- Zeynep (10/5): I’ll go for the second time that I was that much satistifed with it - Altgough bulgarian hotel oppotunities are generally old fashioned and low in quality, this apartment was fully equiped and new and clean. Owner of the apartment, Alex, was so friendly, polite and helpful 7/24. Nothing. Everything was perfect. Just one thing in general for all placesöin pamporovo I may say; since it’s freezing all time the entrances of the hotel, restaurant etc.shouldn’t be covered by ice that we can not even walk. It shouldn’t be so diffucult to clean it. It’s so dangerous for people

- Zhelyazko (8/5): Very good - The host was very polite and helpful. The property is very clean. It has everything necessary. Very warm. The apartment is a bit small. Outside of the building there is no maintenance. The snow from the roof of the building is falling straight on the building entrance and surrounding areas. The entrance to the building is not being cleaned from ice and snow. My wife slipped off the stairs (no rail or handle), she couldn't sky for 2 days (out of four)!
