Carlota (5/5): Bastante deficiario - Do restaurante e da atenção do proprietário O banheiro está velho e mofado O quarto co. O carpete com aspecto de sujo. O serviço de limpeza é reposição péssimo. O serviço de Manutenção não funciona. Ou seja o serviço que o Radisson deveria prestar é muito ruim e cheiro de mofo.
Jorge (10/5): ok - o que mais gostei foi da Localização. o único detalhe que nao gostei e que sugiro uma melhoria urgente é referente a Internet, tinha uma trabalho importante pra entregar nos dias que passei no apt, e a internet nao funcionava nem cabo nem wifi foi péssimo isso tive que rotear meu celular para conseguir entregar meu projeto.

Pedro (6/5): A unidade carece de cuidado com a limpeza e manutenção. Localização é excelente. - A limpeza da acomodação deixou a desejar. A unidade tinha duas lâmpadas queimadas. O frigobar estava ligado, mas não tinha nem água disponível. Tive que sair para comprar, mesmo tendo chegado já à noite na unidade.

GIBA COELHO (2/5): Um lugar para dormir e ir embora logo. falta mais capricho com o quarto! - Sem café da manhã, e nenhuma comida ou bebida no quarto, nem água, nem copo. Eu gostei do preço e do tamanho do quarto só. 1- Limpeza. Quarto com muita poeira, banheiro com ferragens velhas, oxidação, moscas de banheiro, coisas quebradas e empoeiradas. Eu acabei comprando Álcool em gel e lenços umidecidos para limpar torneiras, espelhos, assento do sanitário, que por sinal estava solto, sem massa na base e exalando cheiro de esgoto. 2 - Tábua do vaso já descolorindo e com parafusos bem oxidados. 3- Tinha um frigobar em um móvel quebrado e a geladeira vazia. Nem copo dágua tinha. 4 - Tive uma sensação tão ruim que comprei lençóis, toalhas e cobertor para usar nas minhas 5 noites, Sempre abrindo as janelas do quarto e banheiro ára circular ar e sair o cheiro ruim de mofo ou esgoto.

Guilherme, our host and his associates were always PROMPTLY AVAILABLE ACROSS the several stays we had @ RADISSON & WHYLDHAM ... problems are part of ANY OPERATION, like a t damaged oijet sink or reduced number of towella . Everything was fixed the other day together with the property owners, themselves - Humble, friendly and smart problem solvers? CONGRATS FERNANDO & ANTONIO. Perfect stay? Not at all... But no MINOR issue could obfuscate the professionalism and cordiality of the team. You guys ROCK! Guilherme promessed a pack of beers to welcome such loyal clients . But disappeared!!!! It's on the tab. 👊
