases. Only a problem if you're someone that expects to sleep in until 10am.

• Charles (10/5): The perfect place to relax - This apartment is very cosy and warm even with it snowing, the bed is so comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. It’s location is perfect, minutes from the supermarket and restaurants, across the road from the lake, on the ground floor and marvellous hosts. Apartment Luise is a great place to stay and relax and we highly recommend this apartment in Hallstatt. Everything was perfect.

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Amazing historical over 130 year old house with a beautiful 130 year old pear tree in the front of the house…a popular photo spot for tourists, we can hear them talking loudly from early morning till early evening. It’s kind of annoying and funny at the same time. The owner is very nice and the house is clean, cozy and comfortable. So grateful we got to visit Hallstatt and stayed in this lovely little house! The bed mattress is too soft for our personal preferences!

• Antonia (10/5): Beautiful place!! - We stayed here for a full week. The location is stunning, looking straight out to Lake Hallstatt. There is a narrow pedestrian street between the house and the lake, and five steps from the front door is a tiny peer with steps into the lake if you fancy a freezing swim! The house itself is a landmark in the area because of the old pear tree growing against the wall. The owner Sandra is a brilliant host, so friendly and kind, always up for a chat and really attentive. A special lady! The accommodation is on the ground floor and comprises a bedroom, small shower room and kitchen with little seating area in it. By the front door is a tiny patio with an outdoor table & chairs. The place is compact but has everything you might need. If you are looking for accommodation that has privacy & quiet this will not suit you as Hallstatt is invaded (literally!) by hundreds of tourists every day, from 9am to 9pm, armed with selfie sticks and taking pictures of the house and pear tree. It did not bother us as we were busy during the day and it was lovely to sit out on the patio or peer looking at the peaceful lake after 9pm, when the last tourist coaches left. Sandra, thank you so much for everything and for being so kind to us!! We will miss you! 🥰

• Abhishek (9/5): Comfortable, cozy, prime location - A comfortable cosy apartment located in the prime location facing Hallstat see. Sandra was warm and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. The apartment had all the relevant amenities. Overall, a wonderful experience. This is for Hallstat in general - if you are visiting some places from your Hallstat stay then please be mindful about the return journey as in our cases there were no buses post 5pm from Salzburg.

• Margaret (10/5): Most fantastic stay in Hallstatt ever! - Everything was so nice-the accommodation with an outside seating area, kitchen, dinette, spacious bedroom & adequate bathroom. The decor, antique armoire, Knick knacks tastefully displayed made my stay cozy & most comfortable. Nothing, except people traffic outside my windows…that’s tourism x 1,000!
• Johannes (10/5): If you're going to Halstatt, this is the place to stay! - Fantastic location right on the little main road running through town, overlooking the lake. The building is so beautiful that everyone stops to take a photo! Host was very responsive and helpful. Complex bus/train combo to get to the city of Halstatt, so better to take a car. Quick and easy, however, to get to the apartment, once you arrive in town.
• Elizabeth (10/5): A true highlight of my Austrians lakes experience. - The studio was self catering, which worked for me as I am vegetarian. There is a reasonable supermarket a short walk from the studio where I was even able to buy tofu. The view was magnificent, especially in the early morning and evening before and after the daytime crowds. The studio was comfortable and had interesting historical aspects such as the the glorious espaliered pear tree planted in 1890 and stretched over the front of the building. The kitchen was well equipped with an induction cooktop and a combination microwave oven. A hint - check before you buy staples such as salt and coffee- I found some in the kitchen drawers and left unused supplies myself. There was a tiny outdoor seating area where I watched the passeggiata and chatted to visitors walking along the lakeside road. My host, Sandra, was a gorgeous woman. We had some wonderful conversations and shared a chilly lake swim, where we were able to look back on her beautiful home and was particularly special. Less people haha.
