• Phong (10/5): Super Lage, schöne gepflegte Unterkunft mit Pool und Aussicht auf die Stadt und sehr coole Inhaberin! - Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit vielen Sonnenliegen und einem schönen sauberen Pool. Vom Dach aus kann man sich Sonnen und hat Meerblick und eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf Dubrovnik. Hochwertige Möbel. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen darin. Gute Ausstattung. Von Bügeleisen bis Haartrockner alles da. Klimaanlage, Heizstrahler im Bad. Gute Lage. Man erreicht die Bushaltestelle zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Ich durfte in Absprache mit der Inhaberin direkt vor der Tür parken. Es ist einfacher mit dem Bus in die Stadt zu fahren als mit dem Auto. Deswegen war es so praktisch, dass ich mein Auto abstellen konnte. In der Altstadt zahlt man hohe Parkgebühren in den Parkhäusern. Die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin lief sehr unkompliziert via Whatsapp. Jelena ist sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns hervorragende Tipps gegeben. Sie kennt sich sehr gut aus und kennt alle guten Restaurants, Cafés usw. Sie gibt sich viel Mühe und hat uns bei allem geholfen und Tipps gegeben. Als ich ihr erzählt habe, dass wir einen Ausflug nach Mostar in Bosnien machen hat sie sich abends noch hingesetzt und mir eine lange Liste mit richtig guten Empfehlungen geschrieben, obwohl sie selber unterwegs war. Am letzten Tag hat sie uns zu einem richtig leckeren Frühstück eingeladen. Der ganze Tisch war voll mit Essen. Dort durften wir sie persönlich kennenlernen. Sie ist sehr unterhaltsam und hat eine richtig starke Persönlichkeit. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht ihr zuzuhören. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ich kann es wirklich jedem empfehlen.

• Joseph (10/5): - Jelena was great. Really looked after us. It was in a quiet residential area. The weather was a little cool but I still managed to use the lovely pool. I would say that it may not be suitable for someone with limited mobility but that's Croatia for you, it is hilly! Nothing.

She welcomed us and offered us wine and beer, the apartment is in unbeatable condition, with a pool, a common terrace where to sunbathe or be at ease. The apartment has all the needed amenities, a small porch, a small kitchen, a coffee machine, a fully equipped bathroom... but the best is how helpful the host is, ready to solve any issue you might eventually have. It is that good that we're traveling again in a few weeks! To be honest, nothing at all, everything was perfect!

Viaggiavo con la mia vettura personale è ho avuto a disposizione un posto auto di fronte l'alloggio. Camera attrezzata per ogni esigenza. Bagno con doccia grande e dotato di asciugacapelli. Jelena fornisce anche set di asciugamani. È presente un piccolo angolo cottura con dotazione base per poter essere indipendenti e cucinare.

• SergiF (10/5): La mejor opción en Dubrovnik - Toda la estancia fue perfecta y es un acierto si viajas a Dubrovnik. Toda la casa esta cuidada al detalle con mucho gusto y lo mejor son sus anfitriones y trabajadores. Sin duda Jelena y Marco nos hicieron sentir parte de la familia invitandonos incluso a la comida de Pascua con su familia! Además nos permitieron dejar el coche más tiempo de nuestro check-out. Para visitar la ciudad es perfecto, se encuentra en una residencial muy tranquila, a unos 25/30 minutos caminando de la ciudad histórica y a unos 3 minutos del autobús que te lleva hasta la entrada principal de la ciudad. Si vienes a Dubrovnik, no hay mejor elección 1000% recomendable. Todo perfecto.

Muy limpio y con buena calefacción y la cama muy cómoda. Esta bastante alejado de la ciudad vieja, como contraprestacion alrededor hay sitio para aparcar gratis que en Dubrovnik se agradece mucho. Para ir al centro se puede coger el bus urbano

Išli smo u Dubrovnik zbog dočeka Nove godine, a domaćini su nas iznenadili što su predvečer napravili zabavu za svoje goste i tako nam dodatno uljepšali cijelu večer. Apartman je čist, prekrasno uređen i izvana i iznutra, od sadržaja ima sve što vam može zatrebati. Poprilično je blizu starom gradu, autobusom koji staje blizu apartmana možete doći do centra za svega nekoliko minuta. Sve preporuke i odsrca hvala domaćinima! Mi se sigurno vraćamo. /

• Stephan (7/5): Für einen Kurztripp nach Dubrovnik und entsprechenden Sightseeing durchaus ein annehmbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, v - Freundliches, zuvorkommendes, hilfreiches Personal. Wir konnten direkt am nächsten Tag in einem größeres Apartment umziehen und durften alle Utensilien der Gemeinschaftsküche nutzen. Auch die Außenanlage mit Pool hat sich gelohnt. Die Küchenausstattung in den Apartments ist leider sehr puristisch und die Lage ist äußerst ungünstig. Ohne eigenen Mietwagen oder einen Uber kommt man nicht in die Stadt.

