• M (9/5): Bereits der 3. Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Kreative Einrichtung, ansprechend gestaltet. Ausblick auf die Nordkette. Ruhige Lage. Unkomplizierter Ablauf. Parkplatz nicht klar geregelt. Am 2. Abend stand der Mieter der Nachbarwohnung darauf. Am 3. Abend kam ich kurz vor ihm und er diskutierte mit mir wer wo stehen soll.

• Radu (8/5): - Great location. The studio apartment is well equipped and comfortable. 2 minutes away from excellent public transport links.
• Nerius (8/5): - Good location, very good price. View from the balcony is amazing. Hosts are friendly and responsive. Hair dryer can only be used on low heat (overheats and shuts off otherwise). Pillows were not really comfortable, doesn’t support neck well.

• Orsolya (10/5): - Ruhiges Apartment, nicht im Stadtzentrum, aber trotzdem sehr gut erreichbar – auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Geschäfte, Restaurants und eine Apotheke. Im Gebäude befindet sich außerdem ein türkisches Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen. Wir sind mit Hund angereist, und ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Park, der sich gut für Spaziergänge eignet. Wunderschöner Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
• Oleksander (10/5): - Sehr gute Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Bedingungen sind gut, uns hat alles sehr gefallen. Bei Fragen ist der Gastgeber jederzeit online erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ein Wasserkocher fehlte, das war für uns jedoch kein Problem, daher haben wir die Gastgeber nicht kontaktiert.

• Tanja (8/5): Super Lage, eigener Parkplatz - Sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartment. Bett war sehr bequem. Daunen Decken, da wird niemanden kalt. Lage ist Top, mit Strassenbahn die gleich davor hält ca 25 min im Zentrum. Bus F auch möglich. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor Tür für 5€ pro Nacht. Man bekommt Foto wo parken vor einchecken geschickt, sowie den Code für Schlüssel Schließfach. Das ist super. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Weder im Zimmer noch im Bad. Kasten ist auch versperrt. Nur kleiner Teil nutzbar. Außer auf dem Esstisch und der Waschmaschine kann man nichts abstellen. Kein Schwamm für Geschirr vorhanden nur ein Tuch.
• Gopal (7/5): - The apartment is at a very good location. Tram stop at a 2 mins walk. View from the balcony is beautiful. It is literally a one room apartment. Everything is in a single room, which is very inconvenient to stay with a toddler. Description says there is one bedroom and a kitchen, which is kind of misleading. Everything else was perfect though.

• Anna (9/5): Obiekt znajduje się blisko przystanku tramwajowego, jest przytulny i czysty. - Było bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżko, balkon i parking na plus. Pod mieszkaniem znajduje się kebab, z którego unosi się zapach spalenizny i jest głośno wieczorem.

• Prarthana (10/5): Lovely house with mountain views - Mike and Ronny's place is beautiful and made our stay at Innsbruck something else, especially waking up to the mountain views and having all the artistic pieces around the house. The house is set up thoughtfully, with everything you need within reach and makes you feel right at home. Mike even promptly helped us secure the Innsbruck Welcome card that gave us access to free transport during the stay, among other perks. You just need to ask him for the link and fill out a form to get it, in case you're wondering. A Billa store was about 10 mins away, tram stop right outside the house, and a few restaurants in the same neighborhood, making access simple. Would 10/10 recommend booking here. There was also a cute dog upstairs during our stay, and we wanted to befriend it but unfortunately didn't get the chance :(
• Julie (8/5): Attention, pas de chambre, c'est un studio - Le logement était parfaitement propre et le centre ville est accessible facilement avec le tramway juste à côté. La kitchenette était très bien équipée. Lit pour bébé très bien et propre. Nous avons été déçus car dans l'annonce il est écrit que ce logement a une chambre et une kitchenette sauf qu'en arrivant, nous découvrons un studio avec le lit dans la même pièce que la kitchenette (à 1 mètre). Nous sommes venus avec un enfant en bas âge, le logement n'était donc pas adapté pour les moments de sommeil. Nous trouvons le prix du logement trop élevé pour sa taille et sa localisation car nous étions quand même à 30 minutes du centre.

• Heidi (10/5): Exceptional - Mike was very easy to converse with and answered all my questions promptly. Check in instructions were great. A beautiful fully self contained apartment with the tram stop very close. The balcony with a view of the Alps was breathtaking.

