Michael (1/5): - Garnichts Sauberkeit Lage vom Zimmer da man eine Stunde vor Ankunft eine Email erhalten hat mit der Info zur Lage der Unterkunft. Zwei Beispiele eine Etage tiefer als Parterre das Einraumappartment und gleich neben dem Skiraum was sich sehr gut macht wenn Winter mit Schnee ist. Unfreundlichen entgegen kommen des Personals. Mehrmals versucht telefonisch oder per Email Kontakt aufzunehmen nicht möglich. Einmal eine Antwort erhalten und dann sich nie wieder gemeldet. Danke an Mitarbeiter von Booking konnten wir die Unterkunft zum Teil stornieren und konnten sofort die Unterkunft verlassen und was neues suchen. Bad und Bettwäsche unhygienisch und dreckig.

Daniyil (8/5): We trying our best. - That was a modern apartments with so good location. The woman with waiting for us was very unfriendly, she looked like we are waisted her time. Then she told us about 400 KC more taxe then we should pay. Toilet was really dirty and stuff for cleaning was inside the apartment, looking like at grandma’s place.
