- Dana (10/5): - Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku, krásné, čisté ubytování. Postele mají vysoké suprové matrace, vybavení kuchyně dostačující. Komunikace s majiteli okamžitá a vždy velmi pozitivní. Mohu jen a jen doporučit!

Tuto část české republiky mám opravdu hluboko v ❤️ Domluva před příjezdem velmi kvalitní. Určitě doporučuji. Byly jsme pár s dítětem a malým pejskem a dcera 7 let, byla také velmi spokojená. 🍀🥰

(10/5): Úžasné, vždy jsem obdivoval leteckou akrobacii - prostě paráda ve všech směrech, o to víc mne překvapilo, kdo stojí za vlastnictvím... jsem jeho obdivovatele a fandou, byť jsem o něco více fakdil tomu, kdo vyhrával... ale o tom je život... Moc jsme si to užili a doporučuje všem ... sice to bylo naše startovací místo pro výlety do německých Krušných hor (Schwarzenberg, Spiegelwald, Aue, Grünhain, atp.), ale navštívili jsme i Muzeum v Jáchymově a také smutnou Kyselku a hrad Bečov nad Teplou.

- Andrej (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut um in Klinovec Ski zu fahren. Positiv ist, das auch Frühstück angeboten wird. Der Zugang zu der Wohnung ist gut organisiert. Die Ausstattung ist modern und zweckmäßig. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
- Lisa Maria (8/5): Super, leider nur eine Nacht :) - Der Log Inn funktioniert mit einem Chip, ebenfalls ist es möglich ein Frühstück zu bestellen, bei diesem werden Allergien oder besondere Ernährungsformen wie vegan/ vegetarisch berücksichtigt. Die Zimmer Größe ist für 1 Person super ausreichend, eine kleine Kochplatte sowie ein Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Die Dusche ist sehr sehr groß, auch heiß Wasser sowie ein starker Duschdruck ist vorhanden. Der Check In funktionierte leider nicht gleich, auch konnte man nicht mit dem Chip in die Unterkunft herein, sondern nur mit eine PIN, dieser war leider fehlerhaft. Es wurde aber nach einer SMS sofort gehandelt!:)

- Katrin (8/5): 2 Tage in einem modernen, sehr sauberen, aber anonymen Haus in einer Gegend m. Entwicklungspotential - Der Zugang war unproblematisch über einen Türcode, alles technisch sehr modern. Das Zimmer schien sehr frisch renoviert zu sein, war äußerst sauber und hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung, sogar eine Waschmaschine an der Küchenzeile. Das hab ich so noch nicht erlebt. Wir haben zwar gelesen, dass das Frühstück in Körbchen irgendwo bereitgestellt wird, haben das aber nicht gefunden. Sind dem auch nicht weiter nachgegangen, weil das ganze Haus etwas von Geisterhaus hatte. Wir haben nie jemanden, der dort arbeitet, gesehen. Das war echt seltsam und irgendwie schade. Dem ansich schönen Apartement fehlte eine Stehlampe, die für mehr Gemütlichkeit sorgen könnte. ;o) Die Pfanne war auf diesem Herd nicht nutzbar. Da müsste mal eine neue her. :)

- Marius (9/5): Alles super! - Ruhige Lage in Jachymov, man hört die Straße etwas weiter runter im Tal gar nicht! Das reichhaltige und gute Frühstück wird im Korb morgens zwischen ca. 08:00 Uhr - 08:30 Uhr an die Tür gebracht. Alles war insgesamt super, ein Föhn wäre klasse noch bereitzustellen.

- Christiane (10/5): - Wir waren insgesamt 3 Familien und hatten alle wunderschöne, geräumige Apartments. Leider fehlten Geschirrhandtuch und ein Müllbeutel im Mülleimer. In den anderen Apartments waren diese Dinge vorhanden. Vielleicht hilft eine kleine Checklist beim reinigen? Ansonsten war alles top und der Kontakt lief Reibungslos. Alle Probleme wurden schnell behoben(🔑 😉) deswegen vergeben wir die 5 Sterne. Wir fahren fast jedes Jahr zum Skifahren nach Tschechien und dies war, übereinstimmend, die beste und schönste Unterkunft, wenn man Preis/Leistung vergleicht. Wir haben immer Apartments. Das Frühstück war ebenso einwandfrei und wir werden das Apartment, wenn verfügbar, nächstes Jahr noch einmal buchen. Viele Grüße Christiane

- Omicronpersei8 (10/5): Spot on - Went there because of skiing, so location its just superb, literally 3 km from the ski field. I was amazed how clean this place was. Seems like everything is brand new. Room was spacious and quiet, bed comfy and kitchen well equipped. Apartment also got dry / storage room where you can leave your ski and let your ski boots to dry. Literally nothing to complain about, met the host and lady is also super nice and friendly. Can only recommend and will def be back for my next ski trip.