• Кремена (9/5): A good, cozy stay :) - Overall, my stay here went well. Communication with the owner was okay, he issued me an invoice quickly and without any problems. The bed was very comfortable, there was a well-equipped kitchen, the apartment is close to a public transport stop. It was convenient because it was for lines that reach the top center of Innsbruck in about 25 minutes. There is a grocery store, pizzeria and pharmacy nearby. Terrace with a nice view. There was also a washing machine - big plus for me personally. Overall - the apartment is particularly suitable for solo travelers (or max. two people), especially for a business trip. There was nothing I really disliked during my stay, I would rather give a recommendation. A small microwave would have been useful, as well as an iron (it was included in the apartment's description, but I couldn't find it anywhere, I guess you have to request it if you really need it. It wasn't urgent for me tho, I'm just noting it in case someone really needs it). For those with more and heavier luggage or mobility issues, there are stairs to the apartment, but not many.

• Branka (8/5): Overall it was a nice staying - The location was great, it was clean, nice view. A few minor details/suggestions to the host: Information about the Wellcome pass, the pass itself being missing, and the balcony not being cleaned (empty beer bottles on the table). Travelers usually do not take the shower accessories and laundry detergent that we are used to when renting. A microwave would be a nice addition. The parking fee of 5EUR per night might be a bit too high as the parking is at the accommodation property.
• Hazel (8/5): 3 night stay, October 24. - Convenient for access to centre of town. Tram stop just a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was quiet from both the street and neighbouring apartments. Instructions for gaining entry were very clear. We liked the decor of mirrors, paintings and ornaments. Use of a balcony, though for us the weather was damp. Washing machine. Bedside light on one side of bed only. Microwave would have been useful. Wooden frame of bed protrudes beyond mattress - be careful when moving around - caught shin on the corner, ouch.

• Salvatore (10/5): Absolutely lovely small apartment in the outskirts of Innsbruck, well connected to the centre - I rarely give perfect 10 scores, amd this is one of the very few places that deserve it. Clear directions in email. Parking spot available. Smooth check-in even though late at night. Beautiful, tastefully decorated room. Super comfy bed. I was amazed by the amount of kitchen tools and appliances at my disposal - my Lady and I cooked a lot! Great rain shower. Washing machine with integrated dryer available. Amazing view from the rather large terrace, and a dining table on it. Unfortunately it was far too cold in January to eat outside! Host is really lovely and friendly and helpful - thank you again for everything! There are all kinds of shops within two mins walking distance (pharmacy, supermarket, tabak, etc), and a rather large shopping centre a 2-3 minute drive away in Rum. Of note, public transport is excellent and located a 30-60 second walk from the house BUT it takes at least 25-30 min to the centre (including tram wait times) on weekdays and even more, as much as twice that, at night/sundays where services are fewer. Still, you can come back from the centre with a nightbus at any time of the night! -- which cannot be said for many other cities. Plan your journey times accordingly: google maps helps a lot). If you drive, parking in Innsbruck can get rather costly, but Sillpark shopping centre gives you 90 minutes free parking. Nothing, everything was great!

• Vaiva (7/5): Great balcony and views but a little far from the city - The apartment has a great big balcony with some amazing views of the mountains. Access to city centre was easy via public transport - a stop is really close to the apartment. The host sent good instructions for locating the apartment and made the check in very easy. The pillows weren't great. The shower leaked.
• Polly (10/5): SPECTACULAR Views!!! - The is a very efficient apartment. The views from the spacious balcony is SPECTACULAR! Easy access to transportation. In the middle of the Olympic Village!

You'll find an explanation in the info folder. One evening we had no warm water. Boiler was empty. There was noise in the evening from young kids playing football, not taking care of parked cars.
• Omar (5/5): I will not book this property again. - Nothing. The apartment was cleaned well. But, the main problem is the white bed sheets. which is not changed after the previous guest. I could not trust to ask for another one. So, I purchased two sheets. One for the bed & one under duvet. Also, this apartment not suitable for family with kids. due to photography on the wall.
• Alan (9/5): Well equipped apartment, great view, and very close to tram stop. - Apartment was well equipped, was useful to be able to use the washing machine, and then dry clothes on the balcony. We also enjoyed the great view from the balcony, looking towards the mountains north of Innsbruck. The apartment is very convenient to catch the tram into the centre of Innsbruck. Parking (at €5 per night) was convenient. Worth noting that after our stay we needed to contact the host about something we thought we had left behind, he responded very promptly and helpfully. It was quite awkward getting our luggage up the stairs to the apartment.
