• Thorsten (1/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen, kurzer Weg zur Altstadt. Terminal zum einchecken hat nicht funktioniert, Check-In über Handy. Überall Wollmäuse/Haare, Badezimmer hat aus der Dusche gestunken. Toilettenbecken hat getropft, Mülleimer im Bad sehr verrostet,Toilettenbürstenhalter defekt,Kommode im Zimmer hat sehr gewackelt,Leselampen waren defekt,im Bad und Zimmer hatten wir Silberfische.

Although there were no staff to welcome you upon arrival, the communication service via the app was quite efficient. We didn't like the idea of having breakfast in a different building, although it is very close. Also, the variety of breakfast options was very limited. The room needs general maintenance. Some Bulbs or lamps are not working, and the curtain rail is broken.

• Cynan (7/5): Well located , comfy bed , plumbing and check in flaws - REALLY comfy bed Equipped kitchen Location The check in tablet is nearly un usable , very difficult to use due to the terrible sensitivity it barely registers any sort of typing/scrolling Shower floods and head keeps falling off or alternatively the big head shower is so weak. No lift Tax - booking.com states all charges+taxes included but charges city tax , I saw a person ahead and he discussed also booked through booking.com had to pay €88 of city tax for just a few days , we thankfully only stayed 1 night so it was €8 , I didn’t mind paying but for all other hotels I’ve stayed it’s clear if there will be additional tourist city tax collected or not . 7/10 is a very fair rating as hotel most definitely has its flaws which need to be worked on however it was relatively affordable , well equipped and relatively clean and comfy so

Wenn jemand am Gang gesprochen hat, hat es sich angehört als wäre die Person in unserem Zimmer. In der Nacht sehr unangenehm. Doppelbett besteht aus 2 Matratzen, die ständig auseinanderrutschen :/

Really thoughtfully put together amenity kits. Only lost marks as the shower drain smelled a lot and the curtains take a little effort to cover the windows entirely especially as we were in a ground floor room we would have liked more coverage to ensure there were no unexpected surprises

(Also check Google reviews for this properties…!) - Location and the wonderful guy serving the breakfast at Rotkehlchen Café (without him, our stay would have gotten a rating of 0/10). Seems to be a scam, they list amenities for their rooms that don’t exist, e.g. we booked a room with TV and dishwasher, neither of which existed. Also their „24/7 support via chat“ did not respond until the next morning when they produced an incorrect (possibly AI-generated) answer: „You can find the dishwasher in the kitchenette.“ Thank you for nothing. We raised a refund request with Booking and hope they will ban these scammers.

• Verena (5/5): - Ich habe für 10€ Aufpreis einen früheren Checkin gebucht, das Zimmer war zur besagten Zeit nicht fertig. Die Dusche zerlegt sich vom Duschkopf, was den Spuren am Türstock zu urteilen, nichts Neues sein dürfte. Demnach ist das gesamte Bad nach dem Duschen überflutet. Das Wasser im Bad hat einen eigenartigen Geruch. Das einzige Positive ist das Frühstück, das entkoppelt vom Hotel in einem Café stattfindet.

• Matteo (6/5): Innsbruck sempre bella - La posizione rispetto al centro e ai parcheggi, anche l'alloggio di buone dimensioni per tre persone. Ben attrezzata la cucina con tutto quello che serve (microonde, frigo, lavastoviglie, macchina caffè, bollitore, piano ad induzione). Bagno ampio. Purtroppo rispetto alle precedenti esperienze al blackhome di fronte a questo, non tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione: il riscaldamento non si riusciva a regolare in aumento (se si voleva più caldo, non siamo riusciti...), il telecomando del televisore aveva le pile completamente scariche (nota: una volta acceso, nessun canale in italiano, ma non è necessariamente negativo), le lampadine sopra la specchiera in bagno una bruciata, l'altra moribonda, sotto il water abbiamo trovato più volte una pozza d'acqua, il qr code in camera punta ad un link che non apre nessuna pagina. Sono tutte situazioni sistemabili, non compromettono il soggiorno, ma lo rendono meno piacevole.

• daisy (5/5): Good position but would not stay for more than one night - apartment was nice and had everything necessary, even a dishwasher, location was very good. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The check in was very challenging: you have to check in by yourself (there is no option to do it with a person as there is no reception) with a machine that works awfully. The heating was not really working so the room was fairly cold. The breakfast staff was not friendly at all and quite annoying.

Fussläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Restaurants Etwas umständliche Bedienung des Selfcheck-in-Automats. Etwas mehr Geschirr/Besteck wäre schön gewesen, damit die Spülmaschine besser ausgelastet gewesen wäre.
• Karen (5/5): The apartments are usually very good but this time it fell well short of previous high standards. - I have stayed at Blackhomes before as the location is excellent, the apartments are usually well equipped, clean and comfortable. This time I was disappointed. I could not close the door properly on leaving and so called on my first evening and was told this was a known issue and I just had to 'slam the door shut'. I didn't think this very satisfactory but it worked so I carried on having to disturb the neighbours every time I left the apartment, however, by the time my stay was over I couldn't get the door shut properly when I was inside - this a major issue and the lock needs to be looked at from a security point of view. In addition, there was also a good deal of damp and peeling paint around the door, two of the lights didn't work, some of the crockery was chipped and the main shower had no power.

