- Lina (1/5): Tuvimos que irnos del sitio - Tuvimos que abandonar el sitio dado que en la habitación de al lado había una fiesta desde la noche anterior y siendo las 2:30 de la tarde del día siguiente, no había finalizado. Pese a las constantes solicitudes para remediar la situación, no solo con la anfitriona sino con los huéspedes, no tuvimos ninguna solución hasta que nos fuimos del sitio, porque era imposible descansar. Después de eso les pidieron a ellos que se fueran. Fue una muy mala experiencia, con un mal manejo desde la primera solicitud de ayuda a las 2 am (que tuvimos que llamar a la anfitriona por el alto volumen de la música y la conversación, entre otras cosas). Las reglas de la casa son claras, “no puede hacerse fiestas” y aunque no las incumplimos tuvimos que abandonar el sitio 2 noches antes que terminara nuestra reserva.
- Marcel Barrera (10/5): - Es un lugar muy agradable para quedarse en Manizales, yo soy de la ciudad y por primera vez me quede en un hotel en mi propia ciudad y me encantó, la ubicación es genial, la tranquilidad y el apto es muy cómodo y bonito, como si fuera la casa propia, volvería a quedarme ahí siempre que necesite.

Host was responsive before and during stay, but promptly stopped responding once the stay was over - we had left some luggage with the host and also asked her for help with getting a cab to the airport, and it was difficult to reach her on the phone to retrieve the luggage or to arrange for transport to the airport. Host spoke no English at all, which made communications challenging.

- Fleur (8/5): Comfortable stay in safe neighbourhood - We had appartement 9, it’s spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood is calm and safe, we felt fine with leaving our car on the street. The apartment has everything you need, also for cooking. The communication with the host is not very good. We were locked out of the apartment at some moment, because the codes changed, but we couldn’t get a hold of the host, so we couldn’t enter for an hour.

It is located in a beautiful and very safe neighborhood and walking to the busy commercial street takes a matter of minutes, though you wouldn't know it was so close because it is very quiet. The space my son and I got included a double bed and a fold out couch, a kitchen with a fridge and cabinets, and a tv. Everything was spotless and looked brand new. The price was good especially considering how charming and ample the space. The owner was very thorough in showing us all the amenities and the rules of the place. It was really lovely and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

The flat comes with everything you need for a comfortable staying in Manizales. The possibility to use the washing machine is a great plus! The check-in was easy , friendly and professional!

Cable TV was great to relax with. Overall the place was a nice little apartment, could happily live there over a longer period of time. The host was perfect, she helped us a lot and solved any issues we may have had. Wifi was only available in certain places, the location is just at the edge of the Wifi Range, otherwise it was perfect.
