• Ariane (8/5): Zweckmäßig für einen Kurztrip - Tolles Bad und Küche mit allem, was man so brauchen könnte Die Lage und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung hat mir gut gefallen – einzig die Einrichtung im Wohn- und Schlafbereich hat mich etwas überrascht: Die Möbel sind stark in die Jahre gekommen und erinnern sehr an die 1970er Jahre, was leider wenig zum Entspannen einlädt. Ich hätte mir hier etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit gewünscht. Mit einer modernen, einladenden Einrichtung könnte die Unterkunft ihr volles Potenzial entfalten.

• Reiner (9/5): - Sehr schöne und saubere Einliegerwohnung. Super modernes Bad. Ideal als Ferienwohnung. Langes Doppelbett, auch für große Personen geeignet. Kleiner Kritikpunkt, für die hintere Person im Doppelbett ein etwas enger Durchgang.

• Birgit (8/5): Gute Alternative zum teuren Hotel - Unkomplizierter Check in, Nähe zur Stadt, sehr ruhig, es war alles sehr sauber und roch gut, Betten waren bequem, man kann auf den Hof fahren zum Auto ausladen, Tabs für die Spülmaschine waren da, großer Kühlschrank Souterrain muss man mögen, ist halt schon sehr dunkel. In den Handtüchern im Bad waren schwarze lange Haare, ein Salzstreuer wäre schön gewesen.

• Andrea (10/5): Preis Leistungsverhältnis unübertroffen. Einfach toll - Es war extrem sauber. Ich war noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung die so gut ausgestattet war. Es waren sogar 1x Zahnbürsten vorhanden. Riesen Fernseher, DVD Player und DVDs. Bitte bei den Bettpfosten das obere Teil abrunden. Abstand zwischen Bett und Wand ist eher gering und man kratzt sich sehr leicht.

• Claudia (8/5): Sehr schöne Einliegerwohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Top ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Top ausgestattet. Es war alles da was für einen Aufenthalt gebraucht wurde. Abstand vom Bett zur Wand war sehr eng.
• Matthias (7/5): Zweckmäßige und gute Wohnung für unseren Aufenthalt - Gute und ruhige Lage, Bad und Küche relativ neuwertig mit begehbarer Dusche Kleiderschrank, Spiegelkomode und zusätzliches Sofa im Wohnzimmer nicht zeitgemäß und aus Omas Nachlass. Schrank hierbei auch muffig so das man seine Sachen darin nicht gern verstaut.

• Wolfram (10/5): - Die Einliegerwohnung ist top ausgestattet und in einer top Lage. Das einzigste " Problem" ist das Bett. Das hinterste ist schwer zu erreichen. Da es aber eine durchgehende Matratze war, einfach quer geschlafen. Funktioniert optimal. Wie gesagt, jammern auf extrem hohen Niveau.
• Petra (9/5): - Ein unkompliziertes Check in in eine geräumige Einliegerwohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Im Bad war ich sehr überrascht, hätte ich mein Waschbeutel vergessen, wäre ich trotzdem mit allem ausgestattet gewesen. Meine Begleitung für die zweite Nacht hatte dann tatsächlich die Zahnbürste vergessen und wir waren sehr glücklich, dass es eine gab. Was mir noch sehr gefallen hat, war das super bequeme Bett.

• Chris (10/5): Excellent! - It’s super clean! Nice location, just a few minutes driving to Hohenzollern castle! The value for the price is superb! The electric cook plate is a bit slow to heat up, but fine for simple meals.

The flat is equipped with everything you may need. It is located on the ground floor, but it has mich light and is warm in cold periods Highly recommend for booking

Very convenient independent arrival and departure with the help of a mini-safe for the key. Free parking was on the street opposite the house. We were satisfied. Definitely recommend. Not the most comfortable bed

For me ,the appartment exceeds my expectations..I can't say any negative about it...