Letti comodi, pulito e abbastanza caldo, buona dotazione della cucina, omaggi per il bagno di qualità Appena arrivati all' ingresso, il terminale per il check in era guasto, comunque il servizio assistenza ha inviato in breve tempo un tecnico per la riparazione e ci è stata aperta la porta da remoto. Appartamento forse un po' piccolo per 3 persone adulte.

Check in umständlich weil bei mir der Automat nicht funktioniert hat, erstes Zimmer sehr klein und ohne Fernseher, schmutzig in vielen Ecken und teilweise mit kaputten Möbeln und nicht funktionierenden Lampen. Zweites Zimmer, weil Fernseher eigentlich obligatorisch, besser, aber Fernseher wie bei Oma vor 20 Jahren. Smart ist da garnichts. Auch hier haben Lampen nicht funktioniert und waren teilweise aus der Wand gerissen. Preis Leistung nur eine 5/10

• Belinda Maiden (9/5): Ideal and comfortable location for Innsbruck Old Town. - The location was EXCELLENT - a really easy and quick walk from the heart of the gorgeous Innsbruck Old Town. The apartment was warm and comfortable, and the info team were super-helpful and only a message away. I would very happily stay in exactly the same place next time I'm lucky enough to visit Innsbruck.

• Dean (7/5): - Great location, just over the bridge from the centre. Easy access to buses, about 15 minutes walk to the train station. Lots of food options close by. Room was decent for 2 people, bathroom was large. My partner cut her food on a piece of broken glass that was by the edge of the bed. Can hear the music from the hostel next door on occasions.
• Thomas (7/5): Very close to everythng - Internet Speed terrible - Proximity to the city was less than 5 mins walk. Shower was large, and hot water was great. Checkin process was straight forward, arrived, went to a check-in kiosk, entered a booking code, paid the Tourist Tax by card, and the machine dispensed room keys. We had a ground floor room, which was great as there is no elevator that we saw. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted. It was very hot. The internet was beyond horrible. As someone who works in IT, and 20yrs specifically working in telecommunications and networking, this would appear to be more of a guest hotspot configuration issue rather than poor internet. Wi-Fi signal was strong, download speed was around 50mbps, but upload speed was often less than 1mbps - I could not complete video calls or access cloud-based applications. The cellular reception inside was average at best, and hotspotting to my cell phone worked better than the Fibre internet service. When reported to the hosts, I simply receive a generic "sorry message". Room is very dark unless you open curtains. Bedside lights not working

The decor is beautiful en the apartment was very clean and well looked after and stocked with everything you might need. The staff came immediately to assist us when the self check-in card printer didn’t work. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment. Nothing!

• María (2/5): Nada recomendable - La ubicacion Prácticamente todo. Alojamiento lamentable. Check in a las 15,30 y check out a las 10.30. Si quieres entrar antes tienes que pagar 10 euros. No guardan maletas al salir. No hay recepción, por lo que hay que usar los locker de la estación de trenes obligatoriamente. El check in se hace con una máquina tortuosa, va lenta y funciona fatal. Nos dieron un apartamento enano, para nada se corresponde con las fotos. La alarma de incendios saltó dos veces, un ruido horrible, y nos dice el dueño por mail que será que alguien está cocinando. No tiene sentido, si hay cocinas en los apartamentos no puede saltar la alarma de esa manera... Pero claro, esque no hay extractores de humo, si cocinas salta si o si. El inmobiliario es un chiste. Dos camas en vez de una, una única butaca para dos personas. Mesa clavada a la pared con solo dos patas, mesillas igual. El menaje de cocina escasísimo y encima nos dejan pastillas de lavavajillas cuando no había... Por si fuera poco, hemos pasado frío. Las vistas de la ventana daban a la escalera y estábamos en la planta baja, al lado de la puerta principal, venga escuchar los golpes de la puerta, gente entrar y salir, maletas para arriba y para abajo...un desastre. Calidad malísima y encima un precio super elevado. Para nada recomendable.

L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di alcuni miglioramenti. Per esempio non funzionavano alcune lampadine, su due termo ne funzionava solo uno, il bagno aveva qualche segno di usura da sistemare come per esempio la porta della doccia.

• Francesco (5/5): We won't come back - The location is very central. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The person answering the phone when we called due to the check in machine malfunction was nice and helpful. Also the communications via booking went smooth and the people answering were nice and available. The check in machine was not working and we took 20 minutes to enter in our room (luckily the person answering the phone was nice and helpful). The inside of the fridge smelled bad and in general the cleaning of the bathroom can be improved. The safety of the place was really unsettling as in the morning (way before the checkout time) a stranger that apparently had the same card as us opened the door of the room while we were still in bed and if for example at that time we had been out in the city, it would have been very easy to steal our belongings.

• Lorvena (9/5): Great location for exploring Christmas Markets - The property was very close to the center of Old Town and as we went there for the Christmas Markets this was very convenient for us. We could drink as much gluhwein and walk back to the hotel. It was clean. The small kitchen was a lovely surprise with a microwave, dishwasher!, coffee machine, kettle and had plates, glasses and cutleries. The contactless check in process was smooth although read other reviews that it was not. Just had to follow instructions and go to the correct property as there are two blackhome hotels. Also had to check in at the right time unless early check in was requested. It was also very quiet unlike what the other reviews were suggesting but we came in December so might be different other times of the year. None. Would recommend for convenience and proximity to city centre
