• Amy (1/5): Nooit meer! - Fijne locatie Vies beddengoed op 4 bedden, gebruikte handdoeken op de badkamervloer en bloedsporen op verschillende deuren. Contact gehad met de verhuurder, zou hier op terug komen, maar nooit meer iets van vernomen.

• Christine (8/5): Gut und Nett eingerichtet - Grosse geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmer wo es je dre/vier Betten gab, auch ein Doppelbett war dabei. Wohnzimmer gross, Bad klein, aber ausreichend, genauso die Küche Beim Kühlschrank müsste man aufpassen beim schließen.
• Christiane (1/5): Auf keinen Fall buchen!!!!! Ekelig und unverschämt! - Lage geht... mehr nicht Ich warne alle vor diesem Vermieter!!!!!! Wir wollten uns zu Beginn die Betten beziehen... dabei haben wir unter den aufgezogenen Spannbettlaken blaue Plastiküberzieher (wie dünne raschelnde Mülltüten) als Schutz vor den darunter liegenden Blutflecken gefunden... ekelhaft!!! Der Vermieter verteidigte es als Hygienekonzept, war zu keiner Zeit bereit uns mit sauberen Bettsachen zu helfen und meinte eine spätere Bewertung sei ihm sch... egal! Er hat über 60 Wohneinheiten da kommt es auf uns nicht an... Unter dem Sofa lag Dreck von Generationen... musste dort leider meinen herunterefallenen Kopfhörer hervor holen.... Auch nötigen sie Dich vor Anreise bei Bedarf einen Parkplatz zu buchen und zu zahlen, obwohl direkt neben dem Haus ein rieser öffentlicher und kostenfreier Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Nie wieder!!!! Booking sollte bei solchen Vermietern eingreifen, sonst verlieren sie hier treue Kundschaft!

• Bjarne (7/5): - Vi overnattede på vej fra Köln til København og stedet var perfekt for os Diverse defekter i lejligheden. Køleskabslågen, rullegardin mv.
• Angelika (5/5): Flensburg ist eine schöne Stadt. Die Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen. - Die Lage war gut. Sehr lautes Haus, man hört von oben jeden Schritt, dort wohnten unmögliche Mensche. 3 Nächte so gut wie gar nicht geschlafen, Nachts ab 3 Uhr von oben krach, Türen schlagen, Schreie von oben und getrampell bis morgens um 5 Uhr. Defekte Rollos, defekte Küchentüren, nicht alle Fenster ließen sich öffnen. In der Bushaltestelle gegenüber betrunkener Mann hat die ganze Nacht laut telefoniert, schlaf war nicht möglich. Diese Unterkunft kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

• Ilona (5/5): - Die Lage war super, unweit des Zentrums! Es war nicht besonders sauber!
• Mandy (2/5): Wir waren enttäuscht. - Einfacher Check in und Out. Schmutziges Treppenhaus. Die Eingangstür sah aus als hätte jmd versucht einzubrechen. Wir hatten kein Sicherheitsgefühl deshalb wir haben die Unterkunft am Abend unserer Anreise nicht bezogen. Im Innenhof des Gebäudes befand sich eine größere Menschenansammlung das wir davon ausgingen das offensichtlich eine Feier stattfindet/fand. Die Situation wirkte auf uns unübersichtlich und hat bei uns ein deutliches Gefühl der Unsicherheit ausgelöst. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns dazu entschlossen, die Unterkunft nicht zu betreten und eine alternative Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu suchen.

• Olaf (6/5): Ok für 2 Nächte, aber es bedarf einer Renovierung. - Sehr gute zentrale Lage, kostenloser Parkplatz um die Ecke Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig, jeder Schritt von der darüber liegenden Wohnung war hörbar. Hohe Feuchtigkeit speziell in den Schlafzimmern.

