• Timi (9/5): - Húsvéti pihenés alkalmával szálltam meg és nagyon jó választás volt. A tulajdonos segítőkész és rugalmas, a lakás szépen berendezett. Elég nagy extra az épület mellett közvetlenül folyó patak, különleges élmény volt az egész lakásban vízcsobogást és madár csicsergést hallgatni. Egész délután a nap süti a kertet, így jó kint lenni, a szomszéd macska gyakran meglátogatott. A szomszédok elég csendesek. Örömmel ajánlom mindenkinek, aki pihenni, tanulni szeretne elvonulni egy békés, csendes, szép helyre. A zuhanyzóban az ajtók alatt/mellett kifolyik a víz, sürgős javításra van szükség.

• Silke (7/5): Schön eingerichtete günstige Wohnung mit gutem Preis-Leistung Verhältnis - Schöne moderne Einrichtung, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Vermieter, viel Ausstattung vorhanden, eigener Parkplatz, Viele kleine Baustellen in der Wohnung vorhanden (Lampenschirm kaputt, amateurhafte geflickte Stellen an Fugen in der Küche, Wasser lief aus der Dusche), wenig (und kein einziges scharfes Messer) Besteck in der Küche, Bett sehr weich

• Wally & Diane (8/5): The apartment for the 3 day stay was very good. - The property had all the amenities listed. Location was easy to find and the private parking space was great. The ceiling in the shower had some black mould on the top, I’m sure a little TLC to that area would eliminate the problem. All photos on line are accurate so you know what you are getting.
• Kai (7/5): Nette ruhige Lage. Solide Preis/Leistung. Gerne mal wieder - Sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung der Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, u.A. sehr großer Fernseher. Viel Platz in der Wohnung. Sehr ruhige Lage. Supermarkt Penny mit Bäcker in Fußreichweite. Freundlicher Vermieter telefonisch erreichbar Bedienungsanleitung für Türcode wäre praktisch gewesen. Renovierung wurde nicht besonders nachaltig umgesetzt. Viele kleine Details, wie Schimmel an der Bad Decke, wegen fehlender Abluft. Löcher in der Wand. Kabel/Leitungen offen verlegt, Kabelenden schauen aus der Wand. Waschbecken im Bad viel zu klein und Ablauf defekt. Küchenzeile defekte Leisten. Es hängt noch ein alter WLAN Code im Zimmer an der Wand...

• Anett (9/5): Superb - Nice location, neighborhood, spacious, clean, comfortable, and good value for your money. The apartment was ice cold on arrival and it took a while to heat it. Perhaps switch on the heaters a few hours before guests arrive. Once the apartment was heated, was it very comfortable.