La proprietaria super disponibile e gentile. La posizione ottimale, fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile in 5 minuti con il bus.
• Steven (9/5): Our stay at Palm Tree Apartments, was relaxed and enjoyable. - The hosts were amazing. Jelena is very friendly and inclusive. Her levels of communication are some of the best I have experienced in terms of being prepared for arrival and has a lot of suggestions for things to do in Dubrovnik. The property is lovely and is almost complete, Jelena is adding the final touches, which will be really nice. I would have loved a sofa or lounge chair to sit on in the room, but that was a very minor detail.

• Amy (5/5): Good location, but wouldn’t recommend. - The location was good, with restaurants and facilities nearby and a bus stop close by that takes you straight to the Old Town. The pool was a great addition, and the surroundings were very calm and peaceful. Everything was easy to reach, and the place itself was very accessible. The bed and pillows were too soft, and the towels were quite rough. The place was not cleaned during our stay, and there were no cleaning supplies available to do it ourselves. We also noticed ants in the room and small flies in the bathroom. Additionally, part of the bathroom furniture was broken. We are used to more luxurious stays and, unfortunately, would not recommend this accommodation.
• Jasińska (10/5): - Apartament czyściutki, wszystkie akcesoria potrzebne na kilka dni wakacji zapewnione :) Od wyposażonego aneksu kuchennego po żelazko :)) Dodatkowo mogliśmy zostawić bagaże na cały dzień, aż do wieczornego lotu ;) Pani Jelena bardzo miła kobieta. Blisko do sklepu, do centrum Dubrownika piechotka ok 20min, polecamy bardzo :)
• Ann (10/5): - The apartment was well equipped, clean, and comfortable . The swimming pool was nice and clean . There were 3 separate areas for sunbathing Plus additional seating and tables. The bed was a good size and comfortable. Plenty. Coat hangers and hanging space. Nothing was too much trouble to our host. I would highly recommend this apartment. There are plenty buses to the Old Town. (Number 4) The only drawback would be for anyone with mobility difficulties as in this area there are a lot off walking up hills or climbing steps. But this is what Dubrovnik is like.

The apartments are clean and the pool was a lovely break from the heat. There's shops and bars close by and it's a short bus ride to either old town Dubrovnik or Lapad bay. It was really peaceful due to the location. Only very small thing, but could have done with an extra pillow, just because we're used to firmer ones at home.

• Louise (8/5): Perfect stay - The pool and sun loungers were needed after a hot day touring. Room was perfect. It is a 35 min walk to old town and 25 min walk to Lapad, busses are also an option.

Lovely Pool which is a must in the hot sun. Well equipped apartments with comfy beds and pillows. We booked 3 apartments and were happy with all 3. Great location !!! A beautiful backdrop to the property with Amazing views! Only 30 minutes walk to the Old town and 20 mins to Lapad. Bus service available 5 minute walk. 2 minutes to a supermarket, butcher. 10 minutes to bars and bakery
• Georgina (10/5): Perfect! - The private balcony! So nice to have a private space to drink coffee and relax in the morning. Well equipped studio. Jelena was exceptionally helpful, and went above and beyond every time. An ideal distance from the hub of old town, a 30 minute walk, with restaurants, convenience stores and beaches all within 10-15 mins when you don’t want to venture that far. Everything was perfect, the pool area has been upgraded since the photos as well so it was even better than expected.

• Rimma (10/5): Accommodation in apartments - staying at Jelena's apartment was wonderful. The location is great, close to the old town and the beach. There are stores and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean. Jelena was very friendly, she recommended good places to visit. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back again and recommend to friends

Had a great time and recommend this property. - Quiet residential location yet within 2 minute walk there was a supermarket, taxi rank, bus stop, several pubs, coffee shops and a restaurant. About 20 minute walk to center of Lapad and 8 minutes on the bus to Old Town. Nothing really. Might be difficult to find location first time at night. Host sent us directions and photos in advance which were a big help.

In front of the house, there is a parking space which the host suggests you use. Jelena was very kind and communicative, and she gave us many recommendations for things to do in Dubrovnik. In my opinion, I recommend this apartment. It’s a bit far from the city center, but everything is fine if you have a car.

• Tomislav (10/5): Exceptional - Precise and detail information in the message sent by the owner Jelena. Super clean and tidy apt. Good location for exploring Dubrovnik by foot actually. 20 mins walking and you'll reach the old town. If you take other direction you can enjoj in park/forrest at Petka hill just above or reach Gruž port area in the same time. Lapad cove beach within that time frame aswell. Relax yourself later at the swimming pool.
