• Rebecca (10/5): Home away from home - Location was great, and they had everything you needed. Was very clean and comfortable. I loved how everything was within walking distance for great coffee, food and of course the beach! There was nothing not to like.
• Stefan (2/5): - Being only 10 minutes walk from town and beaches and flat was quiet. Very smelly from drains and air-conditioning. Windows were dirty and would not open enough to give ventilation. Unclean under the sofa and in bedroom cupboards and corners. Lots of cockroaches! Twin beds and sofa were not comfortable.

• Leanne (8/5): Enjoyable, relaxing. Just a shame we stuck bad weather. - Great location for accessing walks and beach, short drive to town. Unit was nicely presented and comfortable. Lockbox code was incorrect on arrival so couldn’t access the unit until we received call back with correct code. Just a bit frustrating.

• Ann (5/5): Disappointed - Location & view Smelt bad, dated decor, cheap linen & towels, dirty old cushions, chairs & furniture chipped, floor oily & dirty, bedrooms not properly vacuumed, blinds & windows filthy, plastic mattress protector inappropriate, no scissors. Public area disgusting especially that no light in stairwells
• Shannyn (8/5): Very good - Great central location. Very clean and well kept unit with plenty to occupy myself and my family during our stay. Two smart tvs was a great bonus for my family. Full useable kitchen and laundry facilities made our stay very practical and comfortable.

• Donna (8/5): We all had a lovely time in Newcastle - Great area, nice little apartment. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great view. Its our 3rd time staying here but it wasnt as clean & dust free as previous stays. We found a blob of hair in the second bedroom & the mould above the shower isnt a good look. I had to dust & clean the bedroom mirror. The driveway is a little problematic & the garage was almost not usable with lots of other peoples stuff in the way.

• Philip (10/5): Loved Newcastle- apartment led to great access to the city.A real gem - The location was fantastic- the height gave great view over Newcastle but also a 5 min walk to the King Edward park and the view points, Bogey hole etc. clean and comfy The single beds were a bit less comfortable but ok. Thicker pillows in that room would be good as we were adults staying there.

• Martha (7/5): The stay was good - Place was nice inside. Clean and beautiful The outside of the property was interesting. Definitely not what I expected and the driveway was hard to get out of when other cars were in their driveways. A picture of the outside of the property should be provided.

Owner was very responsive. Of the single beds did not have a mattress protector only a water proof under sheet, it was too noisy and uncomfortable for my son. The towels smelt after one use. We discussed with the owner and they were very responsive

• Peter (10/5): A great stay on the hill - Location, layout, facilities. Host was friendly and available as required but not.over bearing either. A great spot to explore tge best of newcastle from and being an apartment it's easy to make it.home for a few days.

Welcome bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival was a nice touch. Amazing views of sunsets each evening. Washing machine with detergent provided was handy after visits to the beach. None - we were very happy.

Need to use the stairs for 2 flights to access. Nothing can be done about that. Just something to be aware of it you’ve got mobility issues

You can walk to the beach and surrounds, but It's very hilly if you want to go elsewhere, so you need a car if you hate walking hills. Clean unit and loved the fact there was a laundry. I'd definitely come back here and recommend it to others! The pillows. One very thick, the other very flat. Only something minor. I could have brought my own.

• Hope (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, sunny apartment with everything you could need for short getaway. Short walk to beaches and the city. Really has thought of everything. Huge array of body washes and shampoos in the shower, toilet training seat in the bathroom and kids dishes in the kitchen. Amazing view and felt so happy to be able cook on the BBQ and enjoy the sun. It was the perfect relaxing time away for us.

I have a large vehicle and it was tricky to get in and out of the driveway with lots of vehicles parked on the street. We were able to park at the property behind the allocated parking area.

• Janet (10/5): An apartment well worth the money - Great location which allowed us to walk to many of the local attractions. The wine and chocolates were appreciated after a big day out! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and made us feel like we were at home. Not a big negative, but we had a larger car which didn’t fit into the undercover parking space. A small car would have no problem.
