- Beverly (4/5): Disappointing - The only thing we liked about the property was the view and it was clean First off the stairs to the unit are not safe. The are too steep. The lock on the door to the unit looks like someone has tried to break in. They did put an additional lock. The unit didn’t look anything like the pictures. The heating system is not effective.it is controlled by the owner. She did increase the heat but it still was cold. The couch is leather and very uncomfortable. The mattress in the bedroom with the view needs to be replaced. The fact that she charges $150. for cleaning and you have to take out the garbage and wash your dishes is too much. She has too many rules. One is not to move the furniture and not to wear outside shoes. There is an upper unit and the guest moved furniture and it sounded like elephants were walking around. I told the owner and she didn’t do anything about it and didn’t answer my text. Also they live in the lower unit and have a pond in the garden which has bullfrogs which were very noisy from dusk to dawn. Which were very annoying.

- Angela (7/5): Good - This stunning house boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area and is conveniently situated near the heart of Ladysmith, offering easy access to all the nearby amenities. The host was very responsive to our requests. The space was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in the bedrooms. The host was accommodating with requests to turn the heat down. However, being in the middle of the home it seemed difficult to regulate.

- Guia (8/5): We had a great time bonding each other, Very good experience, very nice property. - it’s big that really comfortable for us becsuse of the big space another guests who stayed at the same property upstairs, their footsteps are really loud. The kids are running . There are times that we can’t hear the TV while we were watching because of noise.
