I would highly recommend this place to every friend planning to visit Hobart. - 整个家布置的很温馨，很有艺术气息。非常干净整洁，所需用品非常齐备（如果能提供拖鞋就更好了）。我们从暖和的地方到hobart, 很怕冷。但是房间有电暖气，卫生间洗澡也很暖，床也铺了电热毯，一点不冷。厨房用具也很完善，居然有电饭煲和筷子，有点惊喜。地理位置也是绝佳，步行就能到超市和餐厅，吃饭购物很方便。整体非常赞！我会推荐给每一个要去hobart的朋友入住这里。非常感谢房东的用心安排！ The entire home is arranged very cozy and full of artistic flair. It’s extremely clean and tidy, with all the necessary supplies well-provided (it would be even better if slippers were available). We came to Hobart from a warmer place and were quite worried about the cold. However, the room has an electric heater, the bathroom stays warm during showers, and the bed is equipped with an electric blanket—so we didn’t feel cold at all. The kitchen utensils are also very complete; we were pleasantly surprised to find even a rice cooker and chopsticks. The location is also absolutely perfect – it's within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants, making it very convenient for meals and shopping. Overall, it's absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend this place to every friend planning to visit Hobart. Thank you so much for the host's thoughtful arrangements! The toilet seat was not the right size and was a little bit uncomfortable, but it does not affect the use
• Anna (8/5): Very good - Property was as pictured. Spacious, comfortable beds and amenities- a great alternate to a hotel with full cooking facilities etc. Good spot in a quiet street for us travelling as a family. Probably further from the CBD than we anticipated but we had a car, so was easy to navigate around. It is very close to grocery stores etc though which is handy.
• Awais (7/5): Good overall but could be exceptional - I think the location and the comfy configuration of the unit was very good. I think the cleaners have a lack of attention to detail. Not really the property owners fault I’d say. The general cleanliness was ok, but in the main room there were cobwebs, stains on the duvet (duvet didn’t smell so it might be just heavy stains such as a coffee stain). Toilet seat was wiggly. There was no hand wash, no tissues and paper towels either. I think with just a little bit of more effort, the property can easily get a 10 rating on a consistent basis.

• Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Fantastic little apartment which was very spacious and neat. The decor was really quirky and fun but done in a stylish way. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Location was very quiet yet really close to everything.

Comfy beds. Handy to have a washer and dryer The cleaning definitely wasn’t up to scratch. Underwear left outside by the line. Food scraps left on the outside table. Crumbs in drawers. Chocolate wrapper left under the bedside table from previous guests. Hair left in the shower. Door lock issues. Key pad constantly failed. Smoke alarm ringing on entry to the property. Poor lighting in bathroom. Lightbulbs broken and not replaced. Oven hadn’t been cleaned. Wasn’t cheap to stay here and we expected more.
• Claire (8/5): Lovely stay and had a wonderful time with our family. - Location in Sandy Bay in a quit neighbourhood close to shopping and beach. Lay out of the property, the spaciousness, the design and colour palet. Our kids loved the Monopoly game. The watertap in the bathroom as it made a lot of noise, especially at night.

Great heating, exceptionally clean and even stain remover in the laundry haha! The addition of the complementary wine and snacks was also lovely.
• Samara (10/5): Lovely place to stay, would highly-recommend. - Very well-appointed, full kitchen facilities, bedrooms were very comfy, lovely outdoor area, quiet street, but very close to grocery store and only a short drive / 15-20 minute walk to the Salamanca area (lots of shops and food places). There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.
• Yingming (9/5): This is excellent place to stay at Hobart - The location is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere in the city. The property owner is awesome. they welcomed us with two bottles of local wine and local food, which is very helpful after we had a long flight. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They have almost everything you need for cooking. the only thing I suggest is to install a shower shelf to hold shampoo, conditioner, and body wash etc. on the shower wall (the current one we need walk all the way to the end of bathtub. it's not convenience).
