• Bernadette (1/5): SHOCKING - What Breakfast!! there was hardly enough coffee, tea sachets and milk for 3 adults!!! RE: SKYHAUS New Apartment Liverpool, SYDNEY 74 Castlereagh Street, Liverpool Sydney NSW 2170 CONTACT PERSON - CANDY. IN - Saturday, 17th February, OUT - Sunday, 18th February 2024 The room was absolutely disgusting. As soon as my daughters and I walked in, we were disappointed with the condition of every room. The shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers were only 1/4 full. They were large containers and obviously used by MANY previous occupants. There were TOENAIL clippings under the lounge room rug. In my room (Double bed), there was no top sheet and underneath the flimsy doona, it was stained. The spare pillows in the main bedroom wardrobe were so badly stained! The windows were dirty inside and out. The aerosol can in the bathroom was EMPTY! The bin in my bathroom had some tissue, toilet paper rubbish already in the bin! The TV table un the lounge room had broken shelves and a broken back board. There was only 1 very small milk container for 3 adults...nowhere near enough for us to even have a morning g coffee. The state of the whole apartment was absolutely disgusting and not worth the $258.00 for 1 NIGHT! (Plus, a $200.00 bond that was demanded from me)! PLUS, I informed Candy that I had a large car, but I was allocated a VERY SMALL car space in the underground carpark! So, in summary, this accommodation was well under par, dirty, stained benches and generally unclean and not fit for leasing out to customers/clients. I am so angry and upset at the moment. I would like compensation or, even better, a FULL REFUND, to compensate for this sub-standard accommodation stay. P.S. I did not take a photo of the nail clippings as I removed them as soon as I found them.
• Lissa (4/5): Good location, apartment smelt of stale cigarette smoke. There was mould in the air conditioner which smelt also. Disapp - Location suitable for our trip purpose Wasn’t overly clean, mould in air conditioner, stale cigarette smell in apartment. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable. No air conditioning in bedrooms. Wasn’t advised that car park spot was for small vehicle only. We have a very large 4wd
• Asheque (5/5): The property needs lots of maintenance. - Not much things to like. Had to pay $200 bond through bank transfer on top of booking fee. Charges were not taken from credit card. It was a bit annoying as we were not expecting this and was short of cash. Carpet was dirty. Location was not great as the neighbourhood was quite clumsy and rubbish everywhere. Parking was only for small car which was not feasible for us.

• Tagatoatama (9/5): Best place to be in Liverpool 😊 - Booking went smoothly, not difficult at all. Thank you Candy, she's very easy to talk to. No fuss there. The family was comfortable, with no complaints. Shops were nearby. you could either drive or walk a plus for us. If you're looking for a place in Liverpool, I recommend booking this place. It's the best 😊 There's nothing negative to say about the place It felt like home

• Lupeoloilangi (9/5): Happy and would stay again - Communication was spot on. The place was easy to find and rooms were clean. Single beds were very comfy. The apartments catered for our needs and price was good. Check in time is 3pm. If there is flexibility for early check in that would be awesome.
