shivonne (1/5): Waste of money - Location ⭐☆☆☆☆ Would Not Recommend – Frustrating and Poorly Managed This stay was a mess from the start and not worth the money or the stress. The key collection process was a disaster. We were told to pick up the keys from a nearby service station using a code provided by the host. When we arrived and gave the code, the staff had no idea what we were talking about and actually argued with us. We were stuck there trying to sort it out. When we finally got into the apartment, things didn’t improve: • The TV didn’t work at all. • The Wi-Fi was completely unusable. • The shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay up. • The bathroom floods every time you shower because there’s no door or screen. • There were multiple stains on the carpets, and walls which made the place feel dirty. • The beds are advertised as double although they are two single beds pushed together. We raised these issues with the host, but nothing was resolved. The apartment looks good in photos but is clearly not being maintained properly. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone
