• Rodriguez (6/5): - Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el ambiente tranquilo. La comunicación e instrucciones son casi imposibles. No hay nadie en CR que ayude con el proceso de check in y las respuestas duran más de 12 hrs Tuve muchos problemas para el check in y solo llamando a un número internacional pude obtener ayuda. Muy frustrante.

• Oscar (8/5): - La vista de la habitación. Al llegar encontré una cucaracha rondando la nevera, por lo q no la use. Entiendo q es propio del clima, pero muy desagradable. En la tarifa diaria había un monto importante de aseo, pero yo no observe algo q me reflejará q hicieran aseo.
• Misael (1/5): Dirty place, good concept if it were clean and locally staffed - - Modern building. - Modern managed apartments fully equipped concept. - Easy access to Santa Ana, Lindora - No local management staff - The unit I was finally provided was “DIRTY”, will share all pictures - Maybe if it was cleaned it could have been rates - Remote management staff by phone in Canada, long wait to get assistance. - As the unit was dirty, dirty paws marks, food left on pantry, dirty table, dirty toilet, bed with “tissue paper” or other paper on the bed, I simply said that I was not staying and honestly will never attempt again. - I took many more pictures, but the system allowed only to upload 4.

• Christophe (10/5): - Très belles prestations pour le prix! Une grande piscine, Lave linge et sèche linge, un grand appartement avec grand balcon, et en plus un bon prix C'est un peu éloigné du centre de san josé et surtout ne prenez pas les Extra qu'on vous propose, cela ne sert à rien

Deficiciencias con el ingreso cada día, y con el colchón - El apartamento es muy confortable, muy completo, bonito, tiene un balcón con vista a la naturaleza. Nos gustó mucho la cocina y el walk in closet, muy completos y amplios. El edificio se ve nuevo y se nota muy bien mantenido. Las amenidades del edificio muy completas, bien decoradas y aseadas El código de acceso estaba errado y no fue buena la atención virtual para solucionarlo. Demasiado impersonal. La atención en portería pésima, cada día o noche era como si no nos conocieran, no tienen registro actualizado de los ocupantes. Un proceso muy demorado para entrar. Deben cambiar el colchón. no es para nada confortable.

• Nadja (2/5): - Wir haben einen falschen Zugangscode vom Anbieter erhalten (Zahlen wurden vertauscht). Auf schriftliche Kontaktaufnahme wurde nicht reagiert und wir mussten Kostenpflichtig den Anbieter kontaktieren. In dieser Zeit wartet wir 1.5 Stunden vor verschlossenen Türen. Wir konnten das Zimmer somit erst nach 17.30 Uhr beziehen. Auf ein Entgegenkommen haben wir vergeblich gehofft.
• valentina (8/5): - Cómodo, bonito y limpio La ubicación, el condominio excelente pero el barrio donde se encuentra se ve peligroso, el supermercado más cercano está a varias cuadras y no es cómodo caminar hasta allá. No encontré la cortesía de café, té, sal y azúcar que es lo mínimo que te dejan en alojamientos similares.

• Grisales Cano (9/5): Excelente! - La ubicación, las instalaciones del condominio y sus espacios comunes son muy buenos. Todo estuvo excelente, solo como recomendación deberían cambiar algunos implementos de la cocina porque ya cuentan con óxido.
• Daniele (9/5): Ottima soluzione a 15 Min da San José - Ho affittato due loft per la mia famiglia che veniva a visitarmi. Gli appartamenti sono molto spaziosi e contano con aria condizionata, cucina completa, bagno grande, armadio walkin closets e letto grande e comodo. C'è un terrazzino che permette uno spazio all'aperto. Completamente insonorizzato ed allo stesso piano della grande piscina con area comune, attrezzata con sdraio. Sinceramente nulla da eccepire per il prezzo pagato, notevolmente inferiore agli alberghi circostanti. Sinceramente la comunicazione con l'host é stata un po' incompleta e non sempre immediata. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di serratura con codice digitale....un appartamento aveva un problema di immissione codice (prontamente fatto notare) che ci ha dato noie.

• David (7/5): The apartments are really nice for short stays but a hit or miss on value. - Tastefully furnished apartments that are uncluttered and well color coordinated. It's off the main throughfare and quiet from a traffic perspective but may be a little difficult to find as our taxi driver from the airport can attest. The amenities like the gym, pool and common areas are nice. This was our second time using Urban flats and we noted some differences between the two apartments. Unfortunately, the shortcomings of the second apartment were not addressed prior to our departure so it's left us where we are not sure if we should use them again as some of the advertised items that were expected in the apartment were not there, e.g. cooking utensils, coffee maker, ironing board etc. The bed that we had in the apartment on our second stay squeaks loudly whenever you move on it and does not make for a comfortable night's rest for you or your partner. I'm pretty sure that I can figure out other door combinations based on just the two apartments that we stayed in so you might want to take special care with valuables that you leave in the room.
• Kristel (5/5): - El apartamento es muy bonito, tiene potencial para ser mejor Nadie estuvo ahí para recibirnos, en primera instancia nos dieron mal el código de acceso de la puerta, En cuanto comunicación fue muy difícil ya que demoraban demasiado en darnos una respuesta, gracias a una señora encargada de otros apartamentos pudimos saber el código de acceso de la puerta e ingresar a la habitación, ella fue sumamente amable y servicial, estuvo pendiente hasta que pudimos ingresar a la habitación. El check in es exageradamente tarde, cobran tarifas extra por muchos pequeños detalles, nadie se asegura de que la habitación esté en buen estado, ya que una de las puertas corredizas estaba rota y tuvimos que colocar un palo para bloquear la puerta (aparentemente esta puerta lleva rota por mucho tiempo, ya que parecía que otros huéspedes intentaron arreglarlo) La TV no funciona Las sábanas con pequeñas manchas Varios de los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios, no hay tabla de picar ( por si planeas hospedarte más de un día) En el check out piden que la habitación quede limpia, pero no hay productos de limpieza por lo cual debes comprarlos. El edificio tiene reglas, pero nadie en el edificio las sigue, había muchísimo ruido El aire acondicionado de la habitación requería mantenimiento desde hace tiempo Las duchas en el área de la piscina no funcionan. Con una mejor administración y atención, este lugar podría ser excelente.

• David (9/5): We recommend this property - The location is fine and off the main throughfare. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The room is spacious and is nicely furnished and does not feel cluttered. Almost everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Security is friendly and helpful. No cutting board in the kitchen.

La cama es confortable, el apartamento está bien ventilado, tiene buena luz y todos los implementos de cocina que se pudieran necesitar. no cuidan de los detalles: las lamparitas no tienen bombillo, el TV no funciona. No hay shampoo. Las toallas estaban guardadas, no puestas. No hay ningún detalle de bienvenida como café, o agua.

Das Apartament war zweckmäßig ausgestattet und hatte eine schöne Terasse. Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Es gab ungewöhnlich viele Ameisen, die Barhocker waren zu hoch und sehr abgenutzt. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr gering.

• Theirl (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the location and our apartment! The view from the balcony was lovely, breezy, and relaxing. The apartment and property were very clean. The pool area was lovely. The bed was SO comfortable and the space of the apartment is so well set up. Very safe with 24- hour security gate. We would consider buying a unit in the property and will definitely book again if we are in the area. Go to Coco Bowls ice cream shop just down the street. You will not be disappointed. The only thing we didn’t like was a cutting board was missing from the kitchen. We used a plate to cut our veggies and got by fine.

• Joleana (8/5): Great for the price - The unit was clean, easy to access, the pool was great and it has a workout and yoga lounge. It has a manned gate which makes the property feel very secure. They have onsite parking as well. As a tourist there isn't much near here to see or do. Be prepared to travel hours for everything. Very few English so be prepared with translation tools. There are NO cleaning supplies so you will need to buy some. Its very loud. You can hear everyone in the halls. there was a party whilst I was there and it went until well after 230am.

• Bradshaw (8/5): For the price it’s an excellent place to stay. Would definitely rent again. - Very safe and secure location. Nice modern apartment. Very quiet and relaxing. Conveniently located. When we got there the front gate didn’t have our names so wouldn’t let us in. Had to pay for hotel for the evening until we could get it straightened out the next morning. The auto door lock batteries went dead and we got locked out. Had to buy new batteries. The TV is outdated. No oven. Furniture not very comfortable.

The concierge told me they never received any check in information from the administrator so they couldn’t let me in. I had to book another hotel for the 3 nights I was supposed to stay there. I received a response by email only the second day, they couldn’t find a proper solution. Still no received any refund $250. Nothing

• Joel (1/5): Low cost and poor value - The building is new and nice construction, the apartment has a nice and large patio, and the unit I was given (12) faced a field which was very quiet. The entire property was nearly empty and it was always very quiet. The hosts are pretty slow to respond, they told me my credit card didn't work at first even though I used the same card they had to book a flight on the same day and it should have worked fine. This caused a delay in confirming the booking, so they didn't provide me with even the directions to the property or the codes... which is fine, but I then waited 2-hours for them to retry the card. They charged me $15 for an early check-in otherwise I would have to wait about 8-hour after my early flight. I don't think that's unreasonable, however the property was nearly empty so it was really just a charge for the sake of making $15 for nothing. I received an aggressive checkout notice threatening me with hundreds of dollars of extra charges on my credit card, before I checked in. They sent that same message about 3-times, before and during the stay. It started off like hope you're enjoying your stay, then went on to list a hundred different reasons they would overcharge my credit card already on file. I realized by being foolish enough to rent one of the cheapest properties available, I had walked into what appears to be a tourist trap of sorts. This is the sort of place where if you leave a coffee cup on the counter instead of cleaning it, they charge you $500 and your only recourse is to sue them. So you spent 4-hours scrubbing down every surface, then photograph every single room and every single item in order to protect yourself in case they hit you with gross overcharges. I've been travelling non-stop for 12-years, fortunately most companies that operate hotels or aparthotels this way, are quickly pushed out of business. The apartment was the worst equipped in terms of supplies I have seen. The kitchen was not usable due to lack of any cooking spoons or spatula's. I was supplies half a roll of paper towels, exactly 1 toilet paper roll, 1 dirty pot scrubber... and that pot scrubber was not new, it was already dirty on my arrival.
• Vance (10/5): My wife and I were very happy with the accomodations. Great value and a very nice studio apartment. - It was a very quiet, nice property with great security and parking. Centrally located near the hospital for appointments for folks from out of town. Good restaurants nearby. Parking was empty, but pretty tight for a large vehicle. Some barking dogs from residences at night.
