The apartment was very spacious & had everything we needed. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed & the appliances all worked very well. Nothing.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host Mateo war sehr gut und es hat alles geklappt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es hat alles funktioniert. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug im Haus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

• Phuong (9/5): Mateo's Apt had it all--car park, great location for touring Old Town Dubrovnik, and all amenities - Mateo, the host, was super friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The location of the apartment was great because we could easily reach Old Town Dubrovnik by a quick bus ride from a bus stop nearby the apartment and walk to a grocery store as well as to restaurants nearby. In addition, we were able to park our car in an underground garage that came with the apartment. The view from the kitchen was lovely. We could see cruise ships and boats docked in the harbour across the apartment. The beds and beddings were very comfortable and the host left us everything we needed during our four nights stay there, including toiletries and laundry detergents. The location of the apartment was on a hill. This means we had to climb up the hill after getting back from a grocery store nearby, from restaurants in town, and from a bus stop coming back from Old Town Dubrovnik. Although there were airconditionings in every room, the upstairs bedroom airconditioning unit did not seem to work. However, we were able to sleep fine by cranking down the aircon unit in the living room. There was no door to the upstairs lodge bedroom for privacy, but this did not bother us. We just loved the location of the unit and particularly the garage space for our car, which we did not use during our stay in Dubrovnik, but we needed it to travel from town to town.

• Shruti (10/5): Bright and modern apartment in Lapad area - The apartment is modern, bright, and spacious! Everything we needed was available and Mateo was an excellent host. He met us during check in and gave us all the tips and tricks we would need. He checked in routinely through our stay to make sure we were well informed and comfortable. The view from the balcony was fantastic and the location is in decent proximity to supermarket, public transport, beaches, and restaurants in Lapad area. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here!

• Joyce (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was a pleasure to stay in. It had everything we needed. It is situated in the area of Lapad which is a very good location. Ivan our host was there to greet us when we arrived. He showed us around the apartment. He spent time telling us about the local area, how to get to the beach, supermarket and how to get to the old town. He arranged a tour of the 3 Islands Cruise for us which was a great day out and we highly recommend. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. He was extremely helpful and anytime we needed to contact him, he got back to us instantly and went above of what was asked of him. We were 3 friends sharing, so we each had our own room. Perfect for us. The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the view from the balcony and spent most of our time there admiring the view. The apartment is very quiet. The apartment is situated about 5 to 10 minute walk from Sunset Beach (stoney beach) where we were able to go swimming every day. There is a grocery shop and pharmacy just across the road from the apartment. There are several restaurants close by. The bus stop to go to the old town of Dubrovnik is again only minutes walk from the apartment. We would recommend staying in this apartment. If we come back we would look to stay in Top Deck Apartment again. We had a late flight home on our last day, it would have been great if we could have left our luggage and collected it later. Its only a small gripe as we understand that it wasn't a hotel we were staying in that you can leave your luggage and collect it later. Other than that there was nothing that we didn't like.
• Yvonne (10/5): Relaxing and beautiful scenery. Accommodation perfect. Stunning country and lovely people. Will defi - We were welcomed by Ivan who could not have done more. He arranged our pick ups and drop offs. He met us at the apartment, he walked us round the entire place showing us how everything worked. He supplied maps showing us where we were with suggestions of where to go for eating out and sightseeing. He even supplied cookies. ☺. Never in all my days have I had so much effort put in by a host. The apartment is absolutely top notch in a great spot with a fabulous view. Spotlessly clean. Ideal for a group of friends or family. Absolutely nothing
