- Leticia Marina (7/5): Poderia ter sido bacana se o colhao e lençol fossem melhores. - Localização excelente, tamanho do apto bacana, fomos atendidos com prontidão pela equipe no Wats e foi dada as devidas explicações. Colchão péssimo, sentíamos a mola no corpo, lençóis de qualidade muito baixa, digo baixíssima. O lençol de baixo saia do colchão, 1 travesseiro sem fronha. Na minha opinião o que mais conta é a qualidade do colchão e dos lençóis. E isso não tivemos.

- THIAGO (7/5): Bom custo/benefício, falta pouco pra tirar 10. - Localização, estacionamento coberto, cama confortável e a /posição da unidade no prédio favorece o silêncio (distante do elevador e andar elevado). Chuveiro mal instalado (vazando água pelo esguicho que estava mal conectado), larvas de mosquitos por baixo da calha do box, faltaram alguns utensílios como taças de vinho, a porta do banheiro não fechava, almofada do assento do vaso sanitário mal instalada/torta, precisa melhorar a limpeza da sacada, muitas formigas.