• Roseli (8/5): Great location but room for improvement! But I still recommend it. - Spacious apartment, with many and comfortable beds (8 people) and well illuminated. Great location, 10 minutes walking to the city center and nearby the train station. Surrounded with nice neighborhood and a beautiful park and close to the museum. A bakery (very expensive) and bus stop across the street, as well restaurants. Flensburg is a beautiful city, English speaking too! The fridge was not closing well because of the cupboard door was broken as many others in the kitchen. It should have been repaired before receiving guests. There were not enough accessories as well to use in the kitchen (very poor). Dishwasher should be a must, for such big place. 1 bathroom is not enough to support 8 people, still missing a separated toilet.

• Sch (7/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt in super Lage. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Aufteilung der Zimmer und Möglichkeiten ebenfalls. Super ist, dass es ein eigenes WLAN-Netz und ein Parkplatz direkt im Hinterhof am Haus gibt. Ein paar Spinnweben an den Decken waren nicht so schön, störend war der Geruch der Bettwäsche, der leider in der ganzen Wohnung präsent war. Die Parkplatzgebühr ist sehr hoch. Leider ist sie sehr hellhörig, so dass der Aufenthalt vom Verhalten der Mitbewohner im Haus stark beeinflusst wird.

• Thomas (2/5): Nicht wieder!! - Größe der Wohnung Einiges defekt was aber schnell behoben wurde. Dennoch Türen schließen nicht oder richtig. Glühbirnen fehlen. Lampen im Wohnzimmer defekt. Küche Fliesen verfettet. Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig. Toaster defekt. Größtes Problem ist die darüber liegende Wohnung durch Dauermieter. Vom Anreise/Abreisetag ab 19:00-01/02:00 Uhr extrem laute Poltergeräusche. Rennen durch die Wohnung, umwerfen von Möbel ect. Trotz vorsprechen keine Abhilfe. Melden bei booking com, Ablehnung von mindern der Miete. Dieser Lärm hat sich durch die ganze Wohnung gezogen. Dazu der Lärm der Straße. Sorry kein wieder anmieten noch weiterempfehlen dieser Wohnung.

• Amber (7/5): - Good, fast communication. I forgot to book the car park and they approved and proceeded payment quickly. Lots of space. Clean and functional with everything you need. Noise from the street during the night. The footpath is above where you sleep and there were a lot of people walking by talking loudly during the night. There is another bedroom which is much quieter though. The pillows were quite uncomfortable. If driving there is no parking on the street so you need to pay extra for gated car park behind the property. The car park is very tight next to a large van. The area is out of town and did not feel very safe at night.

• Jesse (5/5): Vies - Flensburg is een mooie stad en alles is vanaf het verblijf goed bereikbaar. Het was vies. Veel stof en er was duidelijk niet gestofzuigd. Kruimels en vuil van de vorige huurders lag door de gehele woning ben zelf de woning gaan stofzuigen. Geur in de woning was ook onaangenaam ook na het luchten van de ruimtes.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die fehlende Internetverbindung des Fernsehers. Der Rest war in Ordnung. Ich entschuldige mich dafür, dass ich zwei Konservendosen im Kühlschrank vergessen habe.

Straßenlärm, da ohne offene Fenster zu warm. Drogenkonsum im Umfeld des Hauses.

• Anke (7/5): Good - Big apartment in walking distance to the center. It had a good size for our family of 4. Bakery was just in front of the door. The windows are badly isolated so you hear the noises from the street very loudly. For more than 4 people the kitchen and bathroom is too small.

