• Geri A. (7/5): - Беше топло,спалнята беше удобна,всички уреди работеха. Разтегателният диван беше много твърд и неудобен за спане. Пространството около кухненската маса беше много тясно. Трудно намерихме място за безплатно паркиране навън,иначе имаше вариант за покрит платен паркинг. Разположението на апартамента е много близо до Студенец,но за да отидеш до лифта има кратко много стръмно изкачване,което не е удобно когато си със ски обувките и си носиш ските.

• Бисер (8/5): Отлично място за семейна ски ваканция. - Локацията на хотела е отлична - 3минути пеша от плаца на Студенец. Ресторантът в хотела е страхотен. Самото студио е оборудвано с всичко необходимо, включително напълно оборудвана кухня. Леглата са доста неудобни. Това е единствената ми забележка.
• Петър (10/5): Изключително - Прекарахме страхотна почивка в апартамента в Пампорово! Локацията е топ – много удобно място, близо до всичко необходимо и същевременно тихо и спокойно. Апартаментът е уютен, чист и добре поддържан, с всичко нужно за пълноценна почивка. Определено бихме посетили отново и препоръчваме на всеки, който търси комфорт и отлична локация!

• Todor (8/5): Disappointed at managing - Was very comfortable Disappointed about the information that was provided. I was traveling and looking for a place with working Spa and it was written that it works, others had noticed that it is not, so when I arrived the information appeared to be untrue

• SERHII (10/5): Близко к подъемнику, все удобства. Есть своя парковка. - Находится близко к подъемнику Студенец. Студия большая. Есть холодильник, чайник, микроволновка!!!, тостер!!!, стиральная машина, плита. Даже есть настоящий камин. Правда летом он врядли пригодится. В ванной душевая кабина, а не дырка в полу. Есть парковка перед отелем. Также, есть подземный паркинг. Зимой актуально, 20лев в день. Заезд удобный. Очень прятный управляющий Здравко. Помог с парковкой велосипеда на ночь. Всё понравилось
• Miroslav (1/5): The studio urgently requires the owner's attention. - There is a large double bed , which is very good...…But there is no chance for it to be used by two persons, as it's broken, so if you try to lay on the bed on it's fridge side : the mattress just flips the other person up , as nothing holds the mattress frame to the bed frame. So the other good thing is , that there is foldable sofa bed , which you are forced to use against your will . Another good thing is , that there is a maid on duty during the late hours. You can call the management to send the maid to change the linen even at 21:00h , as I did , when I discovered the previous visitor's hair under the pillows and under the sheet , covering the so unusable and dirty mattress of the broken double bed . End of the day , I had to put my 8yo on the strong side of the double bed. The kitchen is the other good thing. A common sense for this type of properties is ,to leave at least an emergency pinch of salt , pepper, sugar ,oil and vinegar , but I couldn't find this common sense model in the kitchen cupboards - so bring your own. The handles are the ball type , with easily lockable buttons on the inside. This is really good fun , believe me , when someone accidently pushes the button and closes the door on the other side , as you are not given the keys to unlock them. This is probably the reason for the bathroom door handle to be completely destroyed and unusable - I bet someone previously had more fun than me. One of the best thing is , that you do not need an alarm in the morning : you get properly awaken by the sound of the neighbors' kitchen extractor fans , as it seems that all are connected into a shared chimney. Obviously ,this building future also gives you the option to be able to smell what are your neighbors cooking for breakfast , right upon waking up , nice , isn't it ?

• Teodor (10/5): Exceptional - Great location - only 5 mins away by walk to the tracks, so you don't have to worry about parking. The apartment has everything the you may need. There are three restauraunts close by and piano bar too. N/a

Reception guy is doing what he wants, I wanted to buy some firewood, but he replied: I have no time for the firewood and dropped the connection"
