• Mario (8/5): Innsbruck: piacevole scoperta - La posizione vicinissima al centro città. Il parcheggio coperto anche se a pagamento. Lavandino del bagno troppo piccolo. Prezzo leggermente superiore alla media.
• Almuth (6/5): - Das Apartement liegt sehr günstig zur Altstadt und zur Bushaltestelle am Marktplatz, 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Cafe mit sehr schönen, schattigen, großem Ausbereich, abseits der Stadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der Check- in gestaltete sich problemlos. Alle Informationen kamen über WhatsApp. Wir konnten bereits um 12:00 Uhr einchecken. Die Waschmaschine war defekt, ich musste deshalb zum Waschen in einen Waschsalon. In einem Zimmer war die Jalousie defekt, das Zimmer war zwar beschattet, es konnte aber nachts das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Der Ventilator brachte nur mäßig Kühlung, so war es zum Schlafen sehr stickig. In der Küche gab es keine Spül- und Geschirrtücher. Man zahlt zwar die Tourismusabgabe, erhält aber keine Gästekarte.

Nedobrý spôsob komunikácie - len cez mail (až neskôr mobil - jedine sms), čo viedlo k problémom pri príchode - mali sme poruchu auta a zhodou okolností nám došiel roaming vo Švajčiarsku. Samotná komunikácia cez sms bola slušná. 2.Pokazené závesy, pračka a odtok na malom umývadle, chýbal štandardný uterák - len veľký a malý na ruky. 3. Vzdialené WC od izby za dvomi rohmi (čo by nevadilo, ale nebolo núdzové osvetlenie, moja príbuzná si v noci PORANILA čelo - až neskôr sme nechali horieť zbytočne !!! v noci všetky svetlá na chodbe). 4. Osobitný poplatok za upratovanie (stretol som sa s tým prvýkrát za 15 rokov) - upratovanie má byť ŠTANDARDOM, prípadne nech ho uvedú do celkovej ceny, ale netvrdia, že cena je nízka a potom počítajú 30 euro za každú noc. Mimochodom prišli sme v noci a odišli ráno, takže reálne sme boli v apartmáne len JEDEN ďeň. 5. Neoznačené vchodové dvere.
• Marjorie (7/5): - Nice owner. Good WiFi. Clean. Good instructions with photos for locating key and finding apartment. Great location. Nice chocolates provided by owner. Needed a fan for kitchen area, and a larger fan with longer cord for one of the bedrooms would have been appreciated. Shower floor very slippery so could have used a non-slip pad.

• Girish (6/5): Great host but apartment could have been cleaner and have all toiletries available - Very close location to the Inn river, host personality was great and helpful, easy access to property, close to bakery and town centre, better view of mountains than expected out of rooms broken blinds in main bedroom, No iron, basic toiletries such as handwash or shower gel were very low in supply/missing, bed frames were dusty and my son with dust allergies was constantly sneezing,

This is not only due to the host, it's Booking's system also. All communication was with Whatsapp, but Booking sent me an important message about extra payment through the app that I didn't see.

• Shelly (7/5): Good - The apartment was comfortable and close to the centre of town. The host Emil was responsive and quick to address any concerns. The bells at the church next door! They chime every 15 minutes from 7am to 10pm and there is no sound proofing so there is no chance of sleeping through them. The bed in the second room was not good. There were other details that would have made the stay more comfortable, like a shelf in the shower for soap.

• Armando (10/5): Great option in Innsbruck - The location is excellent, you have 5 min walking a supermarket, cafeteria and downtown. We stayed two nights and it was awesome. First Mischa was always trying to make you feel comfortable, the communication was good, the self-check in was easy as well, besides it has a parking spot if you have a car. The apartment was clean with full kitchen. I think is a great choice if your looking to visit Innsbruck. He recommend a couple of restaurants close to the apartment with typical Austrian food Stiftskeller is a great option to have dinner. I highly recommend to stay in this place, we were a family of four and it was suitable for our needs!
• Graham (9/5): Great apartment, very convenient to visit Innsbruck. - It is only a 10 minute walk to the Altstadt, and there's a good supermarket at the top of the hill and a brilliant bakery/café less than 5 minutes' walk! The apartment is also nice and warm! Emil was very friendly and helpful, giving us some good tips on what to do in and around Innsbruck, such as going up the cable car at Patscherkofel and eating at the Stiftskeller restaurant. Also the ski jump at Bergisel is worth visiting - they even have their own cake! The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Netflix was available on the television as well as many German and Austrian channels. There were only a couple of minor things that detracted slightly - the blinds in the bedrooms didn't shut out all light and the bed in the main bedroom creaked quite a bit, but was still comfortable. These didn't spoil our stay however, and overall this is an excellent place to stay.

