• Vitoria (9/5): Experiência em um arquitetura industrial no coração do Sumaré - Local muito bonito, bem decorado e com uma arquitetura excepcional. A hostess é um amor, conversamos um bocado sobre alguns temas, e ela mostrou o lote com muito amor e cuidado. O terraço no topo é espetacular! A vista é incrível (apesar do prédio tampando o pico do Jaraguá). Fui em um bar na região da Barra Funda, e o Uber não chegou a 30 reais. Òtima experiência e localização! Havia uma barata morta no banheiro, entendo que nessa época e no calor é super comum, mas foi algo percebido. Também achei que a porta fazia muito barulho ao ser aberta e fechada, talvez valesse passar um pouco de óleo! Pequenos detalhes que foram mínimos diante da experiência no geral.

Fica bem pertinho da estação de metrô madalena, o qie foi ótimo pra mim, já que quis passear e ir ao lollapalooza. A Inês é uma querida, muito simpática e sempre solicita, qualquer coisa que eu precisava, a mínima que fosse ela estava para me ajudar, uma fofa! Amei tudo, muito obrigada por tudo! Não teve nada que eu não gostei, tudo foi maravilhoso!

• Letícia (10/5): Studio muito bem localizado - Inês, a anfitriã, é super querida e muito solícita! Mesmo tendo compromisso no horário que cheguei à instalação, fez questão de me mostrar e explicar tudo sobre o studio! A localização do studio é PERFEITA, principalmente para quem gosta de ir a bares & restaurantes em Pinheiros/Vila Madalena - fica a 5 minutos/500m andando do metrô Vila Madalena (mas as ruas tem subida) Sendo bem sincera, não há nada que eu não tenha gostado. O studio é muito bem equipado e organizado, contém realmente tudo necessário para a estadia - até máquina de lavar e ferro de passar roupas. Como estava a passeio/viagem breve, não utilizei muitas coisas, mas me arrependi em não ter reservado por mais tempo! O local é realmente ótimo!!!

Apesar de ser um bairro bem residencial, nao me senti insegura a noite. O metrô é próximo, mas tem ladeira no caminho. Única coisa a pontuar é a escada. O tipo incomum e os degraus bem altos não favorecem o deslocamento entre os pisos. Ainda mais quando se vai ao banheiro no meio da noite com sono.

• Louise (10/5): Great host and apartment - Fabulous host and very well presented apartment. Supermarket nearby was handy and location was just a short uber drive to wherever we needed to go. Cannot thank the host enough for her kindness - truly exceptional. The stairs were a little scary at first. Also it is an extremely hilly area so ubers are a must to even go short distances.

A localização é excelente, e a anfitriã ainda oferece alguns brindes de boas-vindas, como cápsulas de café e refrigerantes. A casa é bem equipada, permitindo preparar refeições com praticidade. Apenas destaco que a escada pode ser um pouco difícil para pessoas com menor mobilidade ou necessidade de acessibilidade. Além disso, embora não seja responsabilidade da anfitriã, os vizinhos acabam atrapalhando um pouco, pois costumam gritar e brigar com frequência ao longo do dia.

Tentei cancelar e a proprietária foi extremamente incompreensiva e rude. Ficou dando uma de joão sem braço quando o próprio booking concordou com o cancelamento e requeriu a confirmação a ela.

• Isabela (10/5): Satisfatória! - Cama, travesseiros, toalhas bem confortáveis. Além disso eles deixaram roupa de cama extra. Tudo bem limpinho e cheiroso. Tinha Coca de cortesia, chás e café! Gostamos muito e recomendamos! Não falo que não gostei, mas um ponto de atenção é a escada, pessoas com um pouco de dificuldade de mobilidade não consegue subir a escada. Outro ponto também é a acústica, você escuta bem as pessoas dos outros apartamentos conversando.

Very clean and well planned space. It’s a bit noisy because the bedroom window faces neighbours balcony and they have children and dogs…

• kathleen (7/5): Atypique mais bruyant - Le lieu atypique. Le joli jardin. La cuisine est très bien. Le lit est confortable mais petit. C'est plutôt sécurisé. Le bruit ! Hélas impossible de dormir après 8h du matin. Les chiens qui aboient toute la journée et ne permettent pas de se reposer. Les voisins assez bruyants de manière générale. On se sent aussi un peu enfermé entre 4 murs. Le lit est assez petit en largeur et en longueur.

• Leandro (9/5): - Localização é excelente, de fácil acesso ao metrô. A limpeza e a conservação do espaço chamam a atenção. Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos e voltaremos mais vezes. Só não demos nota 10 para sinalizar que achamos que o colchão da cama já precisa ser trocado.

Volvería mil veces a alojarme aquí. Nada. Como dicen otros comentarios, el estudio no es apto para personas con mobilidad reducida porque tiene unas escaleras complicadas para subir a la zona de la cama. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

• Ingryd (10/5): Excelente - Excelente, tudo muito limpo e cheiroso, roupas de cama cheirosas, cama confortável, toalhas macias, água do chuveiro perfeita (em relação à temperatura e à pressão), ambiente agradável e a anfitriã responde rapidamente às mensagens. Nem queria sair para aproveitar a cidade, de tão gostoso que é o studio! Havia uma vizinha um pouco barulhenta pela manhã, conversando alto, com som ligado, cachorro latindo... mas para quem tem o sono mais pesado, não deve incomodar tanto.

• 230998 (10/5): Um oásis no meio da cidade! - Excelente localização, super perto do Metro Vila Madalena. Todos os utensilios necessarios disponiveis, cama maravilhosa e travesseiros sensacionais! Um jardim incrivel com uma vista maravilhosa de São Paulo.
• Anastasia (8/5): - It is a very curious two-storey apartment, well decorated and in a nice neighbourhood. I looooved the shower, it just had something special to it. The room was spacious, the bed quite comfortable, everything was super clean and just welcoming. Location is also great, there's a farmers market right next to it and overall it is in a quiet area of the city. The host is a very chatty lady, so be ready to attend her 20 minutes lecture on every detail of the house :D The structure of the apartment is in steel and glass/window panels, which although very stylish modern etc., don't really protect the inside from cold and noise. So we were freezing the first night, pulled out every heavy blanket we could find (there are a few, and there's also a heater). On top of that, the neighbour lady decided to water the plants at like 7 am and it felt like she was in our apartment, cause all the noises come through. There was a lovely dog who wouldn't stop barking one evening. We also didn't fully enjoy the modern stairs, which to us were pretty much a hazard, as you could easily slip and hurt yourself. Maybe those could get a makeover.

• Conor (9/5): Superb - Fully equipped apartment, with a cool industrial vibe. The apartment had everything we could have wanted, with a well equipped kitchen, soap for the bathroom etc. We appreciated that it had a washing machine, since we found this was rare in South America. Unfortunately there was a fault with the machine, but the host helped us to wash our clothes instead (great service and communication). The location is in a safe residential neighborhood. It's 5-10 mins walk from a small supermarket. You'll need to Uber or taxi to any tourist sites, but it's very affordable in Sao Paolo. There wasn't a lot of sound insulation, so we found there was a lot of noise from the neighborhood when we were sleeping (dogs barking, children etc).

• Clarke (10/5): Magnificent! - The space was perfect for two people. The loft is a cool, industrial style. The kitchen was well equipped. Neighborhood is fabulous. Host accommodated holding our baggage until the evening. Everything felt secure. Not related to the property, but there was a woman screaming at someone at different hours who lives around the area. Her yelling set off a choir of barking dogs.
