- Mary (2/5): Cheapest place available, in all senses of the word. - It was the cheapest place available when I booked it (but still pretty expensive). Hosts were flexible about the number of guests able to stay. It is conveniently located. There is only one key and the key must be used to open the door from the inside. It is not possible to exit the apartment without the use of the single key from the lock box -- this is a serious safety risk, as it would be very easy to accidentally lock someone inside.
The shower was broken when we arrived. I reported it immediately and it was not fixed during the duration of our stay (4 days).
The "apartment" itself is a single large cube of a room, with the bathroom partitioned off inside it with a glass wall covered by curtains. This does not seem sanitary.
The property info sheet given by the host included a wifi password, which didn't work. It took me an hour of troubleshooting to eventually find out via the router logs that the contract had been cancelled by the host months earlier, and had gone out of service a few days prior to our arrival.
Kitchen facilities were extremely basic and included an odd assortment of cutlery and crockery (this is fine, to be fair, but including as info for others).

- rcappello (4/5): A really bad experience - The location is good, is not so far from the centre of the city. The loft is nothing more than a shop converted into a loft. The long wall, where the entrance door is placed, is entirely glass and covered by a curtain that doesn't completely block out the light.
There's only a window covered by what should be a set of curtains, but many of them are missing and can't be closed, so from the outside, they have a view of the interior.
The bathroom is made with a transparent wall and a curtain, which doesn't close 100%, compromising privacy.
There's only one "comfortable" double bed; the sofa bed is terrible, thin and unstable; the Ikea-style double bed has many missing slats, and the mattresses are very thin.
There are pipes from the apartments above on the ceiling, and you can clearly hear the water draining.
The host sent me the instructions for the keylock but didn't specify that the entrance isn't at number 7, but next to number 7, where the number is written in small marker on a white door. Before finding the entrance, I tried calling them on the indicated number, but a recorded voice told me to stay on hold, and I did so for a few minutes, without receiving an answer.
Wifi is not working at all.
- Susan (2/5): Very poor - The location Bathroom in bad condition, showerhead broken and fixed with toiletpapier. Light in Bathroom fell out. Mold on curtain in the Bathroom.
Kitchen not equiped for 7 People. No kettle.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Blinds did not fully cover the Window leading to the Street.. Bedding was inadequate.
- Subhendra (8/5): Very good -
- Bernardo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vane (10/5): It was an amazing place! Comfortable, clean and it had all the things we needed! - It was an amazing place! Comfortable, clean and it had all the things we needed!
- Russell (7/5): It was ok - The property has a large area and a lot of space within. Very interesting concept as it is an old shop converted into a flat. The shower flush and taps were working throughout the stay. Falsely stated by the host that wifi was available; wifi was not in fact available and they didn't pay their bills. The host is actually not based in innsbruck and won't be able to help you if you lock yourself out.
- Rini (3/5): Was uncomfortable because of the roadside noise. I woke up scared couple of times at night because there were people sho - It’s closer to bus and train station There is no privacy. We could literally hear people talking and walking along the road and found it difficult to fall asleep at night. There is no luggage keeping facility here and there is no staff either. It’s basically an open apartment divided by curtains which are not covered properly at the edges. I won’t recommend this place for families or ladies traveling alone.
- Sharon (1/5): NOT RECOMMENDED!! - Location, near to Hauptbahnhof. Never ever take this!!! Fraud details in ad.
Unclean, unsafe, and not suitable for families.
My parents got sick in one day at this place.
Also, back pain to all with the broken beds!
- Rimon (9/5): Cozy place in Colmar, close to old town - Very good location, just few steps from old town. Comfy beds, and everything someone needs for a short stay. For some reason whirlpool didn't work
- Golden (1/5): Not happy at all everything can hear outside like car sound even people walking sound hard to sleep - Location was good but everything can hear from inside the apartment so can’t sleep They even did not have wiper for water in washroom and water is not proper draining from basin so bad
- Nuruluyun (1/5): What stay??????? - We couldn’t comment on the property because every calls and emails regarding check-in were not responded by you or the property owner. We had to find an alternate last minute accomodation that cost us a bomb. We appreciate if you reach out to the property owner for a refund otherwise you are just as the property owner which in my opinion has scammed us big time. We not only lost in terms of financial but also “time” spend trying to get in touch with the property owner. You tell me!!
