Beer and snacks available for purchase (although expired, beer is beer) Chairs weren't the most comfy. Sunflower oil and salt would have been nice to have, but honestly there was everything needed.

- Winfried (4/5): Nie wieder! - Die Möblierung ist funktional und o.k. Die Sauberkeit der Innenräume ist o.k. Wlan und TV funktionieren einwandfrei. Sobald man die Wohnung betritt, nimmt man einen muffig-feuchteligen Geruch war. Die Küchenausstattung ist dürftig, so gab es z.B. Nur 1 Weinglas und keine 2 zusammenpassenden Tassen. Im Bad gab es im EG! keinerlei Sichtschutz, es sei denn, man hätte den Rollladen heruntergelassen, aber dann stünde man im Dunklen. Die Perlatoren der Wasserhähne wurden offenbar schon länger nicht mehr entkalkt. Die in der Beschreibung versprochene Terrasse, war nicht nutzbar, da beide Freiflächen links und rechts vom Haus extrem verunkrautet und verschmutzt waren und keine Möblierung oder Sonnenschutz vorhanden war. Direkt vor "unserer" Terrasse lag während der drei Tage unserer Anwesenheit ein Paket mit Abfall, ohne dass es jemand entfernt hätte. Ebenso wurde der "gut gefüllte" Aschenbecher im Eingangsbereich während unserer Anwesenheit nie gelehrt (s. Fotos). Nur beiläufig sei erwähnt, daß die Lage der Wohnung in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens MM, wohl auch nur von Reisenden als Vorteil empfunden werden wird, die von hier aus abfliegen wollen. Ansonsten ist das zeitweise einfach ziemlich laut!

The communication with the host has been held via Booking message, all the instruction were very accurate and the experience moved smoothly. The position very close to Memmingen Airport and the availabily of car parking slot give a boost.

- Boyan (7/5): Our one night stay was OK because we aren’t so demanding. - We liked that it was clean. Only the heating in the bathroom works properly. The one in the kitchen was very weak, even though we put it in max power. The one in the living room was even worse, because it didn’t start at all. Another discomfort was the bed. We expected one double bed and not two single ones. Also it would be greatly appreciated if you offer stall water at the snack bar.

It's a good place to be both very close to the airport and centre Memmingen. The pillows were very thin, almost non-existent when you put your head down. They're probably just right for some people, but that's not my personal preference.
