• Rita (10/5): We’ll be back :) - We loved our stay. The place was huge, close to restaurants and shops, the bed was incredibly comfy and it was really quiet. No range hood for stove top. Apart from that nothing!

• Edward (10/5): A great place to relax and feel pampered. - Everything! Roomy, well appointed and classy. All the facilities in the apartment met my needs. The complex has great pools, looks fantastic and don’t miss taking a gorgeous photo from the south end behind the pool fence of the resort and hills behind it. Only 8 minutes walk out the back gate to the beach. I liked the fact that Mango Lagoon was away from the busyness of the Main Street. Tim, the owner of the apartment is fantastic; a very friendly guy. In room 27 if I had the windows open and the guy in 26 smoked it was quite unpleasant.
• Pamela (9/5): Overall, I would highly recommend Dasheri for anyone visiting Palm Cove. - We had a delightful stay at Dasheri, Mango Lagoon Resort! The staff were friendly and helpful. Post-checkout, leaving our bags with Reception was not a problem. Our spacious apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and just a 6-minute walk to the beach. The BBQ area was also well-appointed. Having the use of 4 pools was fantastic. I just wish they were heated.

• Claudia_77 (7/5): expect the unexpected - This is a privately owned apartment in the Mango resort, so communication is done via booking.com, and not the front desk. Check-in was smooth, clear instructions. The apartment itself was large and clean, all amenities as advertised, a short walk from the beach and close to a bus stop. The pools are beautiful but be wary that they are not heated and it is too cold to properly enjoy them in August. August in Palm Cove can get a bit cold, and there was no way to make the apartment warmer (A/C could only be set to cold air, and during the warm hours at noon if you opened the louvered windows at the back there was no barrier for insects). And no outside area for the apartment means you have to dry your beach gear on the sun lounges. And the weirdest thing for me was the utter refusal to offer form of luggage storage for a few hours after check-out. I have never encountered this in all my years of travel (and this is not a cheap motel), so was caught off-guard when I received this response the day before I was due to travel on an afternoon flight. For me, this was a major sour point, as there are no luggage storage facilities in Palm Cove (they sent a link that had 0 results in Palm Cove) and I had no car. So I definitely would *not* stay there again.

• Jennifer (8/5): Fantastic pool and stylish apartment. - The apartment was very large, stylish and well equipped. The location was quiet and the pool and grounds were fantastic, We didn't have an outdoor area in this apartment which I would have liked, but it didn't matter so much because the pool area was so great. Opening the louvered windows at the back meant opening the whole apartment to the outside air temperature so we keept these closed all the time so we couldn't see out. A bit of an unusual design for us.
