- Heike (9/5): Eine super gelegene sehr schöne Unterkunft bei netten Vermietern. - Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Familie Kröll empfangen. Das Appartement ist neu renoviert, sehr geschmackvoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet und strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus. Angenehm ist auch, dass es im Haus nur vier Wohnungen gibt und die Atmosphäre daher ruhig und familiär ist. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht zu Fuß diverse Geschäfte sowie die Penkenbahn und die Ahornbahn. Mit der Schlafcouch sind wir nicht so gut zurecht gekommen.

- Adela (8/5): Really nice but beds need new mattresses - Modern flat, gorgeous terrace, all needed utilities available, kind staff The beds were uncomfortable, especially the pull out couch was really uncomfortable, we didn’t get proper rest, ended with back pain.

- Maksim (1/5): Essentials not working and they weren't keen to fix it - My overall experience with this property has been very poor. The dryer rail for the ski boots was heated only for 3-4 hours in the afternoon and early morning, leaving the skiing boots and snowboard boots wet for me and my family members. After discussing the issue twice with the landlady and then again with the owner, they weren't really keen to address the issue. Being defensive that noone else complained. But it is really not a debate - put your hand into the boots in the morning and get a feel - they are totally wet, same as I left them in the end of the previous day. When I really complained, they turned off the timer and let the boots dryer rail run for the whole night (which is what they do in every other hotel) and on 1 out of 7 day stay my boots were dry. But the next day they turned on a timer again and the dryer rail was turning off again for the night, presumably the owner wanted to save on bills. But at the expense of me having wet boots 6 out of 7 days. Really miserable experience putting on wet and cold skiing boots every morning. Totally was RUINING my mood each morning and in the end, I stopped complaining because I didn't want to be confrontational and argue about the boots heater with the owner. Pay 1450 eur for a week and have wet boots every morning. Humiliating and never again.
