Que me cobraron lo de una habitación una noche, en la cual yo anuncie dias anteriores qué no podía llegar la persona por temas de salud y no me devolvieron el dinero de esa noche .

Un detallazo que me encató es que las habitaciones tienen cocina con lo basico. Lo unico es que tienen que valorar la opción de elegir una habitación con AC, porque hace calor en Medellin al rededor de 34 grados de día, al menos a finales de Abril que fui yo.

Gunnar (7/5): Decent hotel, but their prioritizing form over function made some aspects of the stay uncomfortable - This hotel was very modern. The common area had a warm and inviting feel to it (though very gen z in terms of decor). The kitchenette in the room was great and the fridge was surprising large. The bathroom was in good condition (though the weird slogans written on the mirrors and toilets were strange) and the water temperature and pressure were good. Towels and linens were in good condition. There was a free breakfast, though it was very limited in terms of options and variety The bed was uncomfortable and had obvious pressure points. The reason for this was likely because it was a Murphy bed that could fold up into a couch, but having a couch wasn't worth an uncomfortable bed. The desk in the room was too small for a laptop and the chair was a stool; rather uncomfortable if you're trying to work. There was no AC, which would have been fine given the room had windows and a fan, but unfortunately the windows didn't have screens in them. So in the evening if you had the windows open and the lights on, bugs would come in. Thankfully I was on the 10th floor and it wasn't prime mosquito season, but if you don't have AC you need to have screens for the windows. Basically the hotel prioritized form over function to make it seem edgy and appealing to gen z influencers. Unfortunately, they sacrificed a bit too much of the function in the process.

Gabriele (8/5): Great stay! - I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and key areas of the city, which made getting around Medellín quite straightforward. The staff were friendly and generally helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The room was comfortable and overall clean, with all the basic amenities you’d expect. While everything worked well, although some more thorough clean would have been appreciated. Breakfast was decent. The common areas were well-maintained and added to a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a good experience and very good value for money. I’d consider coming back. The terrace is amazing! I suggest grabbing your coffee downstairs and enjoyijng while in the sun with a view of the entire city. Occasional small cockroaches in the room but i assume it's normal in these parts of the city.

BEATRIZ ELENA (10/5): Siempre es un gusto regresar a Medellin y quedarme en este hotel. - El lugar es muy bonito, excelente ubicacion, hay de todo cerca y todo tal cual en las fotos, el desayuno bastante completo y variado cada dia. No hay aire acondicionado, si hay ventilador, pero si abres las ventanas se meten los mosquitos. Si definitivamente le pondria aire acondicionado porque el clima de Medellin es bastante caliente y las noches tambien. Con aire acondicionado se dormiria mucho mejor.

Não tem ar condicionado, o chuveiro é frio, não esquenta. Tivemos que esquentar água na panela pra tomar banho. Quando chegamos as toalhas estavam usadas, muito sujas e com marcas de batom. Sempre que iam limpar nosso quarto recolhiam as toalhas e não repunham. Ficávamos tendo que pedir pra reporem. Um dia não colocaram o papel higiênico também. Tv era ruim de ligar e desligar. Mas a pior parte foi o banho frio. O café da manhã é bom, mas você não come quanto você quer, eles te servem uma porção apenas.

Malgré la fenêtre fermée,on entendait fort les bruits de la rue, toutes les chambres donnent sur la route à exception des suites (ce qui a été dit par le réceptionniste)

Ovidiu (9/5): Very youngfully new hotel, enjoyable and delightful - Very clean, friendly and well positioned. We washed the laundry and everything was carefully folded and ready in time. The breakfast is enough, with eggs (different cooked each day), fruits, bread/arepa, vegetables, some meat and cereals. Coffe, tea, juices, water, milk The avenue in the front is very noisy in the night. Be prepared for this. The prices for trips offered are too expensive. I would recommend a table/screen with main events in the city in that day.
