• Balážová (10/5): Naprostá spokojenost, pokud se vrátíme, tak rozhodně zde. - Vynikající a klidná lokalita v blízkosti všeho, co člověk potřebuje: parkoviště, Zámek, veškeré památky, pekárny, cukrárny, na náměstí pár kroků... Výborná domluva s majitelem, ubytování luxusně a nově zařízené, čisté a voňavé, Nechyběly hygienické potřeby, ručníky, jednorázové přezůvky nebo presovač s kapslemi. - vůbec nic

• Eva (6/5): - Poloha, bezproblémový příjezd i odjezd. Auto jsme mohli nechat na dveře. Nádobí i nábytek v pokoji . Pokoj nemá okno, zato světlík, kterým jde světlo nejen ve dne, ale i v noci do pokoje z chodby, když někdo jde. V kuchyňce kávovar nefunkční.

• Zahradnik (4/5): - Apartmán odpovídal fotografiím. Netekla teplá voda ve sprše. Respektive tekla, ale než jsem se stihl namydlit, tak už netekla. Takže jsem byl namydlenej. V létě by to bylo možná osvěžující, ale ne když je venku -12. Online check in vypadá minimálně podezřele. Zaslané informace od ubytování se dublovaly, případně se ubytování dotazovalo na to, co jsem uvedl v rezervaci. Parkování zdarma je aby se neřeklo, realita je jiná, v podstatě musíte parkovat na placeném parkovišti na náměstí.

• KATERINA (10/5): - Tout était parfait. Situation centre ville. Parking gratuit à proximité. Très beau aménagement de grand style. Appartement très bien équipé. Cuisine commune. Pas de possibilité de parking sur place mais à proximité. Sinon tout allait bien. Il faut que les taxes de la ville soient soit incluses dans le prix soit payab sur place.

• Alice (7/5): Never more - Vyborna lokalita, na namesti Ubytovani je jedna mistnost bez oken, svetlo se privadi svetlikem ve strope. Spolecna kuchynka je v jinem patre.

• Jana (8/5): Pekné ubytko v centre - Ubytovanie priamo v centre Litomyšle. Prijemné a čisté, dovybavené varnou konvicou (čaj a káva k dispozícii). Chýbalo mi okno do ulice/ čerstvý vzduch.

• Milan_from_CZ (9/5): Příjemné ubytko na služební cestě - Soukromé parkování ve dvoře 1. noc ok, 2. plno. Parkování na náměstí po 17h zdarma, bez problému. Oceňuji pohodlnou postel, pracovní stůl, prostornou koupelnu. Velkou TV jsem nevyužil.

• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - The host was great. Knowledgeable about the area gave recommendations on where to go and what foods to try. What shops to visit for certain items. It really eased the fear of being in a totally unfamiliar area. The unit was in great condition and felt really relaxing. Great location! Being at the main square without being on the main square was fantastic.

• Marie (5/5): Parking one big problem and window less room is quite strange experience. - Cleanliness. No windows! There was a small opening in the corner of the ceiling which was had a light coming from the attic. The air conditioner unit was directed straight to the bed. Since the temperature was close to 29C in the room, the air conditioner had to work harder. Blowing cold air directly in my face was not appreciated. I had twice contacted the property and never got reply as to parking availability close to hotel. Parking is extremely hard to find in daytime and the recommended parking across the river was not correct after making sure with all to city police.

• Lenke (7/5): Good - The location is fantastic! The historic citiy center of Litomysl is beautiful. The building was probably renovated recently, it still had that new paint smell. The room is furnished very tastefully and obviouly with care. Everything was clean. Complimentary toiletries, a water cattle, coffe and tea provided. There is also a small fridge in the room. Host responds faily quickly to messeges. There are parking spaces in the yard for maybe 3 cars, but we could not park there in the end, because a motorbike took up 2 of the 3 spaces, parked horizontally right in the middle. So be aware that you might end up having to pay for parking if you are staying on weekdays. There is some mixed info about the room having a window or being windowless. Well it is kinda both. On the pictures of the room you can see curtains, there is no window behind those. BUT! There is a window very high up on the ceiling, in the left corner (when you enter the room) that can't be opened. That is the lesser problem. The bigger one is, that it also can't be covered. It seems to be on the roof, maybe, we could not tell exactly, or a corridor of an upper floor, no idea. The real problem was that there was light coming though the whole night. The photo I included was taken shortly before we went to sleep around 23:00, and even with the TV on it is very bright for nighttime. This is the reason for my 7 out of 10 score, otherwise it would have an easy 9. This problem could be easily solved by installing blinds made for roof windows/skylights for the hole in the ceiling, since the windows can't be reached from the room. I really hope the host takes this into consideration, it would be a great improvemnt.
