Graeme (9/5): - The location was good, a little uphill for the bags but the apartment is on the ground floor Communication was a bit slow. Asked if it was possible to leave the bags prior to book in time and was told yes. Turning up at the property and no one was there. Asked a resident to phone the property manager. This all took about 1.5 hours

Isaac (8/5): - El alojamiento responde a la descripción, es muy completo, las camas cómodas y el aparcamiento en la puerta. La atención de la anfitriona perfecta, siempre pendiente de lo que puedas necesitar. Nos dejó fruta, licor, agua y pan, además de que había sal, aceite, para poder cocinar algo sin tener que hacer gran compra. En general creo que corresponde a lo que se espera: está lejos del centro andando, son unos 35 minutos a buen paso. Uber funciona bien y es barato, lo que puede compensarte.
MIGUEL ANGEL (8/5): Apartamento bien comunicado para visitar Dubrovnik - Buena ubicación cerca de parada de bus que te lleva directamente al centro con bus 1A o 1B. Bien equipado y con parking privado. El anfitrión fue muy amable y nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes de la hora de check in. El microondas está muy difícil de alcanzar. Terraza muy accesible a cualquier persona desde el parking.

The host was very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—even providing refreshments and fresh fruit upon arrival. Such small touches truly make a difference! The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area,yet conveniently close to everything you might need. Having the entire place to myself made the stay even more comfortable and private. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-kept space with a thoughtful host. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Kateryna (9/5): Quiet and cozy apartment. - We stayed for a week and overall enjoyed our time here. The bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was good. The kitchen is equipped, so you have a possibility to cook simple meals. There are a washing machine and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Living room and bathroom both have an AC. Also this apartment has a small terrace with chairs. If you have a car there is a reserved parking spot in front of the building. Our host Ana was always in touch via WhatsApp. You can get to Bellevue beach in 30 minutes and Lapad beach in 35 minutes by foot. Old City center is in 40-minutes walk or less than 10 minutes by taxi (7-8 EUR Uber). You can get to the Dubrovnik Bus station and to the Port approximately in 10 minutes by foot. The apartment is on the hill and you have to go up the stairs to get there. We were okay with that but just in case you have a health issues you should have that in mind. You should definitely be careful not to leave ANY food on kitchen counters as you will face ant invasion.
Stephen (3/5): Avoid -- will book an Airbnb next time - The apartment isn’t very far from the city center by taxi. Our stay was overall terrible: - There were ants all over the kitchen: when contacting the owner about this unsanitary situation, their response was: “don’t leave your food on the counter”. That’s all. No offer to reimburse an ant killer powder or anything. - We mistakenly parked our car in the wrong parking spot. Next thing we know, the neighbors had parked their car behind ours, shouting at us saying they had called the police, but that the problem could go away if we were willing to pay them ~€20 (basically extortion). We obviously refused, and decided to move our car to another location fearing the neighbors could damage our vehicle overnight as “revenge”. When we called the owner about this situation, their answer was along the lines of “don’t worry about the neighbors”. Just as simple as that. No offer to send someone to assist. I also contacted Booking.com to explain the surreal situation we had just been through. - Despite the above, we decided to pay for our stay in full, just so we no longer had to deal with the owner’s nonsensical ways had we refused payment. I was in fact certain of a strong commercial gesture from Booking.com following our experience. - Booking.com assistance was probably even poorer than the owner’s. They offered us a mere €25 credit for the inconvenience we had faced. Apparently client trust and safety is not a priority there. Will have better luck with Airbnb’s customer service.
Nadja (10/5): Lovely stay - We stayed here for three nights and we liked it a lot! Amartmed had everything, from towels, to shower gel, shampoo, SPF lotions, and even the period pads. Free and always available parking is what convinced us to proceed with booking this apartment. Everything was very clean and neat. Ana the host was very kind and helped us for whatever we needed, and was always available on WhatsApp. She even sent us by post our forgotten items. Overall - a lovely stay!