• Thyrza (6/5): Not cosy, rather 'practical only', but perhaps fair for the price. - Very easy access, good location, good price for the space available. Comfortable couch and comprehensive info in the folder left on the table. Cleaning was OK. Very uncosy, the place doesn't have any warm lighting, and the beds are very uncomfortable (mattress as well as bedding). Floor was still dirty/ not vacuum cleaned. Cleaning stuff was still left across different rooms as if the cleaner had forgotten them.
• Katharina (7/5): Fair price for a spacious accommodation close to the city centre. - I booked the place to catch up with a friend coming south from Denmark while we were traveling from New Zealand to Berlin and then north. We wanted three beds in two rooms and a space to sit, share meals and chat when not exploring the city and surroundings on foot. For this the flat was great. The whole place is pretty spacious other than the kitchen. It has a great size dining table in the lounge (as pictured comfortably sitting 6 - we were three). It is a short walk to Flensburg town centre, supermarkets are in less than 15min walking distance and a bakery is just across the house. It was easy to access the flat and use the outside key lock box when we were going into different directions to the day. Good natural lighting in the flat. Nice to have the filter coffee machine. The lamps in the lounge were not great for reading a book (not bright enough). The bedside tables did not all have lighting. I needed to move an extension cord/multi box from another bedside table lamp first in order to plug in the lamp on my bedside table. The cupboard door above the fridge was broken and every time you opened the fridge the door sagged thus inhibiting the fridge door to close. You needed to lift and hold the door up. Hard for my two friends as they are much shorter than myself (less than 165cm). The hinges clearly had been attempted to be fixed at an earlier time. Huge long screws poking through the cupboards carcass. The host was going to sort it out. I requested to kindly do so after our stay. I was not impressed on the car park in the yard of the house to encounter two big fat rats scavenging just around the back door at our first arrival (19:30ish?). The back door mostly being left open all day and night by other residents in the house thus seemed like an invitation to enter our ground floor flat at any time. As toilet paper is listed as part of the rental arrangement, for three nights one and a half rolls for three people felt a little tight. We managed! But I was astonished about the response of the host when I asked if there might be more toilet paper somewhere in the flat that 'if we needed more we would have to buy our own - they were not a hotel'. We are traveling from New Zealand and are not used to buy toilet paper for rental accommodations other than on camp grounds when tramping.
• Patryk (7/5): Good - Everything was okay. Fine apartament, easy parking, close to the town centre. Not much to complain about other than the detergent smell used to wash sheets. Please consider changing the detergent you use to wash sheets. It smells really bad - at least for me.

• A (8/5): Very good - Comfort, cleanliness, location, almost everything you need in the apartment, I liked the most sofa, tables, kitchen utensils, microwave, bathroom, warm in rooms. Noises from the street, there was a slight draft from the windows in the bedroom, pillows were too soft, there were no sugar, pepper in the kitchen compared to other places.

• Dr. (6/5): Communication is terrible but if you manage to get in, the apartment is nice. - The apartment was big and clean. Several beds and one bathroom. The Kitchen was semi-equipped but without basic utensils like salt or oil. It will help a lot if they add pictures to the entering instructions. It was almost impossible to get in. It is inexpensive but I was about to book a different hotel at the last time because after an hour trying I couldn't get in into the apartment Communication is TERRIBLE Finding the way in felt like being on a scape room. I book a parking slot but it was behind the building, I read seeeveral times the instructions of how to enter and there was some info in German and a different info in English. Finally after 1.5h we managed to get in because a neighbor helped us. I called more than 10 times to the property but as the neighbor told us, they never pick up the phone. The owner replied to my message next day at 8 am... So if it weren't for the neighbors I'd have to sleep outside.

• Sonja (8/5): Pleasant, charming, comfortable. - Very lovely apartment, nicely decorated, high ceilings, spacious rooms. Amazingly quiet, especially given its central location. We only stayed for one night but found all we needed was there. Internet worked well. Despite being a non-smoking apartment, there was some lingering smell of cigarettes in the front rooms, which is likely to be due to street proximity. Bathroom and some towels were not really clean. We contacted the property about it and they were very considerate and helpful. Things do happen and it is all about how the owners deal with it. Here, no complaints at all, rather the oposite.

My phone battery was 5% all my stuff was in apartament. As fast as i can i try to contact property managment, lady said she have another keys in office. I said okay im coming, book a taxi which never arrived. I was completly in a street without my stuff and my phone. I even lost the hope that i will came back that night but lady from office took her car and came to me. I was really happy and surprised. Its such a shame for me first time happend like that in my life, thank you very much! Best for you!

• Michael (7/5): Great location and great value for money. - An overall great value for money-stay in Flensburg. Central location, clean place and very affordable. It was a little too cold in the bedrooms, and we couldn't turn up the heat. Same problem in the bathroom which was freezing cold. We needed some very basic stuff in the kitchen like a cheese grater.