- Adisak (4/5): Disappointing -
- Burrell (8/5): Very good despite the drawbacks. - Great location, close to the station and main plaza. Very dusty under bed, bathroom curtain does not cover right corner of bathroom, shower head sprays in all directions, no kettle, very thin pillows, plates left in dishwasher (had a bad smell as well).
- Burcu (5/5): Good location but a very dirty place. - The location was really nice and the furniture inside was more than enough Safety. It was located in front of a building. Was not even inside of it. There was only a glass between the beds and the street. Some curtains were missing and the lock was quite loose. Also IT WAS NOT CLEAN!!!! there was dust everywhere and BODY HAIR FROM THE LAST PERSON WHO WAS STAYING.
- Suleman (10/5): Nice - The size, number of beds available, location, easy check in and check out process, and cleanliness. The bathroom should have a shower cabin or shower curtain because when you shower, all bathrooms become wet, and there should be some more pans for cooking.
- Emma (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lea (5/5): Alright - The location was good, it's really close to the train station (only a 7 minute walk). The place was clean and the staff was helpful and answered our questions quickly. You get what you pay for and it was alright for one night. One of the beds was broken (it was alright to sleep on if you put the matress on the floor). The couch bed was also broken, but we were only 6 people so we didn't need it. One of the bathroom walls is glass with curtains, which was fine - if slightly strange.
- Rachel (5/5): Passable - Good value for money Beds uncomfortable
- Poppy (8/5): Good for interrailers - Looks exactly like the pictures. Very different from anywhere else I've stayed but it was clean and comfy and did the job. As for location, it is within walking distance of the train station (5 mins), the city centre (15 mins), supermarkets (5 mins), and various hikes. We went on a beautiful hike to Natterer-see which I highly recommend to anyone. This is a good accommodation for anyone who is planning on doing lots of exploring and just wants a base to leave your bags and return to at the end of the day. Recommend for interrailers. (Photos are from our hike.) As other reviews have mentioned, the curtains don't do a very good job of blocking out light when you're trying to sleep, but since we were expecting this we just brought eye-masks and it wasn't really a problem. Because the space has ceiling-to-floor windows facing the street, we didn't tend to open the curtains much during the day for privacy reasons, but this does mean you don't get much natural light. This is why I'd say it's a good place to stay if you're wanting to explore, but maybe not for you if you like to lounge around in your room during the day. Finally, there were dirty dishes left over in the dishwasher when we arrived, but it really wasn't much of an issue as we just set it off ourselves.
Also just some general recommendations for anyone planning to stay here:
- Most supermarkets close around 7pm, so if you're planning on arriving late, bring food with you.
- The apartment has a dishwasher that works well, but you will most likely need to bring your own tablets.
- There aren't any frying pans to cook with, only pots, so bare that in mind if you plan to cook your own food.
- Santiago (1/5): DONT STAY HERE! - It's close to the train station, large group will have a place to sleep. DONT STAY HERE. There is no heating mechanism so in winter is the worst place (you cannot also dry any cloth if you do snow sports), it's far too dirty and the admin doesn't care about any issue. The place looks like it used to be a shop so it's right in the street and the entire apartment is covered of windows from roof to floor. again, DO NOT STAY HERE!
- Shubham (1/5): I would suggest never book this property. - Nothing at all , I found the property very poorly maintained and no one is present and the property is not a resolution and commitment oriented they say one thing and they don’t deliver it The heaters are not working , the kitchen is not well equipped , the property doesn’t communicates with you properly , the cleaning is also a matter of fact , the place is now setup in a glass showroom
- Dominic (3/5): Cold and bright - The location was convenient.
The room was spacious and clean.
The contact we liaised with was always polite. The apartment was too cold without any means of turning up the temperature. We had to complain repeatedly before another form of heating was provided.
There was a constant strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke, presumably coming from a neighbouring building.
The lights outside the windows were always on, very bright and interrupted sleep.
The sink in the bathroom area was very slow to drain.
