Maximilian (1/5): Nicht zu Empfehlen außer man hält sich nur paar Tage auf - Die Lage war das einzig positive an der Unterkunft. 1 Minute zur Arbeit. Zudem war positiv das kein Kontakt zum Vermieter bei Schlüsselübergabe stattfand. Die Unterkunft stank direkt beim reinkommen. Die Unterkunft war viel zu Durchsichtig musste den ganzen Tag den Vorhang von den Fenstern zu lassen damit mich die Leute im Gym gegenüber nicht sehen. Zudem musste ich beim abendlichen Duschen eine Decke in das Fenster vom Bad hängen da man von außen alles gesehen hat, ich habe das Licht im Bad an gemacht bin raus gegangen und hab die Duschen, das Waschbecken und alles andere im Bad klar erkannt. Außerdem hätte die Bettwäsche mal gewaschen werden können diese stank extrem muffig. Zudem war das Bett steinhart. Ausstattung in der Küche lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Für kurze Aufenthalte, wie z.B. Auto abholen 1 Woche wegen der Arbeit, ist die Unterkunft ganz ok aber längerfristig würde ich was anderes suchen. Verbesserung wäre ein Plissee an den Fenstern. Hätte ich diese Woche keine Verpflichtungen gehabt hätte ich die Unterkunft nach der ersten Nacht verlassen.
Giorgio (10/5): Gut aber sehr klein.Fernseher auch sehr klein. - Ungebung gut in Zentrum.Parkenmöglichkeit gegenüber bei Kaufland 6 Eu/Tag. Für 2 Person das Bett war zu klein(1,40er).Kein Aufzug.
Timo (9/5): - Supernetter Vermieter. Das Apartment ist gut gelegen an der Straßenbahnlinie zum Zentrum. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. PKW Stellplatz befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus. Es lässt sich gut aushalten.

The management was very nice, professional and are the most cooperative and will attend to every request and need as long as it is reasonable. Raymond (8/5): Magdeburg, Berlin-Mitte and Charlotteburg were great! - FAIR ENOUGH We couldn´t keep the heat out! The sunray´s through the bathroom window heated up the whole place. I took us half an hour of ventilation through door and windows to lower the temperature to a convenient level.
