• Federico (10/5): A nice stay - Very central, clean, spacious and well furnished. The road below can get very loud in the late evening. Some noise is to be accounted for given that you are in the center but this location in particular can be very loud due to drinking people below.

• David (10/5): Beautifully appointed apartment in the perfect location. - Perfect location: almost within touching distance of the Golden Roof. Very well-appointed with high quality furnishings and finishes. I’d like to live here! Nothing!
• Dwaia (8/5): جيد جدا - موقعه بالسنتر ونظافة الشقة وقربه من كل شيء عدم وجود اصنصير والشقة بالطابق الثالث والتكييف بالصالة فقط وليس بالغرف تكييف ولا أنصح فيها بفصل الصيف بسبب الحر وعدم وجود موقف سيارة قريب ولأنها بالسنتر هناك الإزعاج ولا يوجد عازل للصوت للنوافذ مثل بقية المساكن بالمنطقة

No instructions on how to complete if the machine did not recognise our code. Took a call to host to get it sorted. Quick response time.

• Anthoula (6/5): Pleasant - The location is very central and the apartment is well decorated and equipped. We had a very bad experience at the check-in. The system for self check-in was not working and we were trying for long time. We called the contact phone and some lady answered and told us that we have to wait till 15.00 and then it would work. But this never happened. We repeatedly called her again and texted her and till today we haven’t received any answer. We were desperate and thought that we will need to search for another hotel room.After 2 hours hopefully some other guests were leaving the place, they told us they had the same problem and they gave us another telephone number to contact. Another lady picked up the phone saying that she is not the responsible person but she could help us with the codes. And she did. However it was extremely bad experience. Apart from that it is extremely noise on Saturday night, we weren’t able to sleep at all since there were till early in the morning people outside of the hotel being very loud.
• Reganlc (8/5): Great apartment - It was perfectly situated, lovely apartment,good space for a family of 4,comfortable amd warm There is no elevator,you have to walk up loads of stairs,we struggled with our luggage. No washing machine
• Krishna (8/5): Great location and convenience - Location! It was also quite spacious for 4. Climbing up 3 floors with big bags. Property host/manager was unresponsive to emails or messages via Booking until I finally tried calling and got a text message back.
• Salma (9/5): Superb - The lightning. The availability of everything in the kitchen. The location (wonderful location). The heating. This apartment feels like home. I could stay longer if I could. Their is an extra blanket, extra pillows. The TV has Netflix and Prime vedio. It was wonderful to stay there. Thank you, host. The stairs. Their is no lift, and the bags were havy on the stairs. Also, check-in was a bit confusing. It took me a while to know how to come in. If they message us with instructions before arrival, it would be better. Lastly, if their a washing machine, it would be more helpful than the dishwasher.
• Christine (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment itself was lovely, and excellent location for exploring the many places of interest and Christmas markets. External noice from the street which apartment bedroom overlooked. Host, should make it clear that apartment is on the 3rd floor and there's no lift/elevator.
• Apichart (8/5): Love to stay here again but on the weekday that the bar opposite boot open:) - The location is the best. Everything is right the way just a couple step from the door. I think I can’t find better location than this. Everything in apartment is pretty good. The sound proof is pretty bad. And we stay there during weekend. The entire alley looked ok, just the bar opposite the apartment. There crowed with teenagers and during the weekend they are so loud until 2am. This is what we knew before. But I don’t think that will be that loud. And if you do a real cook. There don’t have a hood at the kitchen.

The apartment, the location, etc. Special thanks to the host who was very accmmodating when our plans changed slightly! The shower without a curtain or door making the bathroom floor wet was my least favorite aspect.
• Jennifer (7/5): Great location, beautiful village and so much to see and do. - Location, parking. Noisy with window open. No fans. Bed mattress very hard and pillows, not substantial. Very little lightning in the entire apartment. Tiny beverage glasses. No supplies to clean dishes. No paper towels either. No scrubber or liquid soap to clean a pan.

• Jan (8/5): Great location and a comfortable apartment - The location in the Old Town is perfect. The front windows of the apartments are great to look at the busy street below. The apartment has a kitchen which enabled us to cook a few meals.A modern bathroom . A single air conditioning was usefully with the warm weather.. A 12 minute walk from the train station. NA

• Robert (10/5): Great place to stay in Innsbruck! - The location is central in the old town, besides the famous Golden Roof built by Emperor Maximilian in the year 1500 to celebrate his wedding. The apartment is easy to find and access. We liked the digital access, not requiring a key. The rooms are relatively spacious, clean and well furnished. We would have been happy to stay much longer.

• Guto (9/5): Excellently located modern apartment in an old building. - Excellent location - right in the middle of the old town and immediately next to the gold roof and hofburg palace. Easy to get to transport links in all directions and any shops and amenities you need are only a 5 minute walk away. Apartment is well kept, clean and tidy with a modern aesthetic that contrasts the oldtown style right outside the door. The downside of being so close to the bars, restaurants, and local tourist attractions is that noise from the street below can be quite loud at times, both from general crowd noise in the daytime to gregarious revellers at night - but rarely a problem. Also, if you have mobility issues or otherwise struggle with stairs, be aware the apartment is up on the 3rd floor.

Well furnished ,great beds,lots of well thought extras,exceptionally clean. Host rung me back to talk thru the booking in procedure. Sound protection from the street outside is not enough ,lot of steps to apartment but you are informed of this prior..