The dishwasher had not been emptied and was starting to have an unpleasant odour, although it had completed a wash cycle.
The open plan nature of the room, with a glass wall separating the bathroom area, did not provide much privacy and would not suit a group that did not know each other well.
The layout did not lend itself to multiple occupancy.
- Nmta (5/5): If you haven’t a loot time and your day is full of activities and you will only sit for a day, that is good - Stayed at Main and was impressed by its excellent central location. Everything from local attractions to dining options was easily accessible, greatly enhancing the convenience of my visit. The hotel itself offered a comfortable experience, although it could benefit from some updates. Overall, a good choice for travelers who prioritize location and ease of access. Besides that, the interior design was good and clean as well Unique but inconvenient stay . The 'apartment' is actually a ground-floor shop converted into living space. Mornings are particularly disruptive, akin to sleeping in a barber shop. Additionally, two of the beds were broken, adding to the discomfort. Not ideal for a relaxing stay.
- Mubashir (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eliya (8/5): Very good - Very funky place. We had a great experience here. There was a lot of noise from the outside but we loved the apartment Noise
- Jenny (9/5): Superb -
- Heiko (5/5): Passable -
- Marcbeelen (8/5): Very good -
- Jenel (3/5): Poor -
- Sahajdeep (5/5): Passable - Despite the merits of the property, there were a few aspects that could greatly benefit from improvement. The exterior lighting proved to be overly bright and interrupted our sleep, a hindrance that could be remedied with the installation of dimmer lights or curtains with better blackout capabilities.
Additionally, the property lacked essential ventilation options. Absence of fans and the inability to open windows made the indoors somewhat stifling, especially during warmer periods of the day.
Furthermore, as individuals who appreciate the option to cook meals during our stay, we found the lack of utensils for cooking to be quite inconvenient. This is a facility that would undoubtedly enhance the guest experience.
Lastly, the unavailability of a kettle, an appliance fundamental to many for their daily routines, was a surprising omission. For future guests, the addition of such basic amenities would be a significant improvement. Overall, while the property has potential, these areas of concern affected the comfort and convenience of our stay.
- Asma (6/5): Pleasant - Basic kitchen equipment The door knob, the bed, the room
- Akash (8/5): Very good -
- Giulio (1/5): Door couldn't be closed from outside - 10 minute walk from city centre 1. The door was already opened when we got to the apartment, very bad start. After getting inside we couldn't get out because the door knob was kept together by tape. We had to call the reception and managed to get out, but the door was broken and couldn't be closed from outside, they did absolutely nothing to try and fix the problem, noone showed up, called or answered my messages.
The door problem would've been much worse if we had to stay more than 1 night or if we didn't have a car, taking into account the rather sketchy neighborhood.
2. The tents let a lot of light in at night.
3. Please next time leave at least a roll of toilet paper.
- Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nur (8/5): Very good - near halal shop grocery not really spacious
- Nuria (5/5): Good location but limited service - Location Weird settings, glass doors and no curtain shower. Also there was no toilet paper or dish washing pills.
- Roderik (4/5): A no go, close to the train station - The apartment was close to the train station I can not recommend this apartment although the location is close to the train station which makes it convenient for a one night layover. The apartment has a weird vibe. It is located on the ground floor in an old store and is very noisy. You can literally hear every neighbour walk around. There are also no windows for fresh air which makes it smells like a group of friends have been smoking there for the weekend. The door locking system is a mess. It's build quite clumsy which does not make you feel safe at night. If I knew this before I would not have booked this apartment.
- Govindaraj (8/5): Very good - It's within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Passcode based check-in process. More suitable for check-in after standard check-in hours.
- Sean (7/5): Good -
- Ciwan (5/5): Good for group of friends - Value for money… very close to Main Station and downtown Noises from outside
Room too bright due to light from outside
- Jagadish37 (7/5): Good -
- Cari (9/5): Nice space to stay in Innsbruck. - Nicely designed living area with adequate space. Conveniently close to the rail station. And 10 min walking to the main areas.
- Yonkova (5/5): Passable - Self check in system
- Christos (9/5): Superb - Very big if you're curious you won't like it.
- Raja (5/5): Passable -
- Yap (8/5): Very good -
