Giancarlo (1/5): Péssimo x1000 - Absolutamente nada. São inúmeros pontos que necessito falar, é um prédio com funcionários mal humorados, o interfone é péssimo de se comunicar. Eu pedi para adiantar o check in para as 13 ou 14hs e foi negado, o que eu entendo, e solicitei o cancelamento grátis para buscar um local mais adequado, mas foi negado também. Então eu implorei para ficar pelo menos no hall do prédio para não ser roubado na rua, mas tive problemas para entrar na portaria, fiquei 10min na frente do prédio com minhas malas, sem segurança alguma. Após entrar no hall, esperei o horário do check in e quando entrei no quarto, ainda estava com a diarista lá dentro, finalizando a limpeza. Isso eram 15:15 já e minha estadia terminava às 10hs da manhã, ou seja, nessa acomodação você paga pra ficar menos de 19hs hospedado. A limpeza do local, mesmo com o atraso, estava péssima, cabelos por todo lado, muitas coisas quebradas, guarda-roupas com vidro trincado, cortinas sem funcionalidade (não levantava) e manchadas. Todas as toalhas estavam manchadas também. A comunicação com a hospedagem é abusiva, eles passam informações incorretas e não se esforçam absolutamente nada para ajudar os hóspedes, não cumprem com a palavra. Não recomendo essa acomodação de maneira alguma, não vale jamais o valor investido, é um descaso com os clientes. Um absurdo o booking aceitar locais como esse.

David (6/5): middle to average - bright modern apartment in a central location it’s right on Augusta so it’s a bit noisy. the desk was too rickety to work at. the lighting at night is not good - either full bright room lights or nothing
