• Nadine (5/5): - War nahe im Zentrum Nie persönlichen Kontakt mit Gastgeber. Als wir gekommen war der Lift defekt. Ich hatte meine Schwiegereltern dabei für die war was soziales nicht möglich in 4. Stock zu laufen vor allem für mein Schwiegervater. Ich habe es gemeldet und es hiess der Lift geht schon lange nicht mehr. Traurig ist, dass man nicht informiert wird.

• Luca (2/5): Delusione - Struttura senza mobili per ospitare 4 persone, abbiamo trovato una struttura vecchia e scarsa da ogni punto di vista per il suo prezzo La struttura aveva solamente la posizione strategica agli impianti, ma la casa era piena di oggetti e pochi mobili per ospitare 4 persone

• Laetitia (5/5): Problème de compréhension - L'emplacement du logement, C'était propre, la literie était confortable.. Le manque de communication avec l'hôte ,la barrière de la langue n'était pas simple. Avec les traductions pas tjs limpide. On nous propose un stationnement payant en sus et ne nous indique pas l'emplacement. Ce qui nous a valu une amende.

• Hannah (6/5): Host and ridiculous added charges unfortunately lets this apartment down - Main bedroom good size Balcony is nice Location good Parking is a joke, literally a patch of grass off the road which the host charges €10 a day for! Not even next to the accommodation so difficult to carry bags down the hill and stairs. The host can be really rude, got very frustrated with us for asking for directions to the parking when it’s evident in reviews many people struggled finding it. He didn’t give us our guest local discount cards as promised so didn’t enjoy the discount on local attractions Parts of the apartment are outdated like the small bedroom and especially the kitchen - if I’m being picky the towels are rock hard and very well used so bring your own and would be nice to arrive to an apartment with bedding already on not having to make beds yourself after paying to stay.

• Tereza (8/5): Top Lage, super Kommunikation - Es war unsere zweite Aufenthal in annelise. Alles ist reibungslos gelaufen, wir sind zufrieden. Die Lage ist top und die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für grössere Familien / Gruppen. Für Kinder sind viele Spiele vorhanden.

• Walton (4/5): Listed address is wrong - Comfortably located in the heart of Leukerbad with everything we needed. It took us a long time to find the accommodation because there is a mismatch between the address shown on Booking and the number on the building. We were told to get keys from a letter box, but there was no identifiable label on any of the letter boxes. We had to phoned more than once for instructions which took some time.
• Joanna (10/5): Great location, very practical apartment with living room and a balcony. - Convinient location, well equipped kitchen, a lot of space in the appartment.
• Andonis (9/5): Beautiful - Scenery, decent house, mountain acitivites,village 's center was lively and busy Nobody showed up to welcome us. There was a language barrier to communicate with the manager. Almost no English German only, English via translation from the app, that was a minus. parking IS NOT available outside the property but at a nearby location a few minutes away on foot. That confused us and we miss-parked the car elsewhere until we figured out the correct parking spot. ALL parking in the area is PRIVATE, if you park at a wrong location your vehicle is in danger of being vandalised! That is not a bluff! Some locals are VERY unfriendly.

• Karamiah (8/5): Overall ok - Location close to ski centre. The owner is very attentive & responsive. Could be better if the owner provides kettle & shower liquid.
• Georgina (5/5): Very dated apartment - Close to the bus station. Comfortable double bed. Good Wi-Fi. The towels were tattered, torn and darned, I asked for some more and the owner did bring some. The pillow case zippers were broken. I asked for an extra set of bed linen for the double bed as I was only given one. I can’t believe they only expected me to sleep on one half the bed despite paying for the entire apartment!!! They brought me an extra double bed sheet with holes in, no extra pillow case or duvet cover. We were only given 1 toilet roll. The teapot had old teabags left inside it. The frying pan had meat residue on it and had no non stick coating on it making impossible to cook a pancake in. There was no kettle. The bunk bed mattresses were rock hard. No food blender. No toiletries. The sofa is stained. The apartment was very dated and was obviously being run on a very tight budget despite the amount they are charging their guests. Disappointed!

• Roxana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really big and has really nice balconies. It is good location, walking distance to the center. The parking was also an advantage for us. The communication with the host was easy and we received answers really fast. Highly recommend!

• Hemant (10/5): Praceful..Mind relaxing and Cosy stay. - The property is neat and clean and fully spacious everything is working well and you dont need to bring any stuff except for yourselves.

• Michael (10/5): wonderful scenic stay - everything was super great! the hosts texted us before with pictures of the door to the apartment where to park and where to pick up the keys! they even let us know that it was available early so we could check in sooner! spacious and well-equipped with kitchen items and coffee and amazing views from the balconies! the radiator in the living room seemed to be stuck on and wouldn’t adjust so it was a bit warm in the living room. this problem was solved by opening the window, but might be good to be fixed later, or instructions provided if we were doing it poorly.