Fantastic location a few minutes walk to the old town, with a bakery and supermarket close by. Having our own washing machine was an added bonus! Emil was very responsive and easy to deal with. • Debasish (1/5): Never Booked this apartment. Our whole travel plan are ruined - Not at all like this property. This owner ruin our travel plan . It seems he is Mad. While booking we requested for early check in and it was said based on availability can be possible . In our check In day morning owner pinged me and said that by 11 AM he will be not ready and I asked by what time it will be available and he confirmed at 12:20. Accordingly we travel to that location and thought we will wait until 12:20 or if possible we will just keep our luggage but suddenly after sometimes he pinged back that apartment will be not available at 12 and we have to wait till 15:30 . We tried to call him multiple time but never picking up the call and even making false claim that he tried to contact me. When I tried to call me with my wife number he was saying he will cancel my reservation if we call him anymore. We are waiting outside for almost 5 hours with our 6 years old kid and he is not having any humanity and almost the whole day we have lost . You can refer the chat history then you can understand and take decision before booking this appartment

The location is fantastic, at walking distance to the city center. Emil is a great host, who communicated constantly with us to make sure everything is working well. He had the great detail of leaving us a box of chocolates upon our arrival. I highly recommend the appartment and, for sure, we would return. These days were hot in Innsbruck, which is not normal by this time, and the appartment gets hot, but there are two fans that helped, especially at night.

Emil is a wonderful host who met us and took pains to explain the nuances of property as well as the place. We took a parking (with a separate fee).Just a suggestion - incase few satchets of tea/coffee/sugar be added to the kitchen. Overall a very comfortable stay....Go for it

Everything was in walking distance and having a kitchen was a bonus. Emil was great at communicating with us and met us at the apartment to help us in and provide some information of the town.

Overall, the apartment was clean, and the host Emil was really friendly and helpful in guiding us with the direction. He made sure we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend you all to try out the place if you are in town.

• Amruta (10/5): Delightful stay located very close to the city centre - Located very close to the city centre of Innsbruck , we booked a two bedroom apartment. Starting with the apartment, it was very clean, well maintained, had basic utensils to cook a meal if you like and it was spacious. As we were visiting the country for the first time, we did not know about the time restriction for the check in time. If you are not arriving by that time , you will need to communicate to the property before. But when we contacted and let them know about the timing of our trains, they were considerate and accommodating and helped us to check in when we arrived as it was late in the night. We stayed two nights and it was a very enjoyable experience staying at this property.

Close to public transportation 3. Can cook, utensils provided, big fridge 1. Only shampoo provided but no body gel 2. The bed and pillows are soft 3. The garbage information you don't need to inform guests coz it mislead me to the garbage place 4. No heater and the coffee maker I think is not in function 5. The dining room is just a little small but is okay for 4 people

Nordkette station at congress is also a comfortable stroll along the river. The apartment is clean and well ewuipped with enough space for a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Emil is a great and friendly host, who reached out before our check in dates and responded very speedy to the questiins we have. Very happy stay. The washing machine was broken for the first 2 days. But Emil kept us updated along the way about the replacement. Thanks Emil!

Very close to the centre of town, near a bus stop, near a super market, pretty and quiet neighbourhood. Absolutely ideal. Might not be suitable for those wanting to stay in all day. It's not the largest apartment but if you're out all day it is not a problem.

The size of the apartment is just big enough to satisfy especially considering how good of a deal it was. The bedrooms also have excellent huge windows to let in natural light.
