• Julie (3/5): Room is ok that service is horrendous. Not recommended if you want good service. - The place has plenty of space Absolutely horrible service by the owner. You ask some basic questions like how to get your bond back at the end and they take so much offence and even cursing at you during your conversation. Never have I experienced this disrespect from booking a room.

• Rachel (3/5): Poor quality with incomplete facilities. - The parking was included. Good instructions to find the location. Good price. There were 5 of us staying but only 3 towels. Even when communicating w the owner, there were excuses as to why there were no more towels and no hep to be given more. The linen was very cheap quality. No top sheets on the bed.
• Paul (10/5): - Seamless check in to a comfortable apartment in a convenient location for our event at Whitlam Sports Centre. The car park was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in, and the washing machine + dryer in the unit was extra convenient.

• Maria (5/5): Thanks but only once - The location was useful for what my purpose was for Very noise but that is not the accommodation fault very difficult to retrieve keys and then find the car spot but owner was helpful .A little bit of reno should be good as appartment very tired .new bed linen new towels a little thread bare but clean

Large balcony, the bathroom had soaps etc. Wr had no trouble getting Ubers. Piccolo Me, coffee and breakfast cafe is only a five minute walk away 😁 The apartment ticked all the boxes for our couple of nights stay. Our contact, Candy was very accommodating and efficient 👍

• Tammy (5/5): Average - The unit was clean and everything worked. Plenty of toilet paper. Owner was easy to contact Noisy, uncomfortable beds. Lumpy pillows. Little things usually expected like tea, coffee, salt, a water jug and bed top sheets were not provided.

• Ellen (9/5): Great host communication, impeccably clean, great outdoor pool and BBQ facilities, comfy beds - I booked this apartment last minute and the host was in touch with me within minutes with very clear instructions on how to get keys, where to park and how to gain access to the apartment. On arrival I found the apartment Impeccably clean. The pool was really cold which wasn't any fault of the host but in nice weather the pool area would have been fantastic for our family. Two bathrooms was amazing for our family and the bath was a bonus for the little ones. The facilities were great- dishwasher, oven, microwave, and laundry with a dryer. If we were staying for more than one night we would have been set. The view to the west at sunset was also extremely impressive. No fault of the host but the location was noisy for us who aren't used to traffic noise. The street below is just a typical city street and if you're used to those noises it would be perfectly fine. I also missed in the fine print that there is a $200 bond payable but this was refunded to me extremely promptly on check out.

• Karen (8/5): Would stay here again - The apartment was excellent for our family of 4. It was affordable. It had a secure carpark with a car spot dedicated to our apartment. It provided all we needed for our 3 night stay. Shops and restaurants are close by. The apartment is on level 20. The noise from the roads below ( particularly sirens) woke us up many times during our stay. I would prefer to have paid the $200 bond via a credit card hold rather than a direct debit. We did receive our bond back but the process about how this would come about was unclear. However when the communication with the owner of the apartment was excellent.

Only minor things. Overall a great place to stay. The showers did not have enough water pressure. The over spray in the bathroom went onto the floor. Need some more information on how to use the swipe tag (i.e. what areas does the tag allow you access).

(Process can’t be simplified but could be better explained). It was a pretty simple apartment with strange layout, furnishings were basic not exactly ‘luxurious’ as described (the foyer was). But it was comfortable enough and we were only there overnight,

Modern classy entrance.The apartment was super spacious and extremely comfortable. The best part is was high enough for amazing sunset views, plus no noise from the traffic below. There were plenty of necessities already there plus a laundry to do our washing and the kitchen was well equipped! It was like being in a home away from home. Not much I can fault about this place to be honest! But if i had to pick on something I would say that a bigger outdoor setting maybe instead of just 2 chairs for couple more people to sit and enjoy the views.

• Lillian (9/5): Unbelievable price for Sydney 2 bedroom - The facilities were definitely value for money. The view dron property was spectacular. The price was unbelievable for a two bedroom place in Sydney. The bond was returned same day we left as per instruction for the property. . The process of getting the key then dropping it back has to be better.. I was parked precariously on the street getting they keys on a rather busy and unfamiliar street and dropping it off luckily there was two of us because again I parked so my friend could drop the key. Doing all this perhaps at carport entry and exit would be better with handwritten notes. The car park needs to be better signed for drivers.

Just a little confusing when finding for the dedicated car park inside the building, but it's not a problem once you get used to.

• Lee (5/5): Not happy. Not value for money - It was very confusing to check in, key was locked to a gate around the corner so arriving in the dark was horrible, very confusing entry, parking and one key for everyone just did not work. Not a safe walk to the shops.

Good secure parking No reception and trying to collect a key from a padlock on a fence with no where to pull over would be impossible on your own. Confusing to find apparment with no signage. Not enough towels, choice of lumpy or skinny pillows. Limited tea/coffee facilities with a jar of coffee all struck to the bottom. Traffic very noisy all night.
