View from the window is superb 👌 Grocery is not so far, just a walking distance. The kitchen is complete. Place is peaceful, you can relax. There's a parking reserved for the guest. Very nice stay for small family. No laundry stander (there's one but very small, just enough for socks and underwears)

• Paul (9/5): Excellent week in a lovely property. Genial and very helpful hosts. - Excellent Central location. Close to facilities and public transport. Minor niggles eg bathroom plug doesn't seal, could do with a few more teaspoons and a bread knife, side lamp in the lounge would be nice. Very minor points. We strongly recommend the property.

Pokoje wygodne i z pięknym widokiem. W pobliżu wszystkie niezbędne sklepy i apteka. Personel bardzo kontaktowy i pomocny. Polecam gorąco.

• Sigrid (8/5): Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort und alle sehr zufrieden. - Gute Lage, Innsbruck ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, aber auch Wander- und Skimöglichkeiten Axamer Lizum, Stubaital. Einrichtung gut, sauber und zweckmäßig. Superaussicht auf Innsbruck. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

The host was absolutely fantastic - really helpful, kind, and approachable. Highly recommend this place, but be prepared to explore with a car 🚗. Would definitely stay here again!"

Das man eine Waschmaschine hat. Die netten Gastgeber. Und deren entgegen kommen und die nette Unterhaltung,mit tollen Tipps. Das WLAN. Es hat paar mal nicht funktioniert. Die Terrassen Beleuchtung. Die ging mehrmals von alleine an. Obwohl keiner in der Nähe war.

• Frère (10/5): Great appartement for a great price. - Wonderful little town with good access to Innsbruck. The apartment is clean, tidy, comfy, and practically organised with all the necessary facilities. (It even had a washing machine with the washing powder provided!) The person received us kindly, showed us the appartement and gave us the necessary information. Price/quality is perfect! I highly recommend.

• Laura (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt nähe Innsbruck - Sehr sauberes Apartment mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, egal, ob Spülmittel mit Schwamm oder Handtücher und Föhn. Das Apartment ist besser ausgestattet als ich dachte. 2 TVs. Küche komplett ausgestattet, Bad mit großer Duschkabine, 9kg Waschmaschine und Föhn. Staubsauger, Wischstange ect. alles vorhanden. Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Rollläden. Hofladen (sehr zu empfehlen, Bio Produkte) und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Vermieter ist auch sehr Freundlich und hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Parkplatz vorhanden, Babybett auf Anfrage. Die Duschkabine ist etwas undicht und flutet mit der Zeit das Bad. Aber das ist nörgeln auf hohen Niveau.

Unterkunft war sehr sauber und perfekt für eine Familie. Die Lage war super zum erkunden von Innsbruck und Umgebung. Gibt es nichts

• Ingrid (8/5): Great for weekend stay in Innsbruck - We had a nice stay at the property! The Suite Comfort was spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen was larger than most I’ve seen in such apartments. There was also a washing machine and AC unit. They have two parking spaces just outside which was very convenient. Great value for money considering how expensive the hotels in the area were. Would have been nice if they gave us two house keys, as it required some planning to split up for activities. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates/cups/glasses, but cookware was lacking. WiFi didn’t work well. Side note, not the property’s fault: there is a church right next door which rings its bell every hour, even throughout the night.

An additional toilet would have been nice. Alternatively, the shower and WC could be separate. Since six persons can stay there can be a long wait to use the toilet.

• Abrams (8/5): Very friendly and helpful host in a lovely, comfortable apartment - The apartment is very nice and has a very beautiful view. The apartment is very comfortable and fully stocked. Having 2 bedrooms for a family of 4 was wonderful. I didn't realize that apartment was a 30 minute tram ride from Innsbruck. It was a very nice and quaint town, but nothing is open on Sundays. I felt like the communication could have been better. Also, there is a clock tower that rings at least every hour all night long which made it hard to sleep.

Well connected with the tram (we received complementary tickets for staying at Innsbruck) and grocery store nearby. Enjoyable stay at Innsbruck.

It's in a great location, close to the Stubai and Kühtai ski resorts, with Ischgl just an hour away. Mutters is a unique and peaceful place, offering an amazing viewpoint over Innsbruck. It’s connected to Innsbruck by train – riding this train is a great experience in itself! Our hosts, Natalia and Nicola, were incredibly kind and helpful. • Sinan (10/5): Great stay ! - It has a great view and is close to Innsbruck (in a matter of minutes). There was a gas station and a market close by. The flat was quite warm. Amenities were up to expectations.
• Artur (8/5): Very good - - well-equipped kitchenette - newly furnished apartment - nice view from a balcony (if you get an appartment with it) - a train stop to Insbruck or Stubaital close to the door Mutters itself is not a center of the world. But its quiet at least and you get horses under your windows.

Just an FYI - you’ll need to pay €28 on arrival for taxes (I think this is what it was for). Hosts were very receptive and really friendly. Let us check in a couple of hours earlier too which we are super grateful for. Mattress in main bedroom was uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend getting a nicer mattress to go with the excellent apartment.

The host was very helpful and took good care of all our requirements during the stay. The water flow in the shower was very slow and needs to be improved.

Very clean The staff were so friendly, we couldn’t locate the apartment initially and had to call the staff who directed us in the right way. It would have been useful to send a map of the exact location of the apartment, like the one sent to find the key lockbox. It would have been helpful to have some more towels, which could also do with an update. Please replenish things like dish soap in the kitchen

The first day, we met with Nicolas, and he told us everything we needed to know to have a pleasant stay. It was our first time in Austria, and we fell in love. The location of the apartment was very convenient, the tram was very close, there was a bakery next to the apartment and we had a farm close where we could buy fresh milk. What's not to love! We couldn't say anything we didn't like as we really loved the place. Everything was clean, the temperature was perfect, and the bed was really comfortable.

• Victoria (10/5): Great location and apartment for skiing and discovering Innsbruck. - The location for skiing and sightseeing, the views of the city and the mountains and the comfort of the flat. Nicole and Natalia were very welcoming throughout our stay and gave us very good recommendations.
• Oleksii (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments are spacious and well equipped. There is everything you need, and even more, for a comfortable stay, including your own washing machine. Excellent location - 3 minutes by car from the ski lift. Parking is in front of the windows. There is a 24-hour self-service shop nearby where you can buy bread, pasta, eggs, cheese and, most importantly, the freshest milk straight from the cow. I really liked these apartments. We'll come again!

• John (10/5): Excellent cost apartment with helpful hosts in the mesmerizing village of Mutters - Mutters, what an amazing place to stay. the location above Innsbruck and the free public transport was a great combination. The apartment is excellent and has everything you need, stove, oven, washing machine, ironing board. It’s close by to a bakery and a grocery store, has a good private parking spot and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The floor in the bedroom is a bit wiggly and noisy. Not a big issue at all, but feels like it could be remade at some point. There is also a window close to the ceiling between the bathroom and the bedroom which makes the bedroom very light when someone is in the bathroom. I would recommend adding a curtain to it.
