• Lindy (8/5): Quiet unit - Keys had to be picked up from another location. Difficult if on foot with luggage in bad weather. Would have appreciated if had small long life milk.

• Susanna Zoggia (10/5): - The place is absolutely perfect. Very clean and there is everything you need . A lot of kitchenware to cook, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry washing and many other little things that help your stay. A plus is a garage, we rented a car and it was very convenient to get the parking space. Abigail was very kind to help us with the late check in. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend her place, even if you are going to stay for a week or so. Nothing!

I’m a night owl, so would have liked blackout curtains.

• Colin (9/5): Happy Traveler - Nice spacious accommodation, well stocked pantry, had washer and dryer, comfortable bed, close to transport, plenty of eating establishments relatively close by. Check in procedure was pretty stressful, I had to pick up the key from a local store at 3.00pm, but it hadn't been dropped off and no one responded to my phone message or text, fortunately nearly 20 minutes later the keys were dropped off by the cleaner with an apology. The only other issue was the lounge was extremely uncomfortable due to the sagging of the cushion and base, it wasn't the best for the back its possibly well passed its use by date.

• Elise (9/5): Convenient location in well kept apartment - The location is perfect. Walkable to shops, restaurants, playgrounds, swimming centre and trams into Melbourne CBD. The apartment is well kept, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay long or short term. Parking was super convenient and accessing the keys from a local shop was easy. Great place to stay. There is a large dog that barks on and off around dusk for a good 20 minutes each night.

Place is clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows are comfortable - good night sleep. This is the BEST and most complete accomodation we have stayed. 1. Aircon badly needs servicing - filter and internal.drum very dirty. Bad smell sometimes. 2. Sofa cushion needs replacement. No more support. Uncomfortable.

Great, comfortable beds, well sound-proofed & quiet. Good security & parking. Good facilities (wifi, apps for streaming etc) Everything you need. Couch needed a bit of a clean. Also coffee table could do with a coat of paint. Sound bar was a little tricky to get working - intermittent. Bin in the bathroom would be handy & some toilet cleaner/spray.

• Anonymous (7/5): Generally OK, but could benefit from greater attention to short-term renters’ needs. - The location and proximity to Fitzroy and the Melbourne Museum. We enjoyed the quiet (no loud music or excessive motor noise). Once the router was fixed (…) there was good internet. No bathroom wastebasket, no luggage racks, broken TP holder, cleaning left something to be desired. TV didn’t work.

• Helen (10/5): Other than the horrible check in our stay was excellent, we were impressed with the high standards - Key pick up was supposed to be from IGA supermarket. My taxi couldn’t park so I paid him and then found I was at the other end of Lygon St and had to walk 1.5 km on a really hot day to find The Carlton Supermarket which is not IGA but did have the keys. Google is not infallible and the taxi drivers are mostly from other countries and seem to struggle a bit with destinations.