- Thomas S. (5/5): Neu ist nicht immer besser und automatisch geht nicht automatisch. Ich bin typisch deutsch 😂 - Das Personal scheint sehr sehr freundlich zu sein. Leider habe ich nur einmal ganz kurz jemanden getroffen und zwar zur Frühstück Übergabe. Allerdings benötigt man niemanden. Der Chip für die Türen liegt im Zimmer bereit und bleibt auch dort bei der Abreise wieder liegen. Das Einchecken per PIN-Code (welcher per SMS kam) war sehr gut, da meine Anreise Wetter bedingt komplett verschoben war. Das Ganze Haus ist nagelneu ausgebaut und wirklich pinibel auf sauberkeit geachtet.* Durch mein antworten auf die SMS habe ich mir Frühstück nachbestellen** können und dieses war pünktlich da. **Beim Frühstück muss ich aber bemängeln, dass ich sehr gerne in einem Gemeinschaftssaal oder Raum sitze und vom Buffet entnehmen kann. Dieses vorgefertigte ein paar Scheiben Wurst und Marmelade etc. mag zwar wesentlich unverschwänderischer sein aber ja. Wahrscheinlich bin ich erst nach komisch. Außerdem hat mir nicht gut gefallen dass es kein Shampoo gab lediglich eine kleines Stückchen vegane Seife. *Das man in einer Ferienwohnung selbst abspülen muß ist nicht das Problem, aber im Prinzip verstehe ich das so, dass man am besten die ganze Wohnung selbst putzt. Auch das Besteck, Teller, Glas und Tasse vom Frühstück. Deswegen finde ich den Preis der Ferienwohnung sehr hoch gegriffen. Das die Bezahlung ohne Steuer und Gebühren abgerechnet wurde, ist mir beim überweisen gar nicht aufgefallen, erst als dieser Alfred-Bot 3€ von mir haben wollte. Welche man dann nicht überweisen kann sondern nur per Kreditkarte. Habe mir kurzerhand alles zusammen gerechnet und das Geld dann mit den Frühstückskosten auf dem Tisch liegen lassen.

- Michaela (8/5): - Apartmán čistý, prostorný. Nelíbilo se mi, že pokaždé, když jsme se vrátily z vyletu/lyží, byly otevřené dveře ven z lyžárny!!! Přeci jen je tam dost vybavení většiny hostů. Za to ale snad personál nemohl. Co se mi ale nelíbilo, bylo to, že ubytování jsme měly opustit do 10 hodin a už po půl 9 se uklízečky dozadovaly vstupu do apartmánu kvůli úklidu

- Boiko (9/5): Чудово - Чисто, комфортно, було все необхідне ( не вистачало тільки домашнього взуття, бо трішки холодна долівка), розташування гарне, парковка без проблем, персонал завжди на зв'язку, лояльний до в'їзду- виїзду. Раджу. Мабуть, це не пов'язано з працівниками готелю, це щось з букінгом, але ситуація була неприємною: у заявці подала 5 осіб, одна з них дитина 13 років. Нас розселили по 2-є в три номери, хоча в номерах є диванчик і дитина спокійно могла бути з нами, а так ми переплатили за один номер. Знайти винних не вийшло, це сумно. А так по комфорту все ок.

- Heinz (8/5): Angenehm und ruhig. - Das Frühstück wurde in ein Korb gebracht und war gut und mehr als ausreichend. Die Küchenzeile erwies sich als sehr praktisch. Die Lage war sehr gut bezüglich Hotel "Radium Palace", Agricola-Bad und Bushaltestelle. Ich bekam den Zimmercode erst nachdem ich danach per Mail gefragt habe. Und dann ging er als SMS zu meiner Partnerin (und nicht an mich).. Das ist verbesserungsfähig.
